941  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Dogecoin overpriced? on: February 13, 2021, 04:37:38 AM
Dogecoin at this current price point whether people considers it overpriced or not still a risky investment than any of the major crypto with highest market cap.

The drive of the price purely because of the price even people don't even have any idea of what they are buying when trying to "invest" to doge at this point, IMO it's overpriced but this kind of opinion is really relative to the person on their own, because as I've seen some people in reddit think it could go well beyond $1 and said it's still under priced.
942  Economy / Economics / Re: Risk-takers always ahead financially on: February 08, 2021, 07:36:11 AM
Taking risks is not always practical in nature for you have lots of things to compromise and you must be mentally ready to accept the possible consequences and the results that may come for the decision that you will do upon deciding to take such risk. Yes, risk takers do have an edge for sometimes because they can be able to know more information that other people are hesitating to do which allows them to start up wondering how things work and discover things that are still not informed into other people because only few know about it. But does not basically good at all times.
That's my thought too, usually being risk taker is good when we know what we're doing and know how well things works. If we don't have a clue about what we're doing then we better back off and to learn some new things in the process. So many startups fail because they don't know how the startup market works but still taking risk anyway.
Being succesfully or financially ahead usually just know how to take advantage of an opportunity that appears to the fullest with the experiences. otherwise it's gonna be hard to reach that.
943  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the future of Ethereum smart contracts with +$20 cost of gas? on: February 08, 2021, 05:49:51 AM
Just wait for ETH 2.0 completed they said to have 2 solutions for the current fee problem that is sharding and state channels that said to be able to increase the current blockchain to 100,000 tps.
But it's true that the current cost of gas more specifically for smart contracts are ridiculously high and hinder the development and blockchain activities by a lot.

The future of smart contracts will be alternative chains!

The current fees are annoying and blocking all normal transactions. I'm currently avoiding Ether like a plague!

Well the articles i've read said eth 2.0 gonna have side chain.
944  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fees are sky high on: February 07, 2021, 05:32:22 AM
I have about 35$ that I'd like to buy BCH with, but with the transaction fees, I can barely get 8$ out of those 35$. Anyone know a way to buy BCH on blockchain directly from your BTC balance? Also, Could I maybe set a low low fee and use transaction accelerator to push it through?
Dear the market is very High for that reason All of coin transaction fee is too high it is very pathetic for all of us only TRX may be transaction Price is Low and all of coin transaction price is too much high and also ETH gas fee is more from BCH.
Actually all the coins that below top 10 market cap (except erc20 tokens) have low fees, its just the users too centralized in top cryptocurrency thats why the blockchain overflowed with many transactions as a result the confirmation arrives too long but then people use higher fee to overtake other people's transaction and the cycle goes.

Eth seem to stay this way for atleast few months in the future so be patient or move over to coin with better fee.
945  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Privacy coins. How much do you think we need them? on: February 07, 2021, 04:17:21 AM
it is quite important moreover for someone who overly obsessive about security when buying digital goods, there's always reason why I used throwaway email just for buying vpn or such just to make sure that in the future when any of the websites
I used got their data breached, I don't need to worry about my credentials Grin  and using monero is definitely no brainer for me.

The fee for transaction is cheap too  Grin Grin but I bought digital goods like once a year.
946  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Elon Musk Again & Again Tweet for Doge? on: February 06, 2021, 09:25:07 AM
Theres two possible theory in my mind.
1. Elon Musk have fun for trolling Doge Price
2. Elon Musk account been hacked and he wont admit it since its shameful to him.
If he really got hacked he would've announced it right immediately since it can be used for criminal activities like for example scamming people by DMing through twitter. AFAIK elon doesn't really care about saving face in twitter he just tweet whatever he wants and to save face just because hacking is definitely not him.
I believe he's more of just trolling  Grin not to mention he said that crypto might be the future currency for space exploration maybe he's just tinkering around testing the water while making a joke or memeing.
947  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Token holders be prepared on: February 06, 2021, 08:06:02 AM
ikr? the fee gonna be the biggest problem in ethereum pump, it's already too high that it's unbearable for majority of ETH users and imagine if the price rise even higher. Not that it's a bad thing but if the token price stays the same while ETH keep going up the disadvantage outweigh the profit, can't move things if the fee alone takes up more more than 30% of the tokens worth.
The only way to minimize money needed to pay fee is to send the tokens to centralized exchange but then again the exchange also charge high fee for ERC20 based withdrawal. the situation really confusing.
948  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Report ETH for SCAM because $80 fees on: February 06, 2021, 03:57:58 AM
Ethereum is losing people's trust. Of course, ETH is the most popular coin after Bitcoin and has a clean reputation. It is not for nothing that institutional investors are buying up Bitcoin and Ethereum first, and then everyone else on the little things. But it is still very difficult for ordinary users to pay huge fees.
I think people now can run to Binance Smart Chain.
I doubt people lost trust in ETH honestly, and if they do, why the fee keeps on increasing instead of decreasing since losing trust means lesser user but nah  Grin.
But, imagine how ethereum gas state in the next year when more and more dapps being released that needs to interact with Ethereum blockchain, I'm sure the current gas is just the beginning of something more annoying which is an even bigger gas fee.
by that, other coin could easily try to steal the opportunity only if they could bring in some projects to their blockchain.
949  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH made me very Angry today on: February 05, 2021, 08:38:15 AM
I definitely understand your frustation  Grin. The reason why I keep on waiting and waiting for the fee to atleast calm down and chill but few weeks went through and the fee goes up even more higher instead like are you kidding me?

