Ok i sent my order in got some BTC just for this. I lost a little on it too as BTC just dropped on the extra I got.

If you paid a little less on the invoice due to the drop we will have it for you. Copies will be sent out soon.

Hi LeonArdo,

I have sent BTC to buy your software, up to now I don't receive any information.

How long do you sent me software?

Thanks.

Hi,

sorry for the delay. I am just building the batch for the night. Some of us are on Holidays and we are on German time here.
You should have you link soon!

All the best,

  Rene

hi Jonathan, Rene and Christof I love your software.

I would kindly like to request support for Liqui

I mostly trade there these days Smiley

best regards

Hi,

I also like Liqui Smiley It just takes a lot of resources to integrate and test the integration well.
The exchange APIs seem easy on first sight, but come with a lot of quirks when actually using them in production.
Kraken will be out soon. And then we will add other exchanges!

All the best,
   Rene

Hi i sent in a request on the website but never got a reply.
Can I buy this with out using Bitcoin can you take Paypal?

Right now we just take BTC. Sorry about that. But we are working on other options!

All the best,
    Rene

Do you have a time frame of when you will add the Kraken exchange, is it going to be in 1 or 2 months time or a year?

should be in less than a month Smiley

c:/user/(your name)/.leonardo

Thanks. It is getting big. Can I delete some log files to reduce it's size?

Yes! You can delete all the log files if you like Smiley Everything ending in .log

Best wishes,
Jonathan

Anyone has problems with candles that are not displayed? Also the marks of the orders are not at the point where I actually did the order ( example: bought at 2, mark is set to 1 ). Downgrading doesn't solve the problem. But the version before the last update worked perfect, How do I revert back to it?
Thanks guys.

Hey Alkoxy1980,

Could you please send us additional Information about your issue (optimally to contact@marginsoftware.de). We need to know the market you use, the pairs on which the error occured.
Perhaps, you could even capture some Screenshot that visualize the error and/or send us some logs.

You can downgrade to the previous version by simply downloading the previous version from out Website and install it.

best,
Christof

OMG. I installed new version and all my bots disappeared. Is there any way to get them back? I have few days old backup of .leonardo dir. But simple copying it to orig. location doesn¨t help.
Any advice? I had many bots so I really don't want to set it all again. Thanks

Hi tego1,

From which version did you update to the most recent version? Perhaps, instead of copying over the whole .leonArdo folder, you could try to just copy over the file state.db,
which is a data-base that contains a table with the saved strategies. If this doesn't help, you could try to copy over your original state.db DB-file and then delete all tables in there that
don't contain the saved strategies (which might be easier to handle then copying over the table to another empty DB-file).

If you don't know how to do that, we could assist you with this step through PM or mail.

best,
Christof

How are you guys getting on with the update?

Some people are reporting issues we cannot reproduce. What's your experience like?

If you have issues with 3.4.1, please revert to version 3.4.

But before you do that please let us know what's happening here: contact@marginsoftware.de

And provide the following info where possible:

  • OS
  • Crash report if applicable
  • Description of what was happening (the more details the better). What markets/pairs were you loading or trading on?
  • Log from the offending currency pair (found in the hidden .leonArdo folder in your home directory)
  • Screenshot of situation if possible

Best wishes and thanks for your support!

Best wishes,
Jonathan

Hey Guys,

We found a general issue with the demo-market implementation that could cause a crash when running strategies.
This should be fixed now! Updated versions can be found on the website.

  Rene

Hi Rene,

I had pm to you about poloniex loggin issue, until now i can not run tool for poloniex account. Any new for me?
Beside that please update again my api bittrex.
I tried your new release, it dont fix this issue.

With me being on holiday we somehow missed updating your bittrex key, but it's done now and you have been notified by mail.

As for the poloniex issue of not seeing the pairs in leonArdo but the same API call working in your browser?? I am still not sure how that can be. The guys are looking into it though.

Best wishes,
Jonathan

Gday guys Smiley
Sorry to be a bit of a downer, but the latest update has me getting lots of random crashes. The last version had a total of 5 crashes since release, the most recent update has crashed more than 5 times already. WIN 10 64 bit, just seems random, but seems to happen when closing trades manually, and switching between exchange tabs. Can i just reinstall previous version over top this install, or must full uninstall, this one and start a completely fresh installation ?

That is a bummer. We'll look into it!

You can just install the last version over the current one.

Best wishes,
Jonathan

Hi thinking of buying but have a few ?s

Security? how safe is this to use I did not find any posts talking about this, Who can see my keys? can the developer see or get access to an exchange account? what protection is in place to stop this and keep things safe?

