Draper wont sell during ("dump") the next 3 years. He is in longterm. He said that in interviews.
922  Local / Trading und Spekulation / Re: Der Aktuelle Kursverlauf on: November 19, 2014, 12:36:20 PM

Agree with you Mr. Stolfi.

The seizing of DPR coins will hopefully be a reminder to people to have the bulk of their coins stored offline on an encrypted drive with the seed memorized. If DPR had done that, his coins would still be nice and safe whether or not they caught him.
m of n.  That's all that would have been required.
the other users of the m of n-multi-sig let the busted user rot in prision???
pretty inhumanely cruel

928  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero - A secure, private, untraceable cryptocurrency (mandatory upgrade) on: November 19, 2014, 02:53:33 AM
If you really want to get XMR added on this site, write in the thread (or edit your previous posting) that you are going to gamble with XMR on it. Not just "voted Monero". If you are really a gambler maybe - if you like - add the (realistic!) amount you gonna wager/deposit.

99,5% of the people would give the encryption password or the memorized seed, if they face => 10 years prision and can trade coins vs. some years less

---->
- all Darknet/hacking/massive  "money laundering"/unregulated crypto bonds/CP related busts in the US or people who get extradited to US will give up their coins, because they will always face => 10 years
- coins by busted people in the free world like EU or South America facing 1 till 5 years prison are safe this way
930  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 19, 2014, 02:23:14 AM
+1 We will have to wait until the US Marshals get rid of all the DPR coins, leaving only Satoshi's vault as the only big bag left to dump. Only then, the new Bitcoin generation will come forward.
till they size the next coins ...

The coin name really, really sux. No way chance for mainstream adoption, for multiple reasons.
933  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin is officially dead on: November 18, 2014, 10:13:55 PM
Oh please... Shocked
Litecoin has over a billion US dollars invested in it.
In what world will that just dissolve without a fight?  Huh
Current market cap is $128,668,972. That's 1/7 of a billion and even that is not hard invested cash (from outsiders), but rather mostly paid energy costs fees for mining (paid by cryptocurrency scene members).
934  Local / Trading und Spekulation / Re: Anycoin Direct: Schnell und einfach Bitcoin/Altcoin kaufen und verkaufen on: November 18, 2014, 09:43:34 PM
https://twitter.com/anycoindirect ist immerhin seit Juli aktiv. Immerhin.

I thought Monero fixed the zerocoin "blockchain size" problems?
Monero has no relation to the Zerocoin project or source code.

Yes DRKs chain is smaller today. But believe it or not blockchain size won't be a show stopper for Monero. This can be said for sure. But useless to discuss deatails now here in an Darkcoin thread.

Can someone give an explanation for "trivial to dilute it (infinitely)" for non-native speakers?
What does this mean? What is going to be diluted?
937  Other / New forum software / Re: Trial Board Function on: November 18, 2014, 10:23:06 AM
Approved, good suggestion.
938  Other / New forum software / Re: Deleting post from post history (Multi-Deletion) !!! on: November 18, 2014, 10:22:31 AM
Why would you want to delete posts from posts history?
Obvious to post dump!!!11
939  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 18, 2014, 05:01:59 AM
ah thank you solex, kinda still suxx, because the image proxying is and was always buggy, so maybe great meaningful picture posts are gone Wink maybe eeh
940  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 18, 2014, 04:55:12 AM
nearly 2000 posts cant be deleted manually (post by post), very, very unlikely
besides maybe some small manuall post dumpers, the real reason for this big loss of posts must be nuked (multiple) accounts of big time posting regs
(or small chance some people aka "post dumpers" found a way of automatization the deleting of own posts via an bot/script/macro or exploit/undocumented forum feature)

and btw, in case any one forgot, post dumping is serious businezzzzz Wink
