I dont think its possible for any neg rep to join and the operator to obligated to pay you.
Its better to actually contact the individual who gave you that rep, and recourse that action to a proper one. I would assume you can do this now cause bitcoin has tooken a hit within price, so if its a debt you had to payback, its now way cheaper to pay off.

Its a shame though, cause despite the tech which I also appreciate and another reason I invested.
People are selling their coins left and right, due to the recent prices rumoring double digits. I think if anything, the blockchain is more valuable since its been a public ledger if a company can do this in their own version then I understand.

I thought they ceized their operation or whater or paused it.
But I guess not, but yeah the prices I see you have better options like spoondoolies partner up with their cloud mining buddy genesis mining. You can also pay by creditcard so if something happens you can actually have better recourse then most.

I`m speculating that Josh will get his lawyers and try to reduce his sentence and pay lesser amount then what they want.
Its usually a reasonable amount they agree behind closed chambers with the judge, breaking a deal between lawyers and they even discuss his finance. I know from experience since I actually was on a $1.2 mill case with jurors that were needed at the time. They might not obviously need jurors for this, but the inner deals is common.

You rather wait for the next wave in the price movement, and you can maybe buy a solid bitocoin if it dips into the double digits.
Which most are ranting about, but producing 1 btc a month is absurd for the standard person unless they have like a penta hash going on.
|

In my days of mining when like 2013, and BFL was still the hype.
I actually mined a good month with my BFL 5ghs using bitminter, and actually saw no problems at all and havent been cheated. Saw a solid .1 btc produced so I expect the same now if I decided to use their pool today with same results.
Bitminter is also more user-friendly in my observation if you are not super technical. Also allows to use on MAC`s if you have one, which most havent done.

You take the $6k, and hold it in cash. Put it into a money market account or something similar that has a established a 1% yield, then come back with the profit to buy bitcoin.
You never want to spend a huge principal just for a gamble, hoping to go up cause what if it doesnt? can you read the future? despite the bitcoin events etc.

I dont see how this relates, besides pointing on another scammer on this forum. But, hes talking about regarding on his situation with a ebay listing, not any of the domains that the other scammer guy has there. Also ebay isnt mentioned once on the other thread you linked.

I would just invest $5,000 traditionally, then use the investment to buy 1 btc instead.
And buy more when you see the price movements to pick up or not. Its not good to just buy and expect to just shoot up, its better to earn other areas of profit then using that free capital to your advantage.

Yeah, and then we`ll hopefully see some type of re-course right?
And then it`ll head back to a support of three digits again instead of the double digits being a temporary phase.
|
|

any chance you`d share some screen caps op?
or the return on your ROI that you mentioned, because thats a gamble. I never heard of the site as well, but hey if you got your ROI back then more power to you. I have a sense its a ponzi though but on a higher level.

its not interesting, its scary bitcoin crashed more then 6% in last 24 hours such dumps are preventing bitcoin to rise It hurts the value but those of us that are stockpiling will cash out at some point. When I cash out I'm doing it in stages. I don't trust the exchanges enough to cash out in a single transaction. Thats pretty smart. I do it stages as well, but I dont have a huge lump sum like some people do. But, no one should trust an exchange seriously lol. You never know if it`ll go under, and its way better to break up the increments sell anyways since the price move at any given point.

it could be desperate times for some? I mean its either that or some emergency that they needed funds from somewhere, I wouldnt see any other reason to dump a lot of coins like that.
Unless they are just tired of the the up and down scene with prices, who knows.

It seems a lot of fraud is happening on ebay.
Which is pretty ironic, because most dont get away with it in the end. And the funds usually charge back on the card gets credited, but in this case you got suckered sending bitcoin. Its the same thing as sending bitcoin without escrow, shit happens and its better to avoid terrible things waiting to happen.
|
|
|
do a immediate chargeback on the credit card, which I`m sure you did already. I checked the link and he seems to have a shitty reputation 97%.
while this is being done, get a hold of a rep and explain what happened. You`ll go through a rough patch of explaining, but you need to save your breath to a upper managment which then transfers the call in the corporate level someone here in the states.
The call then goes through an actual fraud department, and you`ll have to rexplain what happened with the proper item # listed.
its a similar scenario when people list something as x2 units, and when they send you x1 unit with a provided delivery confirmation.

sell your coins you fucking retards
i'll be the guy dying of laughter when you're fighting over yourselves to panic buy when it starts approaching four digits again.
now go fuck your mother.
But what if those 4 digits spike too quick? then we miss out on the fun of gaining those profits. It should be more of sell most of the coins now, since no one can predict where its headed, and keep some incase if something does happen.

Sounds like a typical day to me.
What else is new? If anything I probably will see it back to where it was next month or so, based on good news maybe in the community to get more buyers back in the game.
|
|
|
I would worry about it too much. But, its a period when btc has the ability to hear some great news like something solid happening, but more of this price situation is based balancing it on its own.
you should go based on the course of 3-4 months price, then seeing it a day to day thing unless you are a day trader.

Op, how much is shipping normally on all or any of the items listed on your site?
I`m based out here in California, so I would assume its fairly reasonable right?
|

$70 value is a small ticket item? I was eyeing on needing a PSU (corsair)
Thats someones thirds paycheck for a minimum wage worker.. I wouldnt say small ticket.. and escrow shouldnt be a hassle for you. Esp, with your rep w. a truster provider thats doing it for free.
I saw your thread, but then saw the no escrow which still bothers me despite your trust.
