921  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA World Cup 2026 :Canada/Mexico/United States: Discussion Thread on: May 03, 2023, 05:03:42 AM
I exactly think the same way about allowing these countries to host great tournaments, that's simple they don't have enough facilities and that's not a wise move to let a country without enough facilities host the world cup because there will be consequences even after hosting the world cup, many people are unhappy about the time they spent in Qatar.
That never really mattered to them at all. Qatar is seen "fine" by the west because they can get love from them, Qatar may act as if they do like western people or at least the ones at the top could, but in theory there is really nothing that different fundamentally between Qatar and North Korea, sure the media will make you believe there is, but this is the same nation that thousands of people died to build these stadiums and other stuff so they can host World Cup.

The only thing Fifa cares about is money, if you pay them the bribe you should, then you are going to have the world cup. I am sure North Korea could pay a lot and still won't have it, but they do not really care about anything else, they just care about the money. Saudi Arabia is not democracy for example, they have nepotism and dictatorship, so one family rules it with iron fist, no elections, and if they pay the bribe, they can host it too.
The bribe part is true, but there is a limit to it for sure. Look at how they are approaching to Russia deal right now, because of the war they are saying that Russia can't join, and yet Russia attacked Ukraine before this one as well, this wasn't the first time they did something like that, they did attacked Ukraine in 2014 I think? Not sure, and yet they did managed to host world cup anyway.

So all you can see that there is a limit, Russia attacked Ukraine and hosted, then Russia attacked Ukraine and kicked out, not sure what was the difference between the first attack and the second attack, it is not like they were not allowed to even join, they were HOSTING it after the first one, and the second one they just kicked out and can't even play. So there is a limit, no idea what it is, but there is one.
922  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: what about the fate of altcoins if btc drops to 10 dollars? on: May 02, 2023, 02:53:04 PM
let alone about the fate of altcoins, i think so many people out there are gonna be homeless, many company are gonna go bankrupt because many right now are diversifying their portfolio heavily in bitcoin so it losing its value to the point that there's only 10 dollars left would be massive disaster. it's gonna be the same if stock market are having heavy decrease in value.
But don't ever think that will happen to the investors because they surely leave the marker before it happens. So, if ever the price of Bitcoin drops to its dying price, we also have nothing to expect from altcoins (any from them) to survive as people had dumped it already until the come has come that nobody is buying anymore.

But it was just a sort of market assumption, it can be right or wrong. We never know what really awaits us in the future, 10 years, 20 years from now, perhaps we don't have any clue about it.
I think looking at the past, we can say that the future doesn't really hold 10 bucks, it could go up and I have no idea how much so I agree that we do not know what will happen, but I do not think that it will go down. We are not aware of how much it can go up but at least be aware that it will go up, that part is true and doable.

I am definitely looking into it like it is going to be an easy issue or a hard one, but at the same time it will take a while before it could go higher and hard. This is why it is important to make a deduction from this, it should not be that difficult. I believe that we could probably reach to a level where it may take some time to reach six digits, but that is the direction I think we are taking at the moment.
923  Economy / Speculation / Re: FTX recovered $7.3B in Assets and is considering restarting! on: May 02, 2023, 01:31:34 PM
I feel like even with the new management, that's not going to be easy to trust them again so this should not really make too much sense. I get that a lot of people are hopeful about it but I do not have that hope unfortunately. The best thing they could do is just basically give up, and should not be a company that tries to revive and spend so much money to do that and then fail again.

People lost their feeling towards them and just ignores them now, so having another one it will not end any good way. I know that it will not be a good month or period, but it should not be a bad one neither, it's just not possible. All in all I believe that we could do much better if they just use that money for something else, whatever debt they endured during this period.
That is true for most people, but there will definitely be enough people to make this worth their while for them. In the end we are talking about a situation where we may not end up with something good when it comes to people losing their money, it will unfortunately happen without a doubt. I know that it is going to take a while before people could trust it again, but there were people who invested into LUNC after LUNA got nearly to zero.