This stupidity with high fee need to stop for real, if there's any solution to move erc20 tokens without interacting with ethereum blockchain then I'm gonna all in but that's just a dream.

but you need to sort out your behavior lashing out your uncontrolled anger at someone innocent.
950  Economy / Economics / Re: Rich have too much on: February 04, 2021, 08:35:57 AM
It's true that rich people could get richer but we all have the freedom to change our lives and our fate by working hard. We might not get rich instantly but our perseverance could change our status. Instead of blaming them for being richer, why don't we just have them as an inspiration to work harder? Life is hard but we should persevere harder.
It's more of problem with the big corporations trying to open business with tons of money and compete again some small business in nearly almost all sectors.
they have the capital to bring down all the small business to the ground and after that reap the profit and monopolize the market.

People always say to work harder but they don't know that work hard without capital means less opportunity of being success or almost near to nothing. Imagine opening up a small shop and then the large corporation trying to compete with you and making some huge discount you lost your margin, I guarantee your business gonna go bankrupt within few months while although they lost some money they could reap a lot more profit because there's no competition.
951  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How many of you use "Crypto Prediction Applications" for trading? on: February 04, 2021, 06:55:28 AM
Using crypto prediction app is the same as entrusting all your financial decision to some stranger over the internet.
If you have no problem with doing that then that's okay but you should consider making some analyzation to create prediction by yourselves. These kind of app don't exist just to provide some free information to people without a cost.

They could be taking advantage of the information they share to you like buying the coin first before sharing the information so they could reap the profit.

But, the app really could predict the future though, or more like creating the future by pursuing people to buy certain coin or making pump and dump signal.
952  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: UNI coin is the next BNB. ? on: February 04, 2021, 06:04:52 AM
between UNI or BNB has good potential, in my opinion, it's just waiting for the two tokens to compete in the cryptocurrency market. because it is seen from the rankings there are only 2 rankings difference and the only difference is the price if BNB is higher. but it could come as a surprise if UNI or BNB can get stronger
UNI could get the advantage in the long run in my opinion. BNB while performing really good at the recent years it's ties tightly with binance, a centralized exchange which could tank like at any moment. The problem about centralized institution is that it usually could make humane mistake meanwhile an automated decentralized exchange always follow the rules set by the system.

But, BNB gonnna have the upper hand if binance keep expanding and performing while offering advantages to BNB holder, we gonna see the result in the future maybe a year later.
953  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The surprise of Dogecoin on: February 01, 2021, 09:07:16 AM
After seeing the insane growth from doge I have faith in many other altcoins that can do the same thing, and indeed a lot of altcoins have grown a lot. I wouldn't be able to make a claim on a coin that has been heavily pumped, but congratulations nonetheless to everyone who has made a profit from buying Doge.
Not really though, I mean other altcoin not gonna get free promotion from a person like Elon Musk, keep in mind that he promoted dogecoin simply because it was a meme coin and nothing more.
You think he gonna promote another projects which has bunch of developers behind the project wanting to make some profit for free? nah I doubt so much.
Doge and BTC could be the only one that gets promoted by Elon Musk except elon open some crypto endorsement LOL.
954  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your most preferred approach to investing in cyrptos on: February 01, 2021, 07:06:55 AM
The same as you except I differ which money i can invest to some high risk investment instrument and which other is needed for emergency fund or saving which means low risk investment.
The kind of High risk investment in new projects usually done small amount since the risk is high and can't afford to lose so much.
Meanwhile I do staking which offer lesser risk and stable return but take like a really long time for ROI and also bag holding since I like to bag hold hard. Maybe my investment is not really optimized for greater return but it's enough.
955  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is better, ether or bitcoin? on: February 01, 2021, 04:32:09 AM
As you know, BTC price is backed from around $42000 and ETH is going upward, so this is difficult decision to invest $100 in BTC or ETH; I suggest you should invest in ETH because there is more chance to reach more than $2000 ETH price in few months.
Reaching $2000 within few month for ETH is kinda hard I guess? AFAIK eth trend always follow bitcoin and if bitcoin didn't also double its value I think reaching that kind of price gonna be really hard. Not to mention the ridiculous fee making a lot of people moving over to another blockchain platform. ETH really need to sort its problem first before reaching that high of price because imagine reaching $2000 but the fee gonna be around $30 a transaction while many ERC20 tokens also depend on ETH blockchain that's what I call insanity.
956  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Could DOGE could reach 1$...? on: January 31, 2021, 10:18:47 AM
Maybe just buy after it got dumped but reaching $1 from $0.02? I don't think it's gonna be easy and gonna take more time than you imagined. But considering how much circulating supply I don't think it's gonna be possible. Call me pessimistic but thats just my opinion on coin with too much supply.

