941  Local / Pilipinas / Re: [13th Anniv] Bitcoin Pizza Day 2023 on: May 22, 2023, 05:33:06 PM
I think yearly na talaga siguro mag papaevent yung crypto companies dahil sa historic first real worlds purchase using crypto at yun ay yung infamous pizza.
942  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is this considered a safe practice on: May 22, 2023, 05:03:14 PM
Is it safe or dumb to use your Credit card for online gambling because of free bonus rewards on signup and initial 3 months purchase? Will you take such risks with your card for such rewards? A friend informed me that some casinos gives better reward if you have a credit card with high credit score at around 800, he mentioned how he make 200$ from Freedom Flex after using over 600$. He also mentioned other like capital one

What are the disadvantages of using a credit card on online casinos? Any? Would you dare do such to earn more money?
Nope not for me. I wouldn't use any cards on crypto casinos or even other casino. I wouldn't risk my credit limit for the sake of doing my gambling activities. If the casino were hacked, you're doomed as hackers can get your credit information even if you stop playing at that casino. I think casino don't really wipe out their customer information as they believe that they are keeping it safe and the can use it in the future if you go back in the casino. I will just personally stick on playing using crypto or cash, I just don't care about the bonus.
943  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The madness of gambling addicts. on: May 22, 2023, 04:03:45 PM
~snip~
In my opinion, the number of reckless offenses has nothing to do with gambling, so I would suggest that in fact the problem lies much deeper - most likely at the level of the psyche of each individual. We've all heard stories of people doing nonsense that is hard to believe, but that doesn't mean that they are all gamblers. It is quite possible that gambling can provoke a person, but if he is in his right mind it is quite difficult to do so. In addition, even people who do not gamble at all commit such reckless acts.

That is true, but gambling can have a powerful effect on some people's mind.

In the end a gambler might end up doing horrible things, and all because they are not thinking clearly, they are just too focused on the short term and the objective at hand, winning at gambling, which is not even possible.
Every vices certainly affects our whole personality, gambling is a vice so yes it can affect it. Our existing personality can also affect our attitude toward gambling and can contribute to gambling addiction. At the end if you are a gambling addict, it will affect your daily lives as you spend more on gambling and your time is mostly spent on your gambling activities. I believe that there will be times that you will be hard headed and do illogical things because of the result of the gambling activities that the gambler recently have. Addiction can affect our daily lives no matter what kind of addiction it is. The gambling performance is affected as well because of the the addiction habits.
944  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: People with quick rich attitude always mess up with alt coins on: May 22, 2023, 02:20:33 PM
Most of those who get scammed are those same set who are investing in get rich quick schemes, there are always on then look out for the projects that will give them 100x return within a short pperiod  and in the end, they become victims of exit scams and many projects have ditched them for that,  it does not matter what the outcome of the previous investments is there are alwastill ready to jump on the next a bitcoin just because of hype and hunger to get free money.

