Skeptical Hippo is skeptical.  Not the first time James stealthily bought up a coin, announced it being added to SuperNet and then *allegation* promptly sold his share during the pump.  We need no better example than Boolberry which is essentially a dead coin or BTCD which has lost 80% of its' peak capitalization in a fortnight.

A lot of men cannot even get an erection for their wives anymore, thanks to porn.  No man will get an erection for his fat 5/10 wife if he has a 9/10 hot robot to bang at any time he wants.   Cheesy
803  Other / Politics & Society / Re: grandmaster putin's golden trap on: November 30, 2014, 11:23:16 AM
Russia is a dwarf in the international economy.  Putin is going to shake up the Bulgarians and force them to buy Australian gold to buy his oil?

If anything this behavior should be encouraged.  Let Putin destroy the European economy when he tries to get them to pay in gold they don't have or can't afford.   Cheesy

More curious why nobody has ever tried to launch a palace coup on him, especially if it is true that he's been living abroad for decades and only seldom returns.
805  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your go-to meal? on: November 30, 2014, 07:37:51 AM
I often eat squid ink pasta with a deviled egg.   Buy it very cheap.   Cheesy
806  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN][GEMS]| SOCIAL MESSAGING APP THAT REWARDS ITS USERS |Gems public sale| on: November 30, 2014, 03:04:36 AM
the pre-sale is really going well  Grin congrats

My thoughts exactly..

Developers have been buying into their own IPOs and getting free coins for ages.
807  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN][GEMS]| SOCIAL MESSAGING APP THAT REWARDS ITS USERS |Gems public sale| on: November 30, 2014, 03:03:27 AM
The Android and airdrop will only start until June 2015!!!!!

That's almost a definite fail, by then you might have 5 other coins doing the same as this. Plenty of time for people to get negative about this coin and dump. Silly.

it's a conservative tentative date.
Please read: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=758004.msg9686204#msg9686204

The price may recover later but after 1-2 months any IPO has crashed in price. Unless this changes a seriously strong trend.

If you check "legitimate" coins with active development teams (there aren't many) you will actually be surprised with the statistics.

Like Crypti and Craigs?  Even Maidsafe went below IPO prices and took like half a year to recover, so no idea what you're sprouting on about.  Almost every IPO coin falls below its' launch day price.

808  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hmm access Ripple wallet on: November 29, 2014, 12:52:27 PM
Ripple labs is phasing out support for the old client. You can still use it through this url until 15 December.

So they'll rob old wallets, eh?   Wink

Welcome to centralized Ripple  Cheesy
809  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Proof that Ripple numbers are manipulated by Coinmarketcap, there is no boom! on: November 29, 2014, 12:14:40 PM
A lot of the people like to post the Wolf of Wallstreet movie photos and gifs, too bad half the shit here would get them locked up if this was anywhere near regulated like the stock exchange.

We know Ripple is going to be raided and shut down by the FBI once they get too big.  Lol what's the price of Ripple if the developers are in federal prison?  How much Ripple buys a prison cigarette, buy candy at the canteen or to have a swing at the transgendered inmate?  Wait no never mind Ripple is centralized.  At least Bitcoin would continue if the founders were all locked up but to shut down Ripple all you have to do is unplug a few mainframes at Ripple Labs' headquarters and poof - Ripple worth zilch.
810  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Monero officially dead? on: November 29, 2014, 11:54:09 AM
By your stupid fucking logic if any coin loses value then its dead. Seriously, is that your only reason why you think Monero is dead? Either you're a fucking idiot or  you're being a malicious destructive dickhead who likes to have internet fights between cryptocurrencies on forums and try to destroy cryptocurrencies.

Monero deaded  Cry  Cry

811  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Auroracoin scam now official on: November 29, 2014, 11:52:32 AM
Link is authentic by the way, even though it's an one post newbie.

Wasn't the Aurora coin some New Yorker?  Same guy who created the Maple Coin and other obvious scam $hitcoins earlier in the year.

They already have a working Apple IOS app - this is something programmed in the proverbial basement and they want $1.2 million + 8%  Cheesy  Cheesy

The viral marketing concept is heavily flawed as other coins have tried this and it was gamed by blackhat professionals.  Yes even some high tech detection gizmo can still be gamed.   Blackhat professionals have thousands of authentic looking Facebook accounts, can mask their IPs very well and can get all the free numbers they want from online phone providers.

813  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Monero officially dead? on: November 29, 2014, 11:15:05 AM
Monero is a $hitcoin of Cryptonote and Cryptonote itself never did well.  It seems like Monero was just a pump and dump by Rpietila, who recently re-entered a psychotic episode and thinks he is a king of some Medieval realm.

Rpietila has a long history on the internet.  Allegations are years ago he was posting all sorts of crazy videos on YouTube, it's overwhelming.

814  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Opinion: Why Ripple/XRP Doubled In Value in Less Than A Week on: November 29, 2014, 10:52:47 AM
Ripple was something that could had been made in the 1990s, it's heavily centralized and a few people at Ripple labs control the entire blockchain and public ledger - they can give themselves free coins if they wanted.
815  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BitShares (wth?!) on: November 29, 2014, 08:55:31 AM

(1 billion Bitshares vs. 2.49 billion as per today)

They increased their available supply by 1.5 billion BitShares, using the same trick Ripple did the other day.  Gliss is really proving himself to be corrupt if he's manipulating the available supply to trigger pump and dumps.

820  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Opinion: Why Ripple/XRP Doubled In Value in Less Than A Week on: November 28, 2014, 05:15:57 PM
Ripple as the network and RTXP as a protocol both are incredible pieces of technology... definitely a LOT of value in there.  I'm a Bitcoiner same as the rest of you but I don't know how you guys can look at this with blinders on.  I've read the Ripple whitepapers, used the system and researched the valuation basis in depth.  There is actually something credible here.  It's not Bitcoin, it's a little different, but it will be of tremendous value to the financial system.  I am sure it will beat Bitcoin toward the goal of networking the world's currencies for fast value transfer while still saving money for the little guy.  Ripple has already pulled ahead of Bitcoin in terms of connecting with banks and such.

1) you are no bitcoiner
2) go connect with banks
3) you sound like a whiny bitch "buy ripple please"
4) prostitutes earn a lot of money too. Should everyone be a prostitute now?
5) ripple is BS to speculate on - if you can make use of its services, sweet for you. But buying more than what you personally need (more than 5$ worth) is a very moronic idea.
6) advertising to people to speculate on ripple is unethical bahaviour.

1) Ignorance is bliss
2) You are a retard

Ripple is the prostitute of the blockchain?   Shocked