People who had 10 million invested into Luna had their money shrink to 10 cents, that is the trouble and I should not be shocked about the fact that there could be some people who would still put their money into FTX again anyway. I have to say that it is going to be a tough situation to handle but there will be some money lost again for sure.
924  Economy / Economics / Re: Which do you prefer on: May 02, 2023, 09:03:54 AM
If both can be carried out then why not remain in both, becoming civil servants and also becoming traders.
I also experienced a dilemma when I had to stay as an office worker or focus on trading and at that time it was very easy to make profits in trading so I made the wrong decision thinking that trading is a job that will always earn money but it turns out that this is not always the case, so I had to face economic difficulties because I was no longer working and trading was experiencing a decline in yields.
So if you can stick to both then it will be better until you actually have enough assets for retirement later, so that inflation won't reduce the value of your assets, but instead these assets provide regular income.
I don't want to disappoint the OP, but to be honest, very few people can make a living from trading because it's so unpredictable, and we can't always make a profit from it. I have never seen anyone who always wins without losing in trading, and most of the professional traders I know also have outside business. OP is making a lot of profit from trading, but that doesn't mean in the coming months, in the future, it will always be. Therefore, in my opinion, he should not give up his job as a civil servant despite a low salary and a lot of pressure.
That is true, there are professional traders who may make money that way, or there are people who use others money to trade in the wall street world for example, all of that is understandable and common as a business. If you are like that then you may make a profit but if you are not like that then you are going to lose a lot.

I personally suggest that everyone who ends up with a profit on trading should be careful because they may end up losing it a bit later, it's not a consistent thing and you need to learn how to trade very well before you start. It's like walking on a thin rope a 8000 feet, if you fall, you die, and here if you fall you lose all your money, would you go up and walk that thin rope without any previous study and education o nit? You need to learn first.
925  Economy / Economics / Re: Refusal from USD - where are the topics ? on: May 01, 2023, 12:55:40 PM
Well, that's what you think, I don't think that payments will be replaced by a single currency, which will be the Yuan, as you think, I think that many payments that are now made in dollars will be made in other currencies, and if you look at the paragraph of mine that you quoted, I speak in the plural. I believe that some payments will also be made in Euros, for example, and moving from a unipolar world in this sense to a multipolar one does not necessarily seem to me to be a bad thing, as you suppose.
I still feel like there is this "multi-currency" situation that will become the norm in the future. I mean some will take dollars, some will take ruble, some will take yuan, and some will take bitcoin as well. It's not going to be just one currency to rule over everyone else, world will not let that go on for a long time, that just doesn't make sense.

I know that dollar has ruled over for a while now but that was for a period, after a while other nations realized that it is not going to be easy to handle all of this so they are going to go with a different route. This is why I believe that we should be expecting other nations to have different type of deals, and should be considering multiple currencies to get to the top and used.
926  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Beginner mistakes and how to avoid them on: May 01, 2023, 10:24:41 AM
Most of the newbies in crypto space believe once they have a large capital they will definitely succeed in the crypto space, but they are wrong, not knowing that if you can't grow/manage a small account, you can't grow/manage a big account either, their are common mistakes they usually make an I will be giving out tips on how to avoid them
I feel like most beginners will learn from their mistakes by doing them, that is going to be the case for most of them, not going to be amazing or anything to do so, but it is going to be the reality and there is really nothing to do about it. If they make a mistake and learn from it, they will become better, if they learn nothing from the mistake then they are not going to be great at it and that is going to be a trouble.

Think of it like it is a boring approach, like if you could end up with learning by making a mistake, that is a terrible thing because you lost, but next time you will be better and make a profit thanks to that loss. This is why reading these will not be that easy to solve beginner issues, they have to do them personally and learn from them over time as well.
927  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: New L1 and L2 chains launching in 2023 on: April 30, 2023, 08:31:21 AM
It can be seen that there are many projects that will be launched in the second quarter of this year and most of them are projects with very impressive funding levels in this market. I can see that getting into the crypto space also comes with some risks and challenges. It may be difficult for some software engineers to implement and deploy blockchain applications, as it is a new and rapidly evolving technology. In addition, compliance with regulations and laws in the crypto environment is also one of the challenges for developers.

In general, the fact that more developers are entering the crypto environment is a notable trend in recent times. However, in order to be successful in developing blockchain applications or dApps, developers need to do thorough research and comply with relevant legal regulations to minimize risks and ensure safety for the user.
Yeah, this is mainly because we are in a bull market and because of that there will be tons of projects that will act as if they are doing alright. I mean sure they will get the funding but the result will be terrible and it will not be a good one for any of us.