Not knowing that cryptocurrency investment profitability comes from its long-term duration and if an investor is not patient he/she may end up losing their initial capital invested.
It's because projects that are prone to being a scam project are the one offering something luxury to the potential victims/buyers. They know that people want to earn fast money that's why they are saying it or declaring it that it will go to the moon soon, but it's the opposite because it's their intention to ditch their victims once they earned some money from the said schemes. It's important to asses each of our investment and don't believe on promises. Most promises doesn't come true in crypto. Saying a bold promises like giving you projection of prices pumps without any logical basis is just a pure talk. It's a red flag to be honest so don't believe in too good to be true offers.
945  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins airdrops you received so far for the year 2023 on: May 21, 2023, 05:24:37 PM
Haven't received any yet. I tried joining some of the airdrops with task such as testnet task but it seems I'm out of luck on the potential airdrop projects that I'm joining and now I'm just losing hope and is not motivated to join in the current airdrop projects. Also gas fees are ridiculously high on some task to be eligible for an airdrop and I'm contemplating if it is still worth it to give it a chance since it's I haven't received anything yet from my past airdrop participations. It seems that I need a little bit of luck on this trend and I'm half aware that my luck isn't that great.
946  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do You Think Casinos Should Do Survey From Time To Time To Assess You. on: May 21, 2023, 04:46:07 PM
I voted maybe because it's not the obligation of the casino to do such survey but doing it is a plus and a moral support from them to the gambler especially if their system noticed the pattern of the gambler spending habits and on how much the gambler is spending. It can also be a reminder as you said about the VPN. I've seen some MMORPG game that is reminding the gamers to take a break because of super long playtime that can affect their health. Obviously it can be the same as the casino but their will be a specific triggers for the reminder or survey since casino don't want to stop gamblers from playing unless the casino can be thrown into an issue about worsts case scenario such as s**cide because of gambling addiction.
947  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to Assess a Memecoin and Not Get Scammed ;) on: May 21, 2023, 04:07:28 PM
This is great! Following OP guide how to avoid scam tokens is very helpful. To be honest, I don't know some of the websites that are mentioned in the OP. This is a must guide in buying a meme coin as honeypot tokens are greatly increasing nowadays since scammers are utilizing it and the way how to know if it is a honeypot token is still not a common sense. OP had been fooled by this kind of scam even his a veteran on cryptocurrency, What more about newbies who just started on crypto. I'm imagining the casualties of this method of scamming. This method of scamming should be popularize as well as the guide that OP made.
This will tell us scam is impossible to stop because even experienced traders/investors have been fooled by them, how much more for those who have not.
In fact, we have a lot of tools detecting scam projects but still, many scam projects pop up in the market and have been enjoyed by the community.
The safest way I see to avoid getting caught by them is to invest only in those projects that have already been tested, those projects that already have results. Dogecoin and Shiba Inu are popular among meme coins, they are worthy or not but a good choice compared to others.
No one is safe. If this kind of scam method is well known to everyone, I'm pretty sure that scammers will find another way or create new method of deceiving people with the help of cryptocurrency. Scammers can't be stopped and I believe that they will exist as long as they can. It's just crypto is one of the hub they chose because of the nature of it of being anonymous and undiscovered ways to fool people. It's hard to lower your guard even if you know or aware of past scam projects to be honest since scammers are everywhere and the trend which can be a way to produce a great profit is also the one that is being targeted by them. It would be nice if we have a channel here for advices or guides like this. It's really helpful and can possibly attract new members to join this forum.
948  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Axie Infinity Philippine Thread on: May 21, 2023, 03:04:35 PM
Axie Infinity: Origins launches on iOS in LATAM, Asia
Yes, he passed away.
I wonder if kelan kaya ito marerelease sa PH. Medyo nahahassle kasi ako sa PC maglaro before at di namana worth laruin if you aim for the SLP since bagsak yung presyo pero I think pwede ko to gawing libangan. I also plan to get an ipad soon kaya sakto maiadd to sa games na pwede kong libangan.

Yep it's a sad news na wala na si taxton, even rob luna is wala na din. 2 axie pinoy streamer na yung nawala satin. Nakita ko lang sa facebook ko while scrolling kasi both of them are good axie players TBH.