Also, its a meme coin people pump it out of fun for meme and that kind of coin I doubt gonna retain its value after pump for long, just see the chart recently, it got dumped again unlike BTC .
957  Economy / Economics / Re: What We Should Learn From Elon Musk Influence on: January 31, 2021, 08:20:32 AM
One thing we can learn from Elon Musk influence on crytpto currency is that it cannot last forever. Why do i say this ? Once upon a time there was John McCafee who was throwing similar stunts albeit a different way, causing fomo and fuds in the heart of newbies nd the market in generally. I say enjoy this stunts while it last. But keep your investment safe.
Elon Musk honestly different than how John McAfee approach crypto like by a lot. Elon musk doesn't advertise any projects just because money, he's making tweet or tag by his own will and not money driven whereas John McAfee usually speaking about the projects that paid him some share. The factor that contributes to mcAfee fall is how he recklessly sponsoring every projects that want him in like very frequently, once most of them tanks he's the one gonna lose the reputation.
958  Economy / Economics / Re: What We Should Learn From Elon Musk Influence on: January 29, 2021, 10:58:48 AM
Oh yes! Famous public people and especially Elon Mask definitely have great influence on crypto. Even after Elons’ small tweet "One Word: Doge." Dogecoins price increased on 20%, however than doges again dumped in several days. Was that phrase ("One Word: Doge.") also “signal” or no? Maybe some traders know how to decode that “signals” correctly?…
it's not signal or something complicated like that, he's just like doge as a meme.
It's like the case of watching movie, people always overthink about a scene then making conspiracy theory out of it meanwhile the movie creator don't even have idea what people talking about their movie. same with celebrities like elon musk which every words get taken seriously although most of the time he's trolling.
It's just happen that many people assume it's some kind of signal and start buying. more like self fulfilling prophecy  Grin.
959  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: You can lose transfering and withdrawing on: January 25, 2021, 11:07:39 AM
I feel the transaction fee for now is very large. This is obviously very detrimental to small investors because they have minimal assets and will be used up to pay fees. I still hope that the fee will be able to go down in the future so that it can provide low fees and not bother small investors
That's exactly why if you want to keep the expense as small as possible centralized exchange is the way to go to trade ERC20 tokens. those dex are good but the fee is really killing it and there's no option but to use cex but only temporarily.
Then, once you done with trading you can simply save your asset in form of USDT TRC20 that way you can save atleast ~$20 bucks based on my experience and I'm talking about a trading activities that's not so frequent.

Such a waste though when dex is currently on fire the fee becomes biggest hindrance. However, I don't expect ETH fee to go down anytime soon. ETH 2.0 implementation said to takes place slowly.
960  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think that a new ATH is coming or a crash? on: January 25, 2021, 03:27:12 AM
I think the best is yet to come. The corona also helped crypto in some way. Of you look the picture globaly with economy it isnt good. Goverments are printing more and more money and with that the price in crypto will go up. Everyone who understands the situation will invest in crypto some money. All of that will drive the price up.
Honestly I don't think it's the pandemic that helps crypto, In my opinion the positive impact of pandemic to crypto market is really low and there's no concrete evidence that because of pandemic people starts to invest in crypto, quite the opposite people uses their money to buy their basic needs. It's the big investment institution like fund management company or investment company that helps crypto like a lot these days. They are the one who bring exposure to crypto at the early start of bullrun.