I hope that it does well enough that we will not care about the drop, but I bet that almost all of the ones that gained so much funding will crash and burn, aside from maybe a few of them. This is why I keep suggesting people not to fund projects, because they should be doing it anyway if they think it is so great, get them to keep some of the tokens and do it out of pocket and that way they would be able to show if it actually worths or not, if it does then the tokens they are holding will worth a lot.
928  Economy / Economics / Re: Concers About Going in Business with a Friend on: April 29, 2023, 02:54:03 PM
It really depends entirely on the people involved.

And if you are wondering whether you should do it or not, then I suggest that you think about it more carefully. Usually, personal relationships and business do not mix well which would make anyone think that it'd be better to never do businesses or investments with friends or family since this would save not only your capital funds but also your relationship with them. In some sense, this kind of thinking does make sense, but this does not apply to all scenarios/situations. For instance, if a friend or family has the qualities, skills, temperament etc., that aligns with your standards and trust that it would benefit the business or investment you are planning to make, then collaborating with those people would be the best decision. Again, it really depends entirely upon the people involved, that's just how it is.
There are examples of people who did it and they were fine, and there are examples where people did it and it was terrible. Apple, microsoft, facebook all of those started by bunch of friends, and they did very well so there are examples that it does work very well. But we have heard bunch of examples where it did terrible as well so it wasn't really a huge deal neither. So all in all I would guess that it was alright but not amazing or terrible, just alright.

I personally wouldn't do it if I had the chance, there is no reason to trust something like that and it would be smarter to avoid it if you could, I didn't really avoid it too much but just didn't had any chances and would suggest the same to others, just don't do it if you can avoid it.
929  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think China is playing a double game? on: April 29, 2023, 09:53:54 AM
China always plays double standards both in the political and economic ecosystem. They have not openly criticized Putin for invading Ukraine and they are not also supporting Ukraine. They don't want to lose the benefits of their trading with the West so they support Russia secretly, while they are also pretending to promote peace. Hong Kong is its economic lab where China experiments with Western economic and political policies (capitalism). While mainland China is used for the implementation of socialist and authoritarian policies. China doesn't want to lose the benefits many nations are deriving from cryptocurrencies so Hong Kong serves as the avenue to get those benefits.
I feel like they are just staying in the middle and that is a smart move that many should have taken. I mean I understand that Ukraine wouldn't have been able to fend off Russia without help of anyone else, but lets assume that Europe defends Ukraine, then USA shouldn't, or if USA does then EU shouldn't, or if one nation does the other shouldn't. There is no nation openly working with Russia right now, but there are so many with Ukraine.

Even though I believe Ukraine is 100% right to join EU if they want to, and Nato is something that can be accepting them or not based on merit, and not what Russia says. But also as someone who lives in a nation that has nothing to do with this, absolutely far away and we didn't say a single word about it, I just worry about the costs that will result, not just financially but what if nukes starts? That scares me a lot.
930  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Back in 2021 Form ;) on: April 29, 2023, 05:23:23 AM
Basically the reason why it went below the $2000 mark is due to all the unstaking that is taking place and causing the selling. Crypto is transparent and its very easy to see how much ETH is unstaked everyday. If you are a holder you can see this and know before hand that most of these unstaked ETH will be sent to an exchange and sold. Hence you are hesitant to buy more and will wait until the unstaking slows down.

The amount being deposited doesn't mean anything because those deposited ETH wasn't going to be sold anyways but the unstaked ETH has a higher chance of being sold. This is what might happen if USG sends more BTC to Coinbase to sell or when MtGox releases all those BTC after a decade.
Did it really?  I don't think so...  The Shapella update happened around April 12 and the massive sell down happened a week later around April 19 and was really a sell down that happened with Bitcoin and it took ETH and the whole crypto market down with it.

And the funny thing is the sell down happened out of nowhere...  But it's done now and the market is trying to claw back the lost gains.  So far so good even with the recent shenanigans.
I think it wasn't really an "out of nowhere" thing, it was caused by panic selling that triggered the liquidation that caused this. When there are profit taking, drawbacks and liquidation at the same time, this is the result and it happens quite commonly as well. I feel like the most important thing in the crypto world is that you should be getting away with these little drops if you can hold very well, I did, and many other people did.

