I like it.

Hey, who wants a desktop bet bot or any help setting up their own betbot? You'll need to change your bitcoin.conf file to allow RPC access, and set credentials.

Then read this: http://www.wikihow.com/Install-the-PHP-Engine-on-Your-Windows-PC

Then download Bitcoinduit-source-0.2.zip and betBot.zip from http://bitcoinduit.com/[filenames]

Put bitcoinURL.php and jsonRPCClient.php into the same directory. Edit bitcoinURL.php with your wallet settings.

Schedule a task in windows to call your script at intervals. Set your level of risk in the Jackpot ratio of the betBot.php file.

Done.

-Jonathan

Does the bet bot work with fixed time ponzis?

I like the halving idea, this might actually end!
3668  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: BitPonzi.Net - The Bitcoin Ponzi Site - Inspired by Bitcoinduit on: September 16, 2011, 04:21:11 PM
Does anyone think that making a massive jackpot every day with 1 hour expiration is a good idea, or should we stick to one game at a time?
3669  Economy / Goods / Re: [SELLING FOR 1BTC] 75 EUR Google Adsense Voucher (105 USD) on: September 16, 2011, 04:15:36 PM
Honestly, you aren't going to get any offers.
Just search "adwords" in the search bar and you'll see why.

Yay update! I wonder what's in it?

Plain ole Windows Update... servers get them too, and its been nagging me to reboot.

The most useless kind of update  Grin
Well at least it means the chance BitPonzi's wallet gets stolen is slightly lower.

When I got DDOS'd, it was literally 12 hours after I'd moved the entire wallet to a secure cloud wallet. Nobody ever had direct access though, and the only way they could really steal anything is to cause a glitch and be positioned correctly to exploit it, like how everyone got paid out yesterday.

-Jonathan

Good to know Smiley
Do you know who DDOS'd your server yet?
3674  Economy / Goods / Re: Google AdWords $100 coupon! on: September 16, 2011, 01:18:46 AM
lol I just checked... no one wants to buy these ever.
I will be using mine to support Bitcoin somehow.
I guess this thread is closed.

3676  Economy / Goods / Google AdWords $100 coupon! on: September 16, 2011, 01:13:08 AM
I just got a $100 coupon for Google AdWords.  I guess it's for being a loyal customer?
Anyways, bids go here!
Coupon expires on Oct 13th so act quickly!
btw, the "loyal customer" part was sarcasm.  I have never used AdWords.

This game now satisfies the jackpot condition for the betbot, I believe (10x min deposit rule).  It will last forever.

I believe that. Got my original 5 BTC paid out and just reinvested it!

This is the problem with 8 hour expiration: it will probably take a few days for you to get out again Sad
I'm thinking about a 3-4 hour expiration next time but then it's hard to survive overnight.