I too am kinda waiting for the Kraken version how far out is that I also use Bittrex for the newer alt coins But I like to trade USDT to what ever the most.
When the Kraken version is out will it support the trailing stops?

Using the ping pong feature can this run all day buying and selling only taking a small profit on small movements when it is going sideways with out the exchange having a problem with that many buys and sells going on.?

I just DL the newest version and it has already crashed the version before this I never had a crash. I am on win 7 64 bit
Also, i can not seem to move around the candle stick area like I see in the videos nothing moves for me.

Thanks

Let me quickly answer your questions:

"Security? how safe is this to use I did not find any posts talking about this, Who can see my keys? can the developer see or get access to an exchange account? what protection is in place to stop this and keep things safe?"

We only ever get to see one half of your two part API key pair. And that is not even stored on our websever. We just use it to protect our IP. Using leonArdo you connect directly to the exchange. We advise you to create keys with withdrawals turned off as an extra safety measure Smiley

"I too am kinda waiting for the Kraken version how far out is that I also use Bittrex for the newer alt coins But I like to trade USDT to what ever the most.
When the Kraken version is out will it support the trailing stops?"

Not sure. Just asked the responsible dev. If they are supported in the API I would guess yes.

"Using the ping pong feature can this run all day buying and selling only taking a small profit on small movements when it is going sideways with out the exchange having a problem with that many buys and sells going on.?"

Yes. This is no problem.

"I just DL the newest version and it has already crashed the version before this I never had a crash. I am on win 7 64 bit
Also, i can not seem to move around the candle stick area like I see in the videos nothing moves for me."

There was a bug introduced in the demo version that was fixed just today so please download again. To move the chart around you need to right click in it and drag. Make sure pan/tilt mode is on to get that extra movement (button on the left hand side of the chart).

All the best,
Jonathan

Good update.

I do still experience a little issue.
When I close the bot and try to reopen it, it does not.
I need to remove all the pairs (I usually have 10 on poloniex) but one, and then it does work again.

Hi p3ppymon,

Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean?

What do you mean by close a bot and re-open it?

Thanks!
Jonathan

When I want to open the bot with 10 pairs, it seems to loading up, but then the UI does not.
In order to start the bot, I need to leave only one pair, and hence load other pairs when the bot has started. It is really weird!

Which OS are you using and which market?

Thanks,
Jonathan

Windows 7 enterprise, poloniex

I am on holidays with my family for a week and will only be able to check in every now and then. You guys will be looked after by some other members of the team.

As for your particular issue, do you mean that in order to get 10 pairs and a bot loaded in leonArdo, you need to load a single pair (say ETH/BTC) start the bot and then load the other 9?

I just don't get what you mean by "open the bot with 10 pairs". Maybe open the bot means open leonArdo with 10 pairs in a continue last session, right?

Best wishes,
Jonathan

I wrote you a PM!

Hi Jonathan,

I've upgraded to 3.4.1 on Linux.

I'm getting regular crashes with this error message:

Code:
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::logic_error'
  what():  signHMAC: hmac not initialized
./run-leonArdo.sh: line 13:  4071 Aborted                 QT_PLUGIN_PATH=$DIR/plugins ./leonArdo

Hi Frank,

We need a little more information to be able to help you.

What market are you trying to fire up with what pairs?

Can can you tell me the output of the following:

uname -a
lsb_release -a

Thanks!
Jonathan

No Problem. Thanks for the quick response.
I'm connected to BitFinex and it doesn't seem to matter what pair i run or how many. I've tested again with only BTC/USD. After starting a strategy it runs for 5-10 secs then exits immediately with the above error message.

I'm running Solus Linux (Rolling Release). - See below:

$ uname -a
Linux solus 4.9.39-35.lts #1 SMP Fri Jul 21 08:30:39 UTC 2017 x86_64 GNU/Linux

$ lsb_release -a
LSB Version:   1.4
Distributor ID:   Solus
Description:   Solus
Release:   2017.04.18.0
Codename:   shannon

I've reverted back to leonardo 3.4.0 for the time being... That seems to be more stable.

Hi Frank,

I've asked my CTO to take a look at this as I'm on holiday.

Thanks for your patience.

Best wishes,
Jonathan

Hi Frank,

we analyzed your problem and found a general issue with strategies running in the demo-mode of leonArdo. We will provide a patch soon!

best wishes,
Christof

it would be really nice to add https://www.quadrigacx.com/api_info exchange. I am waiting this since long time!

it is on our todo list! We will be adding more markets in the following month. But there will be other exchanges added first. All a matter of resources Wink

I am myself a developer, is there a way I can help? maybe I can wrote a plugin or something? I would be very interested to contribute.
