881  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sushiswap hacked on: April 09, 2023, 06:45:48 PM
But on the other hand my question is, how many dex hacks there needs to be until you would accept that current tech isn't even near for wide adoption?
I have no idea.

But this is common on that space and that's why I don't use that much these swaps because maybe there's something within their security and that's why they're always being targeted and attempts are always successful on them.

The tech in the likes of sushiswap is easily being accepted and that's why it has got millions of funds and that's why these hackers are thirsty with it.
882  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Doge can it go 1$ on: April 08, 2023, 09:33:01 PM
Dogecoin doesn't have a max supply, how is it possible that this token will reach $1 usd, but Hype will tell another story, Doge's price is going up because of the support from the community and Elon musk, I believe Dogecoin's price can reach $1 when the BTC price goes up at the next Halving
This is what the hype takers can't understand. Even if Elon Musk tweets, changes the logo into Dogecoin of Twitter for so many times.

It won't matter or it will matter for a few times and price but it will be just temporary and that is because Dogecoin has an unlimited supply.

$1 is too much and ambitious.
In the last season, Dogecoin was very close to the price of 1 dollar during the rise. After the logo change on Twitter, it broke $0.01 and then returned to its old price. A dollar doesn't seem impossible. What bothers me is that the herd has a shepherd and where does the flock do it, since it was close to this price before. Making money like this bothers me so I haven't even invested. There are many new projects beneficial to the ecosystem.
I've seen the peak of it and that's like around $0.7, it was so close but not enough.

It's a fact that it was nearly there but also a fact that it's unlikely to get back there. People who are still invested in Dogecoin are the ones that have missed selling at the top.

Those that have made a lot of money from there are probably out already and that's why whatever happens on it, they just play by the books of Elon and they understand how to do it.
883  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Discussion: Who is going to fill the gap of Chipmixer by the end of year 2023? on: April 08, 2023, 08:39:41 PM
I think the faith of mixers in the future is being foreseen after one popular mixer in the past which was bitmixer.io was also held by the authorities.

It's overwhelming to see the other mixers come into the game when they've for surely seen the news that the toughest competitor is out.

I guess that this is good that there have been new sets of competition for mixers because this will push all of them to the best that they can aside from the fact that whoever stays longer with their marketing budgets and campaigns will be more recognized.
884  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Bad Economy on: April 08, 2023, 07:41:00 PM
It's always advisable to conduct thorough research and consult with financial experts before making any investment decisions.
No need for any financial experts consultation, you're the expert on your own, why? Because you're the one that should conduct your own research because it is your money that you're protecting and investing.

The decision shouldn't come from anyone if you're about to invest bitcoin and that's why it must be you that should decide whether you will or will not invest.

Stop relying on those "financial experts", they're not really experts, they've just labeled themselves as is but look at the real experts. They're not just some self proclaimed experts but they've got results and truly rich people.
885  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price trajectory using AI on: April 08, 2023, 06:39:40 PM
When I've asked a question related to bitcoin, it has given me no answer and keeps on saying that he can't predict bitcoin's price. I guess that's enough for me to stop playing with it and stop asking questions related to bitcoin's price in the future.

I will not depend my decision on chatgpt or any AI even if it says good about bitcoin. They're programmed and that's why the answer that they give might just have been seen somewhere else in the web.

Btw, why is it that you've got that "jailbreak"?
886  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Chinese coins pump coming? on: April 08, 2023, 05:40:42 PM
Ahhh, the Chinese Ethereum and the other projects.

There will be some impact on it to these projects but whenever something like this is on the news, we see a temporary or slight gain.

But then, the market will again back to its former if it won't be sustained a lot. Let us see on how its mainland will react on it as I'm sure most of its investors are coming from there despite the unpredictable move of its government about banning of mining and cryptos.
887  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 5 Things I've learned day trading Bitcoin for 3 years (successfully) on: April 07, 2023, 10:37:08 PM
Good tips but I don’t agree with nr 4. I have yet to meet an influencer who offers valuable insights in crypto trading. For stocks, that can be interesting but crypto is different.
We need to stick to our strategy but its hard when you are new. When you see your profits grow, you can become greedy and not stick to your strategy anymore.
Maybe this is what it means. Listening to reliable crypto influencers can help us get useful information in managing our crypto investments, besides that as an added bonus. However, it should also be remembered that in making investment decisions, we must gather information from a variety of sources and ensure that we carry out independent research.