I hope mag ka batas tayo tungkol dito.
950  Economy / Gambling / Re: Enough to consider a casino scam? on: May 20, 2023, 11:53:12 PM
Gamblers like us help scam casino sites.  Because when we carelessly start depositing without reading the rules of a casino site and lose those funds, we get excited and start calling the casino site a scam. So totally our fault and we are responsible for it.  So before making a deposit at any casino site one should research the site thoroughly.  Of course one should always focus on trusted casinos. and if one fails to recharge any casino site well then he shouldn’t definitely focus on the new site.
some gamblers come to a new site and try out a new casino just to see how the platform works. or to try to get a bonus that a new casino gives. I also do that sometimes, although I have a casino that I trust more. just in case I just used a small amount of money to try and get some experience in a new place.
but I have proven to myself that when you are comfortable playing at a trusted casino, it is difficult to move to another place. Of course, the assessment of each gambler will always be different.
There is nothing wrong with visiting a new casino site and testing the site or enjoying the bonus facilities.  But since it is a new site, you must check if there are any scam reports about that site before depositing there.  And in new condition large amount cannot be deposited there. In that case, even if that site is a scam, there is no major loss to be faced. we must keep this in mind. I think this is good strategy
Casino Scam is common with new sites. That is why whenever a site share the bonus or any other offer, everyone should gain good knowledge about that site before restoration or opposite. Until good information about that site is available, there should not be deposit. Moreover, I agree with you in any such case, one should definitely deposit a small amount of deposit first time, if that site get scammed you will loss all the assets so the maximum caution should be taken in this case.
How do you know if a new site is a scam when a new site is offering you a very good bonus and is actually paying you the bonus. and that's why you shouldn't gamble until a site is at least 6 months to 1 year old.  Because if a site survives in the market for 1 year, it does not seem to be easily scammed. but we panic and gamble when we see attractive high bonuses on new sites so they can scam us more easily.
Actually casino that has a good reputation is the one that least likely to scam you. Casino cares about their good reputation given that they spent a ridiculous amount of money on their promotions and maintain the kind of services they are doing for years. Casino won't sacrifice their casino for a little profit that they can get from you as they scam you. I'm sure that casino know that the trust that their community gives is more important than the money they can get if somehow they scam you. This is why casino industry is so competitive since they are so eager to get as many regular gamblers as they can and lessen the leaving regulars.
951  Local / Pilipinas / Re: [Discussion] Pagbili ng Bitcoin Physically/IRL P2P on: May 20, 2023, 11:15:12 PM
Wala pa akong experience sa physical p2p or kung meron man nakalimutan ko na. But I guess yung risk is malaki talaga given na pwede ka holdapin or worst patayin ka during the transaction lalo na kung sobrang laking halaga ng ibebenta or bibilhin mo. I have a friend na kwinentuhan ako about selling bitcoin physically and hindi biro yung amount, about 8 digits in Philippine peso transaction yun at sa sikat na casino sila nag transact at sa VVIP room dahil need ng mataas na security, yung bayad is half chips at half cash dahil nga sobrang laki ng transaction na yun. May middle man sila since mahirap magkatagpo directly yung buyer and seller given na sobrang laki ng transaction at para na din sa safety ng pera at ng asset. I think magiging prominent itong way nato once na patungan tayo ng malaking tax ng gobyerno or gawing illegal ang crypto satin.
952  Economy / Gambling / Re: NFTonSPIN.com - Leading Crypto Casino With Get Full Refund If Not Satisfied on: May 20, 2023, 01:39:43 PM

These are my concerns reading the Terms of Service:

If you are under 18 years of age
- Obviously, the only way to know this is thru KYC. Is KYC mandatory at your site?
I think they will collect KYC since it isn't indicated in their terms and condition. There's also no way of them knowing if a underage is playing on their casino unless they collect KYC. It also seems that they also lack the privacy notice that they are saying here. I can't find it on their casino website.
If you create multiple accounts, only one account is allowed per user
- Are multiple users under the same IP prohibited? What if several users under the same household want to test your site? Most gambling platforms nowadays allowed it as in the first place, there are no benefits from abusing something because accounts still need to spend money to reach those bonus requirements (not unless you have a bonus that is really obviously prone to abuse).
This is a problem that they will solve with KYC. As they hold too good to be true offers, they should expect abusers to come in their casino that has a same IP address and for sure abusers will tell them it's their relative, friend or some sort. They should declare it so gamblers will not have a problem understanding if they will collect KYC or not.