Because we knew that the drops would happen, and it will recover back to higher levels if we could just wait a bit. I have seen price go down for just a week for a million times, I know when it is a crash, and I know the difference when it is just a drawback, one happens quickly and a lot, the other just a small amount and stays there for a while without going down any further.
931  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will April be a red month? on: April 28, 2023, 08:40:51 AM
BTC price already increased to around $31k and drop again to around $27k lately. So, I assume there will be a sideways phase in the next few days. I think the price won't go above $30k until the end of this month, it may just go around $27k - $29k. However, it is not impossible to retest to $32k if there is big news about BTC or crypto, but it should be positive news/issues. Since I don't hear any significant issues/rumors on Bitcoin/crypto, I guess we only see the price to move slowly.
Bitcoin is seen moving up around 4.9% today which is pushing up again at around $28,748, this condition is the best moment for crypto asset investors. The market's positive sentiment was due to the collapse of the banking system, in recent months, traditional banks have been struggling with liquidity problems and bankruptcy.
The level of customer trust is decreasing in the banking system, this condition of course provides significant benefits for crypto assets such as Bitcoin because many investors are putting their trust again in the blockchain system and Cryptocurrency.
Once again we are reaching towards 30k levels, it is not really too far of, it was 29k+ last I checked. I have to say it is getting to eb a good month, just because we had a small fall doesn't mean that we would have stayed there. The weirdest thing about that period though is that 28k had a huge support line, so I assumed if we cracked under that level, we would have a lower price but then that did not happen, so I assume that it is not going to end up with anything better for a while and yet that failed too.

I guess it will become something that will be super hard, and I suppose that it is going to end up with a much better result, unexpected but definitely makes me happy. When you assume it will go even lower, but it doesn't that would be bad if you are waiting to buy more, but I wasn't, I already bought so I am happy.
932  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading as wealth. on: April 27, 2023, 08:30:34 PM
When to buy and when to sell actually seems simple, but the fact is that for trading, especially for day traders, things like this are not as simple as they say because it returns to the initial focus, as I said, there needs to be further learning and understanding if you really want to do that.
I agree, in day trading things get even more difficult to manage and micro-manage. Daily swings are unpredictable and hence I prefer to play it safer with long term trading and advice the same to newbies who are willing to play it safe as well. I do admire those who day trade and make a living out of it, but its not my thing, honestly.

I am not sure how much luck can actually help here because this ends up being a gamble everyday when it comes to day trading or short term trading. Quick decisions and a fast internet - all the more anxiety inducing. I am not sure everyone can handle that pressure.
This is what I do as well, there are people who trade within minutes and that scares me a lot. How could someone know what bitcoin price could be in a few minutes? How could that even matter? But at the end of the day, there are people who acts as if that is normal and make a lot of changes and cause a lot of trouble as well, that is usually at leverage trading.

They end doing as high as 200x what I saw at the top, that is obviously the highest available and usually it's much less, and that means if it goes up even 20-30 bucks in a few minutes, they could make so much profit, but if it goes down that much they may lose it all. So that is why there are so many people who make these mistakes and I rather just go with the long term instead.
933  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: April 27, 2023, 06:36:22 AM
Lucky? So you are saying that the Lakers are just lucky that they won against the Grizzlies? What are you saying?

They're just a better team than the Grizzlies, and it wasn't luck that's the reason they won. Many are rooting for the Grizzlies to win against the Lakers because of how impressive they played in the regular season, but remember that the Grizzlies doesn't have Adams, and Clarke to help JJJ defend the paint. It would be a different outcome if those 2 are there to help the team.
Since the Lakers lead 3-1 in this series, they are definitely better than the Grizzlies. However, it's worth mentioning that they made a lot of mistakes in the 4th quarter. There were 5-6 minutes left when Davis got a technical foul for a 3-second violation, then Russell fouled, Schroder made a bad pass turnover, and Davis got an offensive foul again. All of this happened in literally 40 seconds and led to the Grizzlies leading by 7 points. That's why I said the Lakers were lucky to win that game because if Russell hadn't made those three-pointers, they probably would have lost.
I do agree that D'lo hitting three threes back to back is the reason why they made a comeback, but that doesn't change the fact that there is a huge problem for Memphis and how they are playing. They have a system that just doesn't work against Lakers, it just doesn't fit, Lakers have the recipe to figure that out and they have done that so far.

