Yo mama so old, she's a Mayan.

It must be... mb300sd!

haha, nope, I've been asleep for the past 4 hours... Been getting 5 hours a night the past couple days.. a small part because of all the daily massives, mostly because of school and/or driving 500 miles to watch football.

My daily massives are having an impact on people's sleep patterns! yay!
mb300sd: have you invested in dm6?
3424  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: BitPonzi.Net - The Bitcoin Ponzi Site - Now Hosted on VPS, NO MORE DOWNTIME! on: September 29, 2011, 12:58:46 AM
Hmmm... Should I hop into the massive tonight. Wink

Of course!  Or you can let edd have the jackpot.

I'd like to say I'm surprised people are bringing up the Mayans but I'm not... this forum is just like that.
3428  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: BitPonzi.Net - The Bitcoin Ponzi Site - Now Hosted on VPS, NO MORE DOWNTIME! on: September 29, 2011, 12:07:45 AM
My god that is insanely scary.  Someone put in their 4btc deposit the same second I put in 16btc.  SOMEONE is running a bot to check for dailymassive, even though I named this round DAILYM4SSIVE6 to throw off bots that are trying to get in early.

dang.. I'm always just a bit too slow.

Wonder how that happened, does the API return rounds that are not displayed because the initial deposit hasn't yet been made?

I'm not entirely sure... I'm pretty damn sure that I put in my second deposit the moment I finished my first! (before the round even appeared!)

Trevor-- I just saw this. Going in.

Good stuff... I'm shocked how quick it got going! Anyone remember what the old one got to?? I like to aim high Wink

Will there be a Daily Massive today? I think I pledged a coin.

Why's it called daily massive if it's not daily? Wink

Hmm.. good point  Tongue  Well it's certainly massive. Not sure what happened in that last one but looks like someone went mental and just threw all their coins away! Wish I had a few more coins, I woulda loved a shot at that.

Yeah... someone threw away 21.59btc in total!!!
And gave it all to runlinux, who I was talking to the whole time. We were like, "whoa why the hell is he putting in 5!?"

Trevor: theoretically I could crank the game up to 19btc initial deposit now that you're in for 1 but I'm going to let you guys get paid out faster Smiley

The Forever Game has returned. It shall last forever. Probably.

 Cool

edit:  Remember my promise to pay 0.5 btc to the second to last deposit and first unpaid deposit when (if) the round ends IF the game hits 25 deposits... I should add the disclaimer that if I go broke before then obviously I will struggle, but I'll let people know if that happens so you don't get a surprise, and since bitcoins are at a fairly low price I may well invest in some more anyway  Smiley

Also, if anyone else is feeling strangely generous and wants to add to my pledge to pay those unfortunate positions (I know how frustrating and costly they can be!) then that'd be awesome. Not sure why people would, but worth asking Wink

Trevor-- I just saw this. Going in.

Verification can be done programmatically.

Hey everyone. I'm sure everyone is as sad as me at the lack of a Forever Game  Cry. Obviously the Daily Massive games are king for jackpots and great fun, but for most of us they are rarely profitable so I propose to bring back the Forever Game. There has been one already on the new site and it got 18 deposits, not bad but nothing compared to the one on bitcoinduit (anyone remember how many that was?)

Anyways, I will tweak the numbers very slightly so that it is more likely than before to pay out whilst keeping a decent jackpot. I'll also slightly widen the allowed deposit range to enable more people to play. I just want to get an idea of interest, since I'll look silly if I start it and it doesn't even last a day let alone forever! So please pm or post here if you are interested in a Forever Game, no need for pledges just want an idea.

To generate some interest I have no intention of profiting from this game (if that makes you feel sorry for me, my donations address is in my sig  Wink), so if it reaches 25 deposits I will take a leaf out of sohcahtoas book and pledge to pay half a coin each to the second to last address and the first unpaid deposit, when the round ends. I will reinvest most of any returns I get, at least until things get moving since I want as many people as possible to get paid, perhaps we can arrange some sort of prize for 50th deposit etc. but I suppose I'm getting ahead of myself! Anyways, hope everyone will join in, if I get a bit of interest in the next few hours I will start a new game that will hopefully last (almost) forever.  Smiley

I'm in.

The success of today's ponzi demonstrates that it's time to have a faster one!
2hr expiration.  If this one survives the night, it'll go to 1.5hr, then to 1hr (but not lower).
30% ROI 30% jackpot.  Initial deposit is an undetermined amount between 6 and 20.  It will be determined by your pledges!

It now has a 10.5btc jackpot Shocked
And this was supposed to be a "mini-round"...
edit: By the way everyone, I have two legit pledges totaling 3btc on the new pledge form.

Reward for JS-based site is now 20btc! Anyone?
3440  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do people in USA fear socialism so much? on: September 28, 2011, 03:24:58 AM
Bind.. I'm not a socialist but what you're saying is crazy.  The US govt does not own the means of production; therefore, this country isn't socialist.  I lose a bit respect for people every time they say big govt = socialism.  We're not nearly as bad as the USSR yet.