All games must be completed within two hours from the time funds are deposited. In order to maintain system performance and resources, we reserve the right to terminate any game left unfinished for more than two hours. Any bets placed on an unfinished game will be considered a forfeited play.
- Can you explain more and elaborate on this term?
It's my first time seeing this kind of rule or disclaimer on a casino. I think they only have small server this is why they don't want inactive gamblers to stay on their casino because it can be an added load to them. They are just a starting casino and I understand it.

The second red flag is cashback based on deposit, that percentage is too good to be true,

The most appropriate to apply on deposits is the instant rebate. Cashbacks are supposedly for wagered money.

Aside from that, it's really good to be true to expect something "if we are not satisfied".
I personally opted out in trying this casino because of the too good to be true offer. Everyone's gonna have a not satisfied feedback to it just to claim the refund LOL.
953  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: May 20, 2023, 01:10:37 PM
This is just to help those users who are questioning the entries of participants, but I think this won't affect the judgement.
Anyhow, this is one of a requirement now so better to have one as well. I still not see any entries yet, I'm sure everyone is rushing to done their art as we are lest than two weeks before the deadline. Good luck to us.
But it looks like it will be a bit more difficult to get it compared to the previous contest.
Likewise, I haven't seen any entries there either.
What you say is true, because the time constraints are getting shorter making everyone who takes part in the contest prioritize the completion of their work to make it even better.
And in making a good work of art requires a lot of time, the slightest mistake can affect judgment.

There's lot of time to prepare and if you rush to create your art just to have an early submission then might create a disappointing art piece. Much better if you study the artist submission then try to create more appealing art than them. Although there's no guarantee to win at least that you did your best to win on the contest. For sure for long time span of this contest many participants learn a lot and they think properly on what entry they want to submit.
However, when we have to see works of art first submitted by other participants to create different and better works, it will actually make us experience a bit of a hassle because there will definitely be more works that are good and worthy of being champions.
It's better to take advantage of the time from the start to make really good works of art with a touch of purity and that way we can create what can be judged far better than the work of other participants.
Time cannot be bought so each participant must make the best use of it.
Yes, by participating in a contest like this, each participant will gain experience and learning so they can create even better works in other contests.

Hassle for the fact that we need to do better art than them since if we just create an art work for the sake of we have  an art piece to show then maybe our chances to win is so slim. We need to became more competitive so that if we can see a great submission then we will be inspired to create more better art work than other people who submit first. Participants should do all they can since the prize is quiet appealing and for there efforts will be paid off especially if they win on the contest.
This is why there are people who are submitting near or on the day of the due date because I think they just don't want to other copy their ideas and improve it more or they just want to improve their current art work to be better than the earlier ones who submitted their art work. I once joined the contest and I don't think that it's a hassle to produce an better art but since it's a competition, Strategies like improving the current art work is an advantage. Everyone is competing the contest and it is fair that people who spend much effort on their art wins the contest.

It took time but now the whole thing came more and more clear what was it about.

It was 200% Deposit bonus what him/they have been after.

One man or group from Croatia started generating different accounts. With every new account he asked for Deposit bonus what we gave. Then we started seeing that all accounts do the same thing. Deposit bonus - Relax Blackjack -Withdraw - New account.  Wagered bonus out and created a new account. Some accounts are with clear evidence that they used with same device, some not. After triggering KYC it usually took around 1-2 weeks to till documents arrived. Pictures are made on the street. Some in alcohol shop where you see the bottles behind.

Total they got huge amount of funds from us plus this sentimental loss here.
We paid out to many. But now when we saw that same users like ttea have been using same device. We blocked the account right away. And then the drama begins. btw user ttea is now gone and we dont get any contact from him.

Last ones ddaddic - we also paid out everything.