However, Lakers had their easiest series as well, so from here on out it is not going to be like this, they will lose probably. Warriors was another example, they do know how to beat the other team but they failed, they could have done a lot better and they failed at the road game. I feel like Lakers are good because of that, they may make mistakes, but not losing games so that matters a lot.
934  Economy / Speculation / Re: What if BTC won't see ATH again? on: April 26, 2023, 05:49:54 PM
No new ATH for Bitcoin means no more ATL for fiat money. That's simply not possible, new Bitcoin ATHs are inevitable. Just give it time.
This is the true approach. Considering that inflation keeps happening, high or low, there is no negative, it is always positive, even if it goes back to old days and we have like %2 inflation, that still means that there is inflation and that still means value of fiat will drop, and in that case we are going to end up with a lot better from the people and the price of bitcoin will go up. That is why I believe that ATH for bitcoin is inevitable as well and it will happen. Can't say if it will be next month or a year or a few years, but it will happen.

This is why it is important to keep investing into bitcoin. If you do that, when the time comes the fiat will lose its value again and a lot, there will be a crisis, like it always happens, and bitcoin price will be huge after that.
935  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Surprise back!!!! on: April 25, 2023, 10:16:25 AM
His rocket just crashed, so meme lovers can expect him to be back to hype and making money with dogecoin soon. I bet so far, Elon Musk doesn't have an easy explanation for the behavior he did with Dogecoin before, maybe now market participants are paying attention to other issues so it doesn't matter. cares a lot about Dogecoin, but for me it will have a repetition with a new trick.
Lol, so true but also a bit wrong. This dude is worth tens of billions of dollars, even over hundred if I do not remember wrong. Which means that the money he could make with doge by manipulating the market is not really something he needs. He needs a lot more than that, this would be a small help for sure but it will not be enough. Plus being able to make a rocket and go to space with it is a tough job, even if you had unlimited resources which he kind of does, you would not be able to make it work quickly.

There is a long time to build it at first, then it requires the perfect conditions to launch it, and just as you are ready to do that then you may have to wait because weather changes and a million other things, so it is not really that easy.
936  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is $30 dollars worth starting bitcoin? on: April 25, 2023, 02:36:22 AM
I agree that large capital is an advantage in investing because it gives a higher return, but when starting, only the minimum amount of capital should be used to get used to everything because investing is risky. You invest a small amount and feel sorry to see the market go up because you didn't invest more, but if unfortunately, the market dumped, you will feel quite lucky that you did not invest a large amount.

Investment should not be rushed, do not be afraid to miss the opportunity but invest greedily and blindly. Instead, invest slowly and experience the market, and don't be afraid of not having an opportunity for yourself, as long as the market exists, the opportunity will always exist.
I agree, if you rush int other market then you are going to have a bad result, but if you are careful about it then there is a good chance that you could end up with a better result, most people rush int other market and they lose a lot of money, that is the bad side of crypto right now, and should not be done.

I believe that the best thing to do at this moment would be making sure that bitcoin is not doing badly anymore, right now it is at a bear stage but a small one, I feel like it is a drawback and it will go back up, right now you could slowly start to get in. But even right now, when it is lower, I wouldn't advice getting in with all of your money, put just a bit in, and wait for it to either recover or go worse, if it does go worse then you can get in some more and keep doing that over and over again.
937  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: April 24, 2023, 06:52:16 PM
The Real Madrid vs Manchester City match is the most interesting, but the Milan derby is also interesting. Manchester City may be lucky as they are away from home in the first leg, so they have a chance to do better at the Etihad in the second leg. If City lose the first leg then I hope it won't be too big on aggregate, but discussion of the result seems premature.

I'm favorites Manchester City to impress in the semi-finals and qualify for the final. But I think they really had to fight hard to beat the reigning champions last season. Madrid are still the best in the competition, but that doesn't mean they will be as lucky as the previous season to qualify for the final.
Apart from that, indeed in this case Manchester City is still very much the favorite, it's just that they clearly know what mistake they made last season by being too complacent in the midst of conditions the match had not ended.
If indeed they do it again at this time then it is certain that this will be very bad again for them, especially if they don't underestimate Madrid even though later they will be superior because it will destroy them again.
I don't think it's right to talk about favorites in the match between Manchester City and Real Madrid. The better team that day between the two teams wins. Both are among the strongest teams in today's football world. Real Madrid is last year's champion. We will watch two very enjoyable series in these matches, and we are lucky in this regard.
At this stage that is true for both matchups. I mean it looks like both teams will be able to win based on how they will do, and probably they will do alright but they need to be careful anyway. I know that most people do not like to gamble with their risk, but at this stage whoever has a better day will win that game.

