This dodge pump is starting to piss me off.
It's distracting, and completely, brainlessly retarded.
Kudos to folk profiting from it, but it just boggles my mind at how fucking idiotic crypto-Twitter is on doge right now.
On the plus side, all roads lead to King Corn, so, I guess that is OK.
As we move into this next phase of Bitcoin, there will be many more distractions like this. The dumb money will get distracted and taken by pump-n-dump scams, while the smart money will be quietly accumulating Bitcoin on the down low. Whale traders don't want Average Joe to buy Bitcoin at the bottom... they want them to chase it right before or at the blow off top. You can't save stupid.

btc will be a worthly wealth storage coin and pull from the gold money.
And we are not going to fully scale it ever.
which mean we will be using alts.
Ltc and Doge are good ones.
As the long as the brokers charge 1-2% just to buy it, another 1-2% to sell it, and either short term income tax gains or long term 20% cap gains when I sell, then no... we won't. There's no faster, easier, cheaper, more frictionless transaction money than a fiat bank account to purchase goods or services. And when Fedcoin or CBDCs come around, it'll be the same for them too. Alts are a complete waste of time.

When next significant leg up?
Getting bored of this range. Those Lambo’s aren’t going to buy themselves.
I think late Feb or early March we'll see another leg up. I believe this is the way it's going to go for Bitcoin from this point forward... ...sideways sideways sideways, boom! then more sideways, sideways, then boom! It's going to catch the masses completely by surprise each time.

Yep, I've seen this movie before. Twice actually. We've all known that along with a new Bitcoin bull run, comes a new laundry list of shitcoin scams pushed on the masses of unsuspecting n00bs in order to distract them away from btc. Can't wait to read about which one will be the next BitConnect. "Biiiittttconnnnect!" As the Bitcoin price continues to rise, it's only going to get worse. More shitcoin shills, more meme stonks, more attempts at distraction into false PnDs. After the whole GME / WSB debacle, the establishment has now realized that there's a whole army of degenerate apes out there, willing to lose their hard-earned money whilst the whole time giving each other high-fives for having "diamond hands" and "sticking it to the man". Willing to invest more than they are willing to lose. Willing to throw good money after bad, to double and triple down, to catch falling knives over and over again. Willing to be the bagholders of last resort. Dumb money on a whole new level of stupid.

Man am I in a pissy mood today.
You know what really pisses me off? It's those fkn adverts that autorun at the beginning of every YouTube channel these days.
You know the ones.
Hunky dude: "Cardio burns fat. No! Cardio burns calories that... blah blah blah"
Old bearded man: "Jeff Bezos just invested millions in a tiny biotech company blah blah blah..."
Ugh. Balghlaalahfahgh.
Just pay the premium or you can use Youtube vanced. You have low-cost and free options not to see ads. And not to get pissed off. Pay to remove ads? Fuck that, I'd rather be pissed. That's exactly what's wrong with world today. "Lets force bullshit content that they don't want and never asked for down their throats, then force them to pay hard earned money to remove it." That's some next level mafia extortion shit right there. Btw, when I'm in a good mood, the ads actually amuse me...I like to see what the dumb public falls for.

Nobody is taking my order on Purse for 33% off of silver coins.
It still puts the price just above spot.
As someone who actually buys PMs from time to time, I can say this with a straight face: I can pretty much guarantee you that both the Gold and Silver price will be much lower in 4-5 years. And premiums will be extremely low. Seen this movie before.

I know exactly what happened as that shit happens to me often. His tweet about Bitcoin had repercussions. Real life ones that would impact his business and the ability to move forward on his projects. They pretty much told him to shut up about Gamestonk and Bitcoin or else.
This lead to him posting that he will be off of twitter for a while.
Then he was like...fuck it...I'll just post some shit about Doge to show people that I'm not seriously endorsing anything, that he's just having fun on twitter.
He is now openly fucking with those that threatened him.
....
Musk is just lashing out.
I get what you are saying, as I had the same thoughts. But what kind of fucked up world do we live in, where the Michael Saylors and the Winklevosses of the world can sing the praises of Bitcoin all day every day, but the Elon Musks of the world are threatened and told to shut up about it? That distracting the world with shitcoin and meme stonk talk is ok'ed and encouraged? Meanwhile billionaires are secretly taking large positions in Bitcoin, large hedge funds and corporations are secretly doing the same, banks and payment processors are looking to become future custodians of Bitcoin, and all the while the media is telling Average Joe that Bitcoin is a scam, a meme, a bubble, to stay away, etc. ?? Still to this day, 10 years after inception, they are still telling the public that. I've never seen anything like this in my lifetime. This shit is fucking unbelievable. It's gone full retard now. It's no wonder why Average Joe is poor (and staying poor).

Doge, really? Proof that even forward thinking billionaires can be woefully ignorant. As long as he keeps treating Bitcoin (as well as crypto in general) as a joke and not taking it seriously, he can rightly fk off. That guy is a clown. he's just having fun. isn't it entertaining to see the market blow up after he posted not an endorsement, but a meme, and it was not the first time doge appeared in his tweets... I don't really care if he is "having fun". The time for Bitcoin to be taking seriously in the public eye is now. It is a serious, sound financial asset. If he was a responsible person, he'd be telling his followers that DOGE is a complete shitcoin and nothing more, and that they should stay far away from it. Instead, he's doing the opposite. And some people will be taking him very seriously. This is why the public continues to remain uneducated and ignorant about Bitcoin, because (along with all crypto) it is treated like a meme and a scam, even by highly visible people.

70 percent of Americans have less than $1,000 stashed away, according to GOBankingRates' 2019 savings survey. The poll, released December 16, revealed 45 percent have nothing saved. This is actually shocking... I'm not sure if BTC can help them at this point... The poll likely shows that a large percentage has a lot of debt. Precisely why I call bullshit every time the media says that Average Joes are causing the Bitcoin price to shoot up. That ship sailed long ago. Average Joe is broke af. Just guppies now, along for the ride on the big wave.

A successful, viable blockchain project is one where:
1) You absolutely need the blockchain part, and could not substitute another cleaner, faster, perhaps even cheaper tech to do it better or to replicate the same tech/functionality.
2) The token part serves some purpose other than a form of money or money transfer.
3) The solution is not still looking for a problem that either doesn't exist, or is not really a problem in the real world.
4) The solution is routinely used by hundreds of thousands of people and companies everyday around the world, 24/7/365. Because it is an awesome solution.
Most blockchain projects fail #1 and #2 right out of the gate.
All of them fail #3 and #4, even if they are "working".
