Inter are still looking for a centre-forward now. They were interested in Scamacca but they lost him to Atalanta in the last moment. Balogun and Arnautovic are shown as the latest rumours. Arnautovic is a very experienced striker but he has got quite old now - 34 years old. Therefore I don't think he would be an ideal transfer.

They should improve their attempts for Balogun if they are really interested. Even if they sign him on loan it is nice for them. He is a quite young but talented scorer now. If we see some good chemistry there between him and Lautaro Martinez then Inter can do a pretty nice work this season.

Schmeichel is reported to be joining Chelsea after Kepa's departure. Actually Chelsea have newly signed Robert Sanchez who is also a decent goalkeeper. But they did this while there wasn't anything on the table like Kepa leaves the team. Therefore this situation might mean that they will sign another goalkeeper.

Schmeichel is a very experienced goalkeeper. He is 36 years old though but he can still do a good work when he is given chances. There would be some nice competition between Sanchez and him in this situation. Sanchez's point against Liverpool wasn't much impressive as well by the way.

If there wasn't any offside on Chilwell's goal maybe things would have been much more different for the Chelsea - Liverpool game. But it was still not seeming easy for Chelsea to win the game of course. They had a quite big dominance in ball possession but when it comes to finding chances there wasn't a big difference.

The problem for Liverpool was that they had big problems on finding the target. Despite 13 goal attempts only 1 of them was on target which ended up with a goal. It looks like Liverpool aren't quite ready for the season as well. But this is only the beginning so let's see the next ones.

Kane found a chance in Bayern Munich's first official game already and played for like 30 minutes as well. I wasn't expecting him to be brought to this game honestly as he has just been signed. He couldn't do much thing but this is totally normal of course. He hasn't even trained with other players to adapt to the system yet.

When it comes to Bayern Munich's performance against Leipzig it was just horrible. Especially the defense had big issues and the goalkeeper was Ulreich at the same time. Bayern Munich need to solve their goalkeeper problem as quick as possible.

Barcelona are also going to start the new season as of their away game against Getafe today. Real Madrid started really solidly despite not signing a striker in Benzema's place yet. Playing away against Athletic Bilbao isn't easy normally but Real Madrid showed it too easy. Barcelona had better give a nice answer to them.

Ferran Torres will not play due to being suspended of yellow cards. As Dembele has also left the team I assume Barcelona would start with Fati and Raphinha on the wings. I wonder how Lewandowski will start to the season. He is getting even older but he is still a world-class player. I hope to see a start with at least one goal.

Serie A teams still have one more week before the new season starts officially. They can make use of this period to do last touches to their squad to be even stronger for the beginning of the season. Napoli don't need to add many players as they are keeping their squad quality nearly the same as the previous season.

Milan have also signed so many players so far to strengthen various positions. They might also slow down from now on. Inter might add a couple of players maybe just to increase the number of alternatives. But I think Juventus need player additions the most now especially into the midfield.

There is an important chance for Richarlison to start playing in his main position from now on. Because Kane has left the team already. Son can also play as a centre-forward maybe but his main position is winger. Therefore I expect the manager to continue to prefer him there. The new trio would be like Son - Richarlison - Kulusevski I assume.

I'm really curious how much Tottenham will be affected when it comes to scoring productivity. But I'm feeling confident of one thing. Even if Kane stayed for one last season Tottenham would have still continued to be a failure by not winning any title.

There was an attacking trio of Lee Kang-in, Ramos and Asensio on the pitch today. It felt really different to see none of the previous trio to me. Even Mbappe wasn't part of this game which must be due to his recent situation with leaving or staying this summer. We don't even know how long he will be left out like this.

PSG completely dominated the game statistically maybe but even this huge dominance wasn't any help to score a goal. They had really nothing to do to prevent a 0-0 draw at the end. 

Dortmund are quite silent in this transfer window. So far the arrivals are Nmecha, Sabitzer and Bensebaini. They have spent only 49 million euros in total for these transfers. I would have waited for Dortmund to make a promising player transfer at the same time. Because they have newly lost a player like Bellingham.

Other than that they don't need to change the squad much of course. With this squad they were able to fight for the Bundesliga title. Even if they don't manage to fight that hard this time I think they should be able to finish the league at the 2nd position once again.

Arsenal also made a good start to the season. I was hoping to see a bigger victory by them but it ended by 2-1. However the most important point was to win of course. This is the beginning of the season so teams might not be fully ready for a new season. It is nice to see Arsenal starting by getting three points as a result.