The talent level between the clubs is not that big, if the matchups were different and City played Milan or Real played Inter etc, then we may have said that there could be some difference, but in a series between City vs Madrid and a series between Milan vs Inter looks like that's going to be an easy situation. I hope that it gets a lot better and we could end up seeing a very good football for us fans. I just wish there are many goals, that would make this a lot better.
938  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: April 24, 2023, 06:08:22 PM
With the look of things nobody would believe that Manchester City will win the English Premier League this season. Arsenal has lost the chance of winning the Premier League title, because they have dropped point to the club nobody expected them to lost point to, it is so painful that after all the struggle at the end they lost the league title to Manchester City or any other size.
I still see some Arsenal fans having hope that they might still win, but to me I don't think so, Arsenal wasted the opportunities they had in their last three matches, if they won those matches, they will have been leading Manchester city with nice points but they wasted those points, now Arsenal will be playing against Manchester City, then Chelsea, and Newcastle. Let's assume Chelsea shouldn't be a difficult match for them since we know Chelsea are not really in form, but it will be kind of difficult for them to win Manchester City and Newcastle.
I mean it is not impossible? I am not saying Arsenal will win the title or anything, I still see City as the bigger team with the chance to win now, 2 games behind with 5 points, win both and they are above. However, lets be honest, we have seen City lose points in these situations before, specially before and after their Arsenal game for example, won and could have been the leader and lost. This is why I feel like it wouldn't be impossible for them to get a win there neither, but could be a loss too.

I think both teams have about equal chances and yet City is the better team so when two teams have equal chances I usually go with the better team. Still, it would be great to see this come down to the very last game and decided on the last weekend, that without a doubt would be the most fun for us fans.
939  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: April 24, 2023, 08:56:54 AM
The next F1 race will take place in Azerbaijan, Baku. Apparently there is a lot of money there to make races take place, while the country is known for relative poverty in principle. But Verstappen is probably every race favourite. Even if he has to start from 10th place, he still drives everyone home. Mercedes is slowly climbing out of the valley and has achieved at least a few podium places. Trying to win a race here and there this season and then competing for the championship again next season, that will be the tactic at mercedes.
Mercedes seems to have a kind of restart year. It's unclear to me exactly where it went wrong. Would it really all have to do with the new rules in F1 since last season? When Mercedes really didn't stand a chance. They dominated the sport for 10 years and Hamilton didn't know how to lose anymore. No wins last season. I think Hamilton would be happy with just 1 win this season, which in itself could work out. Baku seems like a pretty boring course with few overtaking opportunities, right?
Well simply because they used a different aero on the team, and the chasis was all wrong, which makes you lose so much pace as well so they needed to fix it. Let me tell you the difference, Aston Martin last year had a car much like Mercedes but even worse, look at where they are today? That is because their car is more like Red Bull instead, that's what they changed and suddenly became so much better.

Mercedes already hired their best ever designer, that means if they end up with the same type of improvement and change, if they go that route which they said they will eventually, then they could have that kind of improvement. If Aston Martin went from 7th best to 2nd best, imagine how much better Mercedes could be with that type of upgrade. Will that be on Baku? I do not think so, that's too quick of a change, but I bet after the big summer break they will have it ready.

"Singaporean women ‘outperforming’ men in crypto trades, survey reveals"
https://cointelegraph.com/news/singaporean-women-outperforming-men-in-crypto-trades-survey-reveals

The dawn of mankind is officially here. A recent poll from Singapore revealed that women managed to outperform men in the manliest games of all - crypto trading:
"As per the survey data, 76% of women reported either making money or breaking even on their crypto investments, compared to just 72% of men"

Since it looks like the answers were self-reported, there's a chance that women may not be telling the truth, to make themselves look better. But maybe there's something in the female approach to trading that would explain it (i.e. higher risk aversion?).
This is also good for minorities as well. When you do not know the person who you are doing a business with and these people can stay just by themselves and make money, they are much better on average. Doesn't mean that "white males" are not good, or bad at trading, that has nothing to do with it.

But right now, they do get most of the jobs and they do get most of the credit, and even in court they get a lot of benefit of the doubt. Whereas blacks, or woman, or his panics or any other minority in any nation, gets the short end of the stick. When you put those two against each other though, like white males vs black female, the difference is negligible, something you wouldn't realize if you looked at the work force, because minorities hired so little.
