8981  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: The best cloud mining site !!! on: November 07, 2016, 10:02:44 AM
Bro, honestly, don't use cloud mining. Seriously, you gonna lose lotta money not because it is a scam, etc, it's just because the moment is not favorable to do this activity. Even with hashnest the maintenance fees are expensive and they work with contracts, this sucks because you goin to be kinda stuck into the system.

About what contracts are you talking about? HashNest have market where you can sell all your power in any moment!

Present Bitcoin price maybe is not good to earn from mining, but we all see that charts are going up, so maybe this moment is not bad to buy some power.. It is not advise, but thing to consider.

Actually this would really depend  on  a certain  individual  if   he would intend to invest on this  cloudmining sites  as  long  he is awared  already on the risk and the  possible things  that  might  happen.  Agree with you   charts are going  up  and its really  not  bad to  buy  some  power as  long   you have the  money  to invest  just be sure  not  to regret on the  end when  the  site  do fall. Hashnest   is  a cloudmining site  which is connected  on  bitmain we could  really say  thats  its  a legit  one   but  cant assure  how  long it would last.
8982  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is eobot a scam? on: November 07, 2016, 09:26:13 AM
i have eobot account since 2015 and i think its safe cloud mining and until now its still operations and as you know that eobot is one of the oldest cloud mining that still online until now. but i have bad experience which is i can not login into my account and i contact the mods in the chat (i forgot the name) and he ask me to send email to support system and they tell me that my password has to reset and they did it to me and they tell me that i must activate the 2FA for protection. after reset my password, its work properly until now.
I have eobot account before when they are giving away some bonuses before.. but for me it is still not safe because its cloud mining anytime soon they can be gone and run like other cloud mining site do.. if you want safe better to invest your money to other active and paying that can stay for too long.. like trading or buy more bitcoins and hold it for a long time than risking your money in cloud mining site.. you are lucky if cloud mining site will still stay for too long for months but this is i think not forever there is no free money without working..

They have so many bad claims and i will not surprised if there operation will shut off, its still cloudmining and i wonder how they can earn profit if mining hardwares and businesses are on the lose since difficulty to get blocks are even more getting harder to get at this year and surely it will became more harder as time goes by, and surely your right with no forever on cloudmining since there are many cloudminings who run out and scam many people on history.

They would surely stop  in the  long run  and as you said  the  difficulty as  of now  have  been raised  which means  if they are an  old  cloud  mining  they for sure  using the  old  miners  unless if they  bought  a new  one  but  they would  need  funds  again to attain it. No matter how  long it operates  but  one thing for  sure   it  would surely collapse  in the  long  run. I never  intend to   invest  into these  kind of sites again because  i have already a bad experience   with it on the  past.
8983  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How long will signature campaigns last? on: November 07, 2016, 08:30:51 AM
I feel that it is time for us to discuss about this matter. How long do you people thinks that Bitcointalk signature campaigns will last?

Bitcoin will be hitting its peak and probably surpass it very soon looking at the current rate. Which means that more people will be joining us in investing Bitcoin. This mean that there will be a huge changes in the signature campaigns community.

I feel that the number of signature campaigns will be greatly reduced once Bitcoin reaches a new height because it is much efficient to just start a advertisement campaign on popular AD networks like A-ads and MellowAds or even Google Adsense.

only owner to promote signature campaign
known about long time promote use signature campaign
if promote succes i think can added budget to promote signature campaign so can long term in project
Agree,  only owners  know   whether  if they  would  like to continue or not  on a  particular campaign  it depends  on their decision and the  alloted  funds  for marketing purposes  if   they saw that  its effective and odes  help to  generate  clients or  players  on their site then for  sure  they would  still decide to  run the  campaign  as long as they want because  their site  get good results  out of it.

8985  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where to get started on learning how to trade? on: November 06, 2016, 05:15:06 AM
I'm a person who wants to pick up trading again,I've tried to trade in the past and gave up due to not having enough time. Now I do have the time to learn and develop strategies, what are some books or resources I can take a look at to learn how to trade and how to develop my own strategy?

Its a  good thing that you will  engage to trading again and  you  do  have already time  to  put  into it. Actually there are  lots of  tutorials and   guides  over the internet  regarding  on  trading . If you choose  on  bitcoin trading  then its still there  and   also  on forex trading.  If you  like to  develop  your trading skills  then  you should  try demo accounts on trading and  read some  good  guidelines  and  useful tools  used  on  trading.
8986  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In Gambling any one got cheated by house? on: November 06, 2016, 03:52:56 AM
Till now I have not got cheated by the house as I am not playing on gambling with high bets I am only playing with smaller amount and whenever I notice that I am going to high I withdraw them all before someone cheat me.

If you gamble on trusted sites then cheating may not happen even you bet with higher amount because they know how to make a profit for them without cheating players. It is good profit business as long as they can attract more and more players because house is the one going win at the end. So they no need to cheat players and make a profit.