Because there are still many well-known crypto influencers who have a good reputation in providing useful investment advice and guides. Although there are also influencers who can give inaccurate or even harmful advice. That's why we have to choose carefully who we listen to and make sure the information provided matches their experience and knowledge in the crypto field. I think the point is that OP is also like that, don't blindly trust influencers, but we have to be selective.
One doesn't have to agree or disagree with the recommended lesson about listening to influencers. My take on that is it's good to listen to them to hear something new or things that I still don't know, that's a plus on me if they're discussing things that I haven't learned yet and I heard it from them, that's why they're getting a subscribe from me.

But not all they say are going to be good and helpful with our trades so, that's why we still need to be vigilant and neutral with anything they say.

Just to sum it, take what are good and helpful details they say and it's not that bad to listen and you'll eventually know them if they're a good or bad influencer.
888  Economy / Economics / Re: Is taking a loan/debt addicted ? on: April 07, 2023, 09:22:37 PM
There is nothing wrong with a loan if not abused, many billionaires today one time or the other had to take a loan to finance their business as a source of capital for start-up businesses. Only if the loan is to access things that had no value for example buying new clothes just for a party or show up.
That is because they are on a better state. The banks are the ones that are even offering them loans without even the need to apply and that kind of treatment is because of their status and their success.

They can actually use their money to finance their other investments and businesses but they have known the trick over the years without using any single penny to finance it.

And that's the cashflow that they're proven into their businesses and the banks are hungry with those that's why they want to take a slice of the pie from these billionaires. The banks are also aware if something messes up with their loan to them, they can easily pay it whether with cash or with their assets.
889  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Metamask - new feature that detects scams on: April 07, 2023, 08:12:39 PM
That's actually good if there will be another layer of protection that they'll add as a feature.

But you know what these hackers will still do something with it and will be able to reverse unless they won't announce the source codes of it so that these hackers won't have that idea.

Still, that will be a piece of cake from these hackers as they're very skilled and sadly, what we must do is to be more cautious and spread knowledge on how to avoid being phished or hacked.
890  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to convince a sceptical person to buy Bitcoin ? on: April 07, 2023, 11:48:34 AM
That's so true and been there, done that.

When there's money, they'll also be there and believe me that they'll make it look like that they're the most enthusiastic person in the world when they've seen the market is on its shape again during the next bull run.

But it's up to you whether you'll entertain them or not because what matters to you won't matter to them and vice versa. It's the genuine interest that we're wanting to see from these people and that's why I'm exhausted talking with those type of people.
We arent here to entertain them or really obliging ourselves to tell them the opportunity on where this cryptocurrency market could give or just simply speaking or talking about Bitcoin.Just like the rest above when speaking up something about Bitcoin into those person who doesnt really have much idea or zero knowledge on crypto then hesitation would really be there. Some people are really that open minded but there are some who do really make out conclusions without  even trying to know on whats the real deal. They do really have those argumentations which is something that you would be needing to correct
and clarity it out.If they would continue to argue then its better to leave and end up the discussion.
I think we're just done being optimistic about the potential of bitcoin. Because if you've been there before and you're overly telling them how great bitcoin is, and the feedback that they've given isn't the reciprocate that you're expecting, that's just disappointing.

Those that are even making conclusions even if they're not legitimate investors and never experienced the murder of the market and also being fruitful, they're all talk and are just speaking what they like to say because they like to see people being scared of what they're happy to discuss with.

892  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Whitepapers to Read as a Beginner? on: April 06, 2023, 10:40:25 PM
Start with the bitcoin whitepaper ~ https://bitcoin.org/bitcoin.pdf

This is the best to start with if you're wanting to learn more about whitepapers. So, it's like reading the OG of whitepapers.

Honestly, getting into the technicalities of these whitepapers won't really be that much because for many altcoin projects, their contents are even not entirely different.

