821  Other / Off-topic / Re: Russia Changes Law to Allow Guns for Self Defense? on: November 28, 2014, 05:14:21 PM
The biggest gun massacres happen when the government forces slavery on its unarmed populace. The ONLY reason Russia is offering any semblance of freedom is because they have seen in the past that, practically speaking, the Bolshevik way doesn't work.

A second reason might be that they are trying to make Russia look SOOOO good to outsiders that people will become willing slaves of Russia rather than remaining willing slaves of the United States or some other nation.

Smiley

If they offered 40 acres and a Svetlana then a lot of men will move to Russia.

We already have delaying of purchases. Student loans, mortgages and retirement funds are all dollars that could be going towards consumer purchases.

That's why I don't buy Microsoft shares. Have you seen how many Steve Ballmer and Bill Gates have?  Shocked  Shocked

Therefore, Microsoft as a company is worth nothing and it shares should be valued at zero dollars. Don't buy Microsoft, when Ballmer decides to dump then it's bye bye Microsoft...
Like corporate life and Bitcoin/crypto can be compared... Centralized vs decentralised, jeeeez, some people..

Are you arguing the shareholders of Microsoft are centralised? You might try and construct an argument based around risk but these comments make no sense.

Both have large holders who have a big interest in seeing their organisations be successful, if only for their own self interest in maintaining their own wealth.

+1

Ripple is all held by internal insiders while a lot of these companies have a lot public stakeholders with no affiliation with the company anymore.

The percentage of public stock in these companies is higher than the "public" coins of Ripple (less than 10% of total supply)

824  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If Satoshi was like Ripple Labs on: November 28, 2014, 08:40:46 AM
At least Satoshi earned them by mining them.
Ripple guys can not say the same..

Ripple = centralized scammy garbage cash grab

Microsoft is a cash grab, IBM is a cash grab, Facebook, Google, Nike, Toyota, they are all cash grabs.

Welcome to modern society.

Lol @ comparing Ripple to Microsoft and IBM.

Microsoft and IBM has hundreds of millions of customers over the decades.  Ripple is just a con game involving thousands.

By the way - those companies pay a dividend to their stockholders, so they are not "cash grabs" like Ripple.  Ripple wants you to exchange your real dollars and Bitcoins for magic internet XRP.
825  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: With the current ripple bubble(?) I wonder what one can do with it on: November 28, 2014, 06:19:17 AM
I love this about XRP. Didnt the owner of Alibaba Jack Ma imply that he had invested heavily in XRP earlier this summer? I believe he answered a journalist who asked him if he had invested in cryptos with "Yes, but NOT BTC!" and this was around the same time that a few banks had stated they would work with XRP...

No, he invested heavily in doge.

A joke if he said he invested in Dogecoin over a system venture backed by about a dozen of the most high-profile Silicon Valley investment groups.  I highly doubt that really happened.

A joke would be anyone investing into a coin that's entirely owned by a small handful of people.  May as well just be writing a cheque and mailing it as that is the end result because the Ripple whales are going to dump it down to $0 once the lock up agreement is over.

Far more economical to fork Ripple and to poach the employees working for them or to hire your own.
826  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / If Satoshi was like Ripple Labs on: November 27, 2014, 09:06:44 PM
If Satoshi was like Ripple Labs + Founders, he would own more than 11 million BTC.   Shocked
827  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stellar up 45% ! on: November 27, 2014, 08:56:19 PM
Ripple was manipulating # of available supply through Gliss on coinmarketcap.

Stellar is employing the same trick if you use the "way back machine" on Google search, supply has nearly doubled in the past 30 days even though Stellar-Strip ("the SS") still controls like 95%+ of the total supply.

I can't believe how crooked Gliss has become.  How much did they pay him off?

828  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Everyone BUY Ripple ! on: November 27, 2014, 05:36:17 PM
No $100,000

Ripple will soon be $10,000,000,000,000,000 capitalization.  Just holding Dust of Ripple will make you a member of the new elite when Ripple-Dinero replaces $Fiat.

