Just want to let you guys know that it is possible that my nodes won't work as expected (since I didn't get the chance to test them before launch). However, I think they'll work fine, but I'm just saying this so that you guys don't burn me for them not working from the first few blocks. I'll be watching when we hit 144990 up till the very block, so I'll know right away if anything doesn't go as planned. I'll be mostly looking at the Qubit console (As that's where 95% of my hash is going).
I'll keep you updated if anything goes wrong, and I'll fix my nodes then edit the source to reflect any changes made.

Does anyone want to take on the DigiByte iTunes IOS wallet? We are stretched to the max and do not have any experience with IOS app development. We have reached out to a couple people but have not heard anything back. We definitely would be paying.  |

Hmm yesterday my rented hashes burned out of btc, sending some more to kick down the last blocks. Yeah man get back in here for the final stretch! How can we improve this list? Why use DigiByte? - 1st coin to fork to multi-algorithm mining (Most fair distribution).
- With 5 unique algos & independent difficulties a 51% attack is significantly mitigated and becomes much harder to carry out.
- 1st coin to develop & implement DigiShield (asymmetrical difficulty adjustment).
- 30 second blocks are better for merchants transactions.
- Professional & dedicated development team since launch on Jan. 10th 2014.
- Strategic long term road-map & vision alongside pending global corporate partnerships.
- 1:1000 ratio with Bitcoin, better for micro transactions.
- No more premine as it was given away to users & charity and used for initial development as stated from the beginning until outside funding was received.

This is really outside of our control. In our view the more people utilizing DigiByte the better. Also, Cryptsy is the only updated DGB exchange registered with FINCEN. So if something goes south, people still have an avenue for recourse. Which is a good thing for DigiByte and digital currency technology. |

Transfer your #DigiBytes from your Android wallet to a desktop wallet before block 145k as we have not yet updated it!
We just realized this may cause issues for people until we get Android updated.

It should work when the switch occurs but we wont know until it happens for sure:) We are putting the finishing touches on DigiHash.co also as a main developer pool. Network is pushing along nicely at 5000 MH. |

Thanks for posting, we will give this a whirl & report back. Thank you! I figured out maybe it's worth noticing it's Win 7 only and AMD GCN only. BTW, are you going to share hashrate hardware data with MYR? They would sure use some help! Thats for noting that! As for hashrate hardware data, you mean how different hardware acts while mining different algos & their configuration? If so then absolutely. We need to create a central location for people to record their hardware settings and performance results to help everyone out. Anyone have any ideas on the best way to do this? The Litecoin & Bitoin wikis & wikipedia articles were very helpful in the past to record this data. |

We may have found the problem, Upnp is disabled by default. After reactivating upnp, p2pool seems to works, still doing some tests, will update the post if everything is solved.

So difficulty is still falling... it's around 1/2 what it was this morning before I added my hashes. I guess the logical explanation for this is it's adjusting downwards to attain the 1 minute block target?
Yes, last night we almost hit 8 GH at one point & the difficulty was around 100 or lower. Block timing was definitely returning to normal. We are in the process of getting more BTC to buy more hash later today. Thank you for contributing TD! If we can get up to 10 GH we should be able to get to block 145k in a couple days. We are still working on the finalization of two more mining pools that will allow mining on all 5 algos. |