I agree with you, not  all  gambling sites  do  really not need to  cheat  to its players   to make  profit as  you mentioned  the  house itseld  already  know that they  will still  earn  profits   for the  long run and  its better  to establish a good reputation  for  more potential  players  for  longer runs  because  if soeone   sees  your site  is  rigged or manipulated  then your site would not last  because this news  would  spread  throughout  gamblers all the internet and  will surely ignored your  site.
8987  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: *** Complete Guide on How to Create a New Alt Coin *** on: November 05, 2016, 03:46:07 PM
Quiet interesting because these thing came to my mind way back then when my curiosity about altcoin and actually made a question on my mind on how to create one, and I already assumed it would be a difficult one. As I've read on op, I could say it's really hard and I'm not mistaken, I'm not too good on c++ language but theres many things should be done in able to create one. I would study these steps though..thanks for this
8988  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Which online wallet should i use ? on: November 05, 2016, 03:06:16 PM
I would prefer coinbase if you are seeking a Web wallet doesn't have a fee but expect confirmation times would be long as usual or even got stucked, as other member said here too. Usually you could actually adjust transaction fee for faster transfers but as you mentioned you like it free then use coinbase or xapo. Just don't forget the possible risk that would happen in your bitcoin.be sure to read their ToS.

No one  really knows  on when  signature  campaign  would last  because it really depends  to a  manager  or owner  of a certain site if   he  intends or decide to put  up funds for their  marketing   on their   investments  or services. Inflation of price  of bitcoin doesnt matter  though  because if   it rises  it only add up a small amount   . If signature campaigns would  be gone on this  forum for sure the  traffic would drastically dropped  for sure.
8990  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mistakes in trading that lead to loss of money on: November 05, 2016, 01:18:31 PM
Your mistake/s in trading that leads to loss of money
I think it will be the best to share your story so that we can avoid your past mistakes.
MY  mistakes  on trading  is   my  temper or patience because  this thing  really makes  my decisions  not right  and   i cant  do the right things when  im  trading, especially when price  move too slow  ,i cant really wait for the price increase thats why i sell them off early and some   trades i  buy at   the peak  price  but  unluckily  the price  rose down, instead  of   waiting  for the  price  increase again  i just sold my coins  on  a  cheaper price which  really makes  negative profits.

8992  Other / Off-topic / Re: Traditional cigarettes or electronic cigarettes? on: November 05, 2016, 12:19:35 PM
i have quit smoking cigarette for the past 8 years in exchange to electronic cigarette. i have never heard anything wrong about using electronic cigarette. and i also don't see anything wrong on my health for the past 8 years. so i encourage everyone to use it instead of traditional cigarettes that gives you a lot of sickness. and actually electronic cigarette is much cheaper that traditional cigar. just an opinion Smiley

Thats  the thing  why electronic cigarettes  is being  invented because  its  less riskier  than the  traditional cigarettes. Good for you  that you could able to  stop traditional cigarettes  but  switching  to  ecigaretes  would  be also a good move  because you would not  risk  your  health compare  to old. As you can see there are  lots  already of  people  do  switch  to it because  they saw   that   its  much better   for them but the  best thing is to stop  cigarretes on both ways.
8993  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you always missed the right time to sell/buy bitcoin? on: November 05, 2016, 08:26:39 AM
Most of the times I miss the right time to buy bitcoins as its hard to predict that which is the perfect price to buy bitcoins, suppose if I buy today then may be price may go even lower very next day and that makes me regret that I should have waited for sometime to buy at even lower price.
Thats the hardest part  of trading  on which  when we should  get  in  on a particular  price of bitcoin. The hindrance of  buying  is  always there and we cant really remove it  on  our  minds  because  we  are  scared   of the price might  go  on opposite way thats why  traders   would  do the best way to overcome it or lessen  it. You would really need  an experience and  knowledge on trading. Missing  the  chance  of selling or  buying the  right time  is normal.
8994  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Best Time to Become a Trader on: November 05, 2016, 07:29:02 AM
More early more better, is my opinion. Many lost time in doing stupid things, trading czn be very profitable and people who get in sooner have more chances to learn more, earn more.
This doesn't mean that people need to rush into trading, good preparation is most important thing when someone planing to start something new.
Start with trading when you think that you acquired enough knowledge and money for that, read this forum and see what kind of problems people had with trading. Good luck.