A centralized premine scam called Ripple is outperforming the 1500 or so competitors to Bitcoin

It seems like anyone who remakes Marinecoin (99.9% developer premine) is going to be $$$
832  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Opinion: Why Ripple/XRP Doubled In Value in Less Than A Week on: November 26, 2014, 05:16:21 AM
This is how ripple plans on getting adoption? Fooling people into investing in them? Sounds like a scam to me, or a desperate act to gain attention. Reminds me of the Mt. Gox Algo bot willy  Cheesy.

It is exactly what I was thinking, some kind of desperate act to gain attention.

Yes Ripple is a scam and an embarrassment.

7 % of ripple has been donated to charity for the underbanked. Actually it's about 23% of available ripple at this point.  Do you know what dd is? Have you or are you able to do that? You are the scammer and embarrassment.  Your ideology is fatally flawed.

Edit: only if Satoshi donated all 1 million of his premine would it come close to what ripple has done.

Giving money to blackhat professionals and employees at Ripple is not charity.

834  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in XRP... on: November 26, 2014, 05:00:25 AM
Ripple has only increased less than 2x since April.  The reason the capitalization is going up is because Gliss is incorrectly listing their available supply.
835  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is CryptoAsian legit? on: November 26, 2014, 04:30:53 AM
It's not about appearing legit to full members, seniors or heroes..  obviously we don't fall for this crap.. but the lurkers and the newbies definitely fall for it, get screwed out of their hard earned dollars and then leave the crypto scene forever.

CryptoAsian is really a part of that second generation scam network.
836  Other / Off-topic / Re: Soon millions of men will be having sex with female robots on: November 26, 2014, 04:22:31 AM
That was covered in the film "Gamer" where people controlled human avatars.

837  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Opinion: Why Ripple/XRP Doubled In Value in Less Than A Week on: November 25, 2014, 07:11:41 PM
This is manipulation of available supply.  In terms of price, before the pump occurred, there was almost no difference.

https://archive.org/web/
(and inputting coinmarketcap.com)

Like in April the price was .005 BTC and now it's 0.009 BTC, so Ripple hasn't even doubled in price.  Most of this recent price gain is because people think Ripple is exploding due to all the faking and manipulation so they are frenzy buying / pumping.

838  Other / Off-topic / Re: Soon millions of men will be having sex with female robots on: November 25, 2014, 04:36:12 PM
Terminator era is nearer than thought ...

Any idea, what will happen if your wife gets Trojan, Malware, Keylogger, Virus (Computer virus) and all that stuff?
You should buy Kaspersky Internet Security

Why was your robot downloading porn in the first place?  You obviously weren't satisfying her robotic needs and failed in your role as a robot owner!!
839  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We are still the very, very early adopters on: November 25, 2014, 04:28:58 PM
Point, but couldn't you make a neat chart out of it? My opinion is that it's no coincidence that cryptocurrencies are getting their start right when people are starting to get serious about colonizing space. Someday one cryptocurrency or another is going to be pretty much the standard for interplanetary trade.

 Huh
What do you know that we don't know?  I think you meant intercontinental.  Interplanetary means between planets.   Cheesy
840  Other / Off-topic / Re: Soon millions of men will be having sex with female robots on: November 25, 2014, 03:09:34 PM
Why destroy nature?  Nature is perfect.
Find a girl and have sex with her.  Man is not going to create something better than that.  Man's creations are imperfect, for we are just replicating the perfect processes of nature.
Dank you're totally missing the point. Robots are not made to replace love relation but to replace illegal prostitution. There is no love when you fuck little kids or beaten-prostitutes for money and no, nature is not "perfect" or "beautiful" that's only an opinion.
Do you think someone that rapes kids will stop raping kids so he can pretend to instead?
Remove money and prostitution is obsolete.  There are other solutions.

I never said that illegal prostitution would disappear but it will necessarily lower with time as robots improve.
Yes people with "deviant sexual attraction" will be satisfied with robots, that's the reason sex toys is one of the biggest growing market.

Robots could make prostitution obsolete if it improve so much that none can tell the difference with humans.

It is not money that is getting obsolete but the idea that wealth is spread among citizen according to hours of work.
Work as we know is getting obsolete. Robots can do everything better than us except creativity.

They're getting close to us on the creativity side.  It turns out much of human creativity is actually an expression of mathematics or near-repetition based on past works.  There's already robots / software out there doing paintings and writing their own music that is indistinguishable from a human's.