It seems that scammers are getting away with your money. With a solid proof, I think that you can reject a withdrawal as long as you made it on public like posting it in this thread or somehow a scam thread against this casino. Scammers are really creative and silly nowadays, They try will try to abuse your casino as long as you are still paying and haven't questioned anyone. Remember that there are people who can sold their identities in the streets for some cheap alcohols. This is why sometimes even KYC is not enough in detecting people in abusing a casino. Two or more accounts logging-in in a same phone is a solid red flag and a big proof that they are scammers.
957  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Understanding cryptocurrencies and investment. on: May 19, 2023, 04:39:04 PM
Risking innovative concepts is the primary challenge, especially if we don't have a firm guarantee of their viability and validity. In my viewpoint, it would be wiser to choose tried-and-true coins if you are unsure because they have a solid base and have already faced with various market circumstances. It may be tempting to make an investment to test new coins because they appear profitable and attractive, but we should never take a risk without first conducting adequate research to have a better assurance that we won't regret it afterward. Yes, there are many projects that are feasible today, but they also come with scam projects, so we need to be cautious of them.
There are potential coins available in the market and showing remarkable events already which is enough to consider when investing. In fact, we never fall into scam projects if we know exactly what we are doing and much more if we know the risk that we have in the crypto space. Many people suffer losses because of a lack of knowledge and greediness but if we can just stop this and take extra caution, I was very certain that it never happen to us. Unfortunately, things can be changed when someone who has the influence would speak as it gives courage to the investors without knowing that it was just a trap.
As you said, we can avoid the scam projects that people with influence speaks about if we know what we are doing and knows what kind of risk we have in investing. The target audience of influencers who are promoting scam projects or projects that has uncertainty are the people who are either riding the hype or people without proper knowledge on what they are doing. It's known that investing on an altcoin at an early stage and has a high probability that a project will be a success will grant you a big amount of profit compared on buying it on the market. And this is the reason why people still invest on projects.

there are things that are unbelievable, it's been a long time since I posted on this thread, to be more precise I posted on this thread on May 1st and my post was made precisely to complain that the OP hadn't been on the forum for a while and that it would be healthier for his casino if he were a more active person in this thread, well it would be more obvious that OP at some point would come to the forum and see every post and behave differently, at least that was my expectation, and for To my surprise today I remembered this thread and decided to see how things are going, and to my surprise I see this:

Name: dexsport.io

OP has entered the forum but since he created the thread he has not made a single post, I keep asking myself what is the purpose of having created an account and this thread if he has no intention of interacting here on the forum, a person who has Anybody intending to run a serious business for the long term will always spend most of their time interacting with customers, it is the customers that make it possible for the business to last for many, long years, and ensure that you have a steady customer base and the main objective of a business and it is only possible if you achieve this by interacting every day with customers, the p is not going in a good way. Anyway, I don't use this casino, I just hope he reviews whether his behavior is good or not for his business.

Maybe OP doesn't have any interest in promoting or spending time in this forum but still want to be searchable on google and OP did is to create a thread and just leave, which I guess a free way to make the casino visible to audience without putting any efforts in it. About the last active, There's a chance that OP might accidentally opened this forum at some point and decided to close it without visiting his thread. This thread could be helpful to OP casino but yeah OP chose not to be active in this forum. The traction that the forum members made here were pretty useless I guess.
959  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FOMO on: May 19, 2023, 03:06:46 PM
FOMO - Fear of missing out.

For me, it was actually this year. I actually looked for a $pepe coin around January, because of my love for Pepe Lore memes and couldn’t find anything. Now I missed out on a meme coin of a lifetime.
I think you don't understand the FOMO term / slang in crypto. You didn't FOMO just because you missed in buying a coin. FOMO is when you buy a coin that is going uptrend on a rush because you don't want to buy it on a higher price, Also without having that much knowledge on it. You simply just missed buying that coin which did go very high on this month, it's a big missed and I'm sure there's a regret in your mind not buying it. This case happened all the time and I'm sure that you are not the only one who missed buying that coin.
960  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Paano Ka Ba Manghikayat o Mag educate Sa Mga Kababayan Natin on: May 19, 2023, 02:48:16 PM