We should   really not   waste  our time  because trading could   give  us   good money  but as you said  we  must be  prepare   and  we should not rush into it   because  trading  would not  be an easy thing to learn and  it would really takes   time  for you  to get it. It may be  long   but  its  worth  it  because this  would really help you  out  to make  money  on stable  basis especially when you are  up to trading forex or other means.
8995  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if we use a one currency only? on: November 05, 2016, 06:30:41 AM
When all of us begin to us only one currency, I think it would be easy to transact since everyone uses the same currency and we will not need an exchanger at all. It will cause some people to lose their jobs but it will ease everyone's spending even when buying online. If this will happen it might be because all of the countries are under one government. That happening I think is great.
It would not be  great as  you think  , spending  with ease  anywhere on the world  would be the  advantage  on having a   one currency  but still you  wouldnt  know  that there would be  soo many negative effects   on this  . Competition would  arise  on each country grasping   more  money   hence   more of it  would symbolizes on how  powerful a country would become. Chaos would surely arise  on this  matter when theres only one currency and  many countries  would not   let  this thing to happen and they want to make their own currency.
8996  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin core safe to store all of my bitcoin? on: November 05, 2016, 05:40:01 AM
I am looking for the best wallet to safely store my bitcoin for the next lot of years (who knows how long) is bitcoin core a safe place to do this or should i look at others?

Bitcoin core is safe compared  on  web wallets    because  you  have  the  private  keys and  you would  able to retrieve it back when   theres unexpected circumtances  might  happen   in your bitcoin. If you are  making  secure  on your  bitcoin better  to keep  on  cold storage  paper wallets or  trezor and  other  hardware.
Some online wallets actually let you create copy of your private keys, export it, store and import later to software wallet of your choice - for example Blockchain.info has this feature.

Bitcoin Core is the first and the longest developed bitcoin wallet. It is open sourced and it is probably the most trusted bitcoin wallet available.

If you want to learn more about it, I recommend this article: http://www.coindesk.com/original-bitcoin-wallet-still-matter/

I am using Bitcoin Core myself and the only con I found so far is that some antiviruses report bitcoin-qt.exe as harmful file containing virus/malware.

Im  not aware  about that  feature  on  blockchain.info where  you can copy on your  private keys  that  sounds  really a good thing for me  because  i do  use also  that web wallet for  fast  online transactions . Thanks for this  new  information brother, i would  try these  feature and  securing  my bitcoin  even  on webwallets.  I use  bitcoin core too and  you should really be careful  on  downloading malware  on your pc and   might get   those bitcoins that are being stored .
8997  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin core safe to store all of my bitcoin? on: November 05, 2016, 03:41:39 AM
Desktop wallets  are also  okay to keep  your   bitcoin on  it  because  you have  the possesion of   your  private keys but   the risk  of  lossing it  is still there. Just like what  is being  mentioned  above   you  must  have a  clean pc and  an  antivrus  in able to avoid being hacked   on your  desktop wallet. If you  really possess   huge amounts then  better to find and use  hardware wallets. In my  own  opinion.
8998  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Authorize log-in attempt blockchain.info on: November 05, 2016, 03:11:31 AM
This   thread is   already  1 and half year  ago and  now  being  bumped.   AUthorize  log-in attempt  would usually got into  your  email and i do also encounter this  kind of situation on  where  the email arrives to long  and   i think  its  on servers  side. EMail would surely  arrive anytime . This  issue  have  been answered already and   theres nothing to  worry about  with this.
8999  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Craziest Buy trade [Mistake-Fake-Real or whatever] on: November 05, 2016, 02:28:34 AM
I just noticed today a coin called CBD Crystals listed on Cryptopia that was sold at 200 BTC on first trade.
Some days ago, at Zcash launch, someone's bought peanuts zcash on Poloniex  at 3000 BTC.

Anyone remember other crazy buy orders in past crypto history time?

Ubiquion also has that massive buy in their ICO getting 200 or more in 24 hours, and it was also over that day but unfortunately nothing happens in this Ico and people thinks that the dev just self buy his coins..

Indeed,  im quite assured that devs  do  just self  buy on their coins   and  thats  a  marketing  strategy of theirs  because   they just want to show to  public that their coins  have the potential  and   they  intend to  put  money  on a particular coin and  the  hype   would  pile  up and  in days   more people  would  tend to  buy more  because they are seeing  that its already famous  just like what  happen to zcash.. 3300 btc and  now  it dropped to 1 btc.
9000  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Free electricity == big advantage? on: November 04, 2016, 04:11:21 PM
Think logically about this. If you're receiving +100% ROI (so you put in $1000, you receive $2000) why would you think the university would Support you financially? If it's costing them $20,000/yr so you can make $40,000 they aren't getting any benefit to it and you'll be cut off so quickly. Hobby mining is one thing but setting up a huge farm to quit your day job is another. They won't stick with the free electricity for long at that rate.

And +100% ROI is completely unrealistic btw.

They  would surely cut it  out hence  they would definitely  notice  the sudden  surge of  current  and as  you said they  would  not  stay  up  long with this  kind of  free service hence they are not benefiting  from you.  Mining  with free electricity is a great advantage though  because roi would be achievable  in no time  but  the problem here is how  long would  you able to sustain that  free electricity.?