The concept have been passed on one project to another and they'll just improve it with what they're working on based on their projects.
893  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to convince a sceptical person to buy Bitcoin ? on: April 06, 2023, 09:49:34 PM
Just don't.
Let them do all the talk later on after we hit a new all-time high.
Absolutely supervb that is the best solution for them because most people were attracted toward anything when they saw profit in them, today they will ignore you because Bitcoin is dumped and no one gets big profit but later whenever bull season will start and Bitcoin hit its previous all-time high and make new all-time high this will be the time when they will regret their mistakes which they have done in past because everyone who bought Bitcoin in dump already got thousand of dollar profit, but there will be nothing for them who lose that  because the opportunity has gone.
That's so true and been there, done that.

When there's money, they'll also be there and believe me that they'll make it look like that they're the most enthusiastic person in the world when they've seen the market is on its shape again during the next bull run.

894  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is the Bitcoin (BTC) Halving? Will Bitcoin Price Really Be $100K Next Year? on: April 06, 2023, 08:49:17 PM
Give it an additional year after the exact time when halving happened.

That's mostly where we're going to see another ATH and it did happened many times and that's why we just go with the flow and the based on how the history went.

There is just way too much mess going on with the economy right now. We got crazy inflation that we assumed would of topped and the fed wouldn’t raise rates anymore and Wall Street and crypto were happy.

Then we got bank crisis issues which is causing fed balance sheet is expand and last night we got the oil production cuts which will make the energy inflation go higher. So most likely we aren’t getting cuts anytime soon.
I'm not sure with that but the printing of money happened during the pandemic and it was exactly  on par with bitcoin's 4-year cycle.

It's true that many things have been happening lately and it's adding uncertainly to most of us but we'll get to see if by these factors will contribute to the next ATH and cycle.
895  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your biggest obstacle to achieving financial freedom ? on: April 06, 2023, 07:48:31 PM
For anyone not born with a silver spoon, the obstacle will differ, for me, the biggest obstacle is the ability to save, invest and live on just a source of income, seriously it takes a lot of determination and discipline in this present economy.
That can't be denied and that's why many people are made to be flexible as well on this current economy state.

It's because the toughness has been into a different level and there are rumors of wars and on going war that's making every commodity too high because it's said to be affecting almost everything.

You as a saver and being an investor is not an obstacle, there might be something that stops you in pursuing that.
896  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Microstrategy bought more bitcoin on: April 06, 2023, 01:34:30 PM
It's a good but I don't know if I've that feeling of anxiety and think on the other side this is going to be sort of bad news in the future. Like, we're having the banks monopolizing some services as they've got a huge share on their market.

What if in the future that MSTR and other companies that holds a lot of bitcoin won't be letting it out in the economy and they'll all hold. Yeah, the price might pump and there will be a lesser supply in the economy.

But that also means that they might have a little control to the market when the time comes.

There is no point of worrying about things that you cant control. It was expected that Bitcoin will eventually attract big investors that will want to hold big chunk of Bitcoin supply and that just confirms how valuable this asset is. I think that there will always be enough Bitcoin around for all those that will need it.
Well, that's true and that makes sense. We've got no control over it and they're the ones who's got the money to do anything that they can.

This is even what we like before that many of these big investors would come in and join us, now I'm looking even littler than a shrimp or anchovy. LOL just a crypto term of having little holdings.

Instead of worrying about future, best thing that we can do is to focus on ourselves and buy as much bitcoin as we can.
I couldn't agree more!

Yeah, I've seen those people that have been scammed by those fake extension of ARB airdrop. That's why don't be greedy guys.

If the airdrop was done, it's already done and there will be new extensions of it unless it's coming from the actual officials and developers of the project.

I remember the UNI airdrop before. After their official airdrop, there were so many scam sites trying to lure people because of the hype surrounding it.
Many are trying to claim it after it exploded in the market. Those who got it really got their luck of their lifetime.
Now, with the new hype, there's no doubt, scammers are on the loose again trying to bait naive users.
People should always validate the site they are visiting as scammers will try their best to screw people to pocket money as much as they can.
That's what these scammers are doing.

After a successful airdrop and has spread it's name towards different social platforms, there goes the scammers that will create an airdrop and organize it on the same name as that project.

But little that those folks that feels that they're too late on that airdrop will find some excitement and hope if an ad appears in front of them that there's another series and round for that airdrop because it's successful and it's already listed in good exchanges.