Especially Saka's goal was really impressive. He is already a very skillful player and he started to show this to us from the first game already. Martinelli's assist on the first goal was also great. I hope to see them having a consistent performance during this season.

Real Madrid have made an amazing start so far. They are in full control of the game against Athletic Bilbao and leading by 2-0 as well. Bellingham scored in his first league game already. This is really important for not only Real Madrid but also him. Because this will help him gain more confidence for future fixtures.

Ancelotti preferred two strikers for this game. Vinicius and Rodrygo are playing as strikers. Rodrygo scored a goal as well. I expected to see Joselu but he hasn't entered yet. Maybe in a short time he would also enter the game. He had better use his chances effectively.

There is a PSG - Lorient game today and I'm quite curious about it. Because Mbappe isn't expected to play and the reason is being inactive. Will PSG really leave him out of squad? Or it is just until his situation gets clear until the end of this transfer window maybe. Neymar is also not expected to play as he will be leaving this summer.

Therefore PSG are going to play with a completely new trio in the attacking line which will be quite interesting to watch. Because it has been a long time since we didn't see any of players like Mbappe, Messi and Neymar on the pitch at the same time.

I hope so too. But Kane won't be a part of the Leipzig game most probably. However I hope he can join training quickly and reach match fitness. Because in only six days the Bundesliga is starting and I would like to see him starting to play as of the first week. Even if he don't be in the starting lineup on that day he can enter the game later.

I also agree that Bayern Munich's squad isn't complete yet. A goalkeeper should be signed immediately. As they have completed Kane signing they can focus on goalkeeper transfer quickly. Bono and Rulli have been the latest rumours.

Arsenal - Nottingham is going to be the first game today. I'm very curious about Arsenal's new season performance. They had a wonderful season the last time as you remember. I hope to see them in a title challenge again. They have made quite nice transfers this summer and spent a lot of money as I said before.

We will see how the most expensive trio of this summer will perform as of the beginning of this season. Nottingham is an easy opponent for Arsenal. I'm expecting a comfortable win by Arsenal by at least two goals honestly. It would be nice to have a start like this to show how determined they are this season too.

Real Sociedad had a wonderful season the last time. That great effort helped them qualify for the Champions League by finishing the season at the 4th position. Sorloth was their most scorer but he has joined Villarreal now. He was on loan at Real Sociedad of course. I thought they would like to keep him for another season.

Now I think the board will be expectant from Real Sociedad to be in a fight for top 4 again. I wonder how consistent they can be this season. But the first week fixture is technically comfortable for them on paper. They just need to be careful as they got a draw with Girona the last time they played against them home.

Osimhen must be staying from now on. I don't expect him to go to Saudi Arabia before anything else. When it comes to European teams I don't see any team interested in him seriously these days. As a result I don't see any reason for Osimhen to leave this summer. This is important news for Napoli of course as they will stay solid in terms of player quality.

They just needed a centre-back after Kim Min-jae's departure. But it looks like they have found a solution to this situation as well. Natan who is a young defender has been brought from Bragantino. They paid only 10 million euros. If he improves his skills Napoli might make a good profit in case he is also sold in the future.

It was such an amazing start for Haaland and Rodri. But especially Haaland impressed people a lot by scoring 2 goals already. He is just continuing from where he left off. Chelsea must be really thankful for Caicedo's loyalty. Because he was wishing to join their side from the beginning already and he didn't change his mind even in the current situation. Brighton were just caring about having the highest bid for him but now Liverpool's offer won't matter anymore.

But Brighton are still expecting to see an improved offer from Chelsea to sell him to them. As Liverpool have increased the level to a higher place Chelsea will need to offer a little more than 110 million pounds. But at this point I don't expect them to give up of course.

It is really unbelievable that Liverpool intervened in the last minute for Caicedo by paying 10 more million pounds.    Chelsea must be devastated after Brighton accepted Liverpool's offer as final. Brighton were going to accept the highest offer until the end of the day as far as I have read.

So Chelsea will need to find a new alternative to Caicedo from now on. After this news I'm curious about whether Chelsea can still go for Lavia. Because Liverpool have already agreed with Caicedo who is another defensive midfielder. They might drop their interest in Lavia maybe.

Yeah I have read Fabrizio Romano's tweet later. Tottenham have accepted a deal which is 100 million euros plus up to 20 million bonuses. Finally this deal is happening for Bayern Munich. They had to spend a lot of money on this transfer. But I don't have question marks about this agreement.

Even though Bayern Munich are about to pay a huge amount of money to Tottenham and Kane combined I believe they will still benefit from this deal significantly in the long run. Kane has similar characteristics to Lewandowski in terms of being a complete forward.
