301  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: This was my highest risk. on: February 06, 2024, 03:03:38 AM
This is the highest risk I have ever taken on gamble.  :)Why I called this the highest risk was because if the remaining 2 games lose I will be the loser and not my friend, so that risk was very terrible but I just have to take the risk because I already have in mind that you can not win if you do not risk. But to cut long story short, I win the bet, this was like sharing the money equally with my friend.
So have you ever taken such a risk on gambe before?
And this is the very definition of gambling, you take the risk, you don't know the outcome and it's by far a long shot if I'm not mistaken. But still you do take that jump, that leap of faith so that you can win no matter what the odds are. And I think I has seen others here who also loves that risk taking and more than kind of odds and prevail in the end. Same here, I do sometime take that, unfortunately I was so unlucky and not hitting that huge risk. So the biggest for me in a parlay if my memory serves me right is like 10x only. So congrats with your big win and you and your friend enjoy the winnings. But just remember that not every time you take that big risk, you are going to win though. Everything must be perfect that time for you to win and it might be hard to replicate it again and again. Just imagine though, lately there are a lot of parlays that has been destroyed by just one game lost in the NBA. So can go and see it in the thread as some are complaining how unlucky they are.
302  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Another Two Category Of Gamblers That We Are Not Aware Of on: February 05, 2024, 09:44:34 AM
I really don't know if we can be just categorized on those 2 characteristics. And for sure majority here will not agree on the description itself, what? we have low self-esteem, and manipulative? What the hell is that description? So I will say that it's not that right to categorized all, some of us just play to have some fun. Maybe others have big capital to begin with and that is fined. But I don't think they gamble because they are manipulative or something, they play to enjoy and be entertained and of course us average joe gamblers wanted to win, simply as that. No need to go to that line to describe who we are, gamblers will be gamblers and that is enough for us. We don't have self-esteem and that is the worst that I heard about gamblers to be honest.
303  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling addiction does more harm than mere financial loss on: February 05, 2024, 05:26:37 AM
Addiction to gambling hurts other people. It affects health, work, and relationships. Kids and people who count on them see bad behavior, which could make gambling seem normal. The addict's lack of focus and work can cost them their job and make the company less productive. A lot of addicts also have sadness and high blood pressure. It's possible that their siblings also have mental health problems and social stigmas. Addiction can make people very angry and frustrated, which can hurt their relationships with family and friends. These effects must be known to make people more aware of the dangers of game addiction and to encourage those who are or might become addicted to get help.
It has a lot of dire consequences, first and foremost, Financial ruins, this is the obvious effect to us, it leads to financial difficulties, including loans, debts that we can't pay and worst we loss our assets, like house or car. And then this subject has just been recently discussed here, mental health. Sooner of later with the effect of constant losses gamblers will have a breakdown, anxiety levels increases because of the financial strain that we are experiencing. And worst case is that someone will just go and die from heart attack because they can't take their losses and always thinking of it. For the relationships with his or her family, there is also a thread here about deception, not telling your other half that you are in gambling, can lead to break up and divorce and the only victim here will be their kids or children.

304  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Sentiment Poll for February on: February 03, 2024, 07:43:26 AM
The price of Bitcoin has gone down since the approval of the Bitcoin ETF as it was in early January. The market went below $40k early in the last week of January. Since the Bitcoin correction in the last week of January, it has been heading for a recovery again in February. In the moments leading up to the Bitcoin halving, I saw the price of Bitcoin drop. I think the bullish momentum will remain stable until mid-February. Bitcoin may begin correction again around the last week of February. For the next bullrun, I think this month is the best time to invest in Bitcoin.
That's just one part of the equation though, at least if you look at the monthly chart, Bitcoin goes to almost 1%, so we are still green in January. Of course, we thought that we could have gotten higher when the price reaches $49k and very excited to see a break out run to $50k. But there is a correction, short term speculators taking some profits and that's it. Nevertheless, we are getting closer to the catalyst which is the block halving. And so with that, we will see a huge growth down the line and that $50k? it will be broken like a butter. So I think we will still grow this February and be in the bullish state and might end up closer to $50k again.
305  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Jerwin Ancajas vs Takuma Inoue - Nov 15 on: February 03, 2024, 06:56:29 AM
When I saw the title, it touched my heart because I read the news today of a Japanese boxer who died after emergency brain surgery. He was only 23. He was in the match before Japanese superstar Naoya Inoue entered the ring to battle Marlon Tapales. He was in a coma after the match. Young warrior may your soul rest in peace.
Yes, it's really saddened when we hear boxers dying because of the love of the sports. It's cruel we all know that and that's why every fight their life is on the line. So rest in peace champ. And it will also has a mental impact on the fighter that cause this accident. There were stories that fighters who beat boxers in the ring and their opponents died, didn't go and push for their boxing career as they carry the burden of "killing" someone inside the ring.

I am confused of this match because the date is written as November 15. But as reported in the news the match was rescheduled. The sibling of Naoya is not like him and has a low knockout win. Jerwin Ancajas was a champion before with a handful of experience, he can win by knockout.
That is the original schedule, but it was canceled because Takuma Inoue suffered a rib injury if I'm not mistaken and so the fight has to be postpone and now it's all a good this coming February. Definitely, Ancajas has the experience and with that, he might be a huge underdog, but for sure he will throw everything in this fight as this is a make or break for his career. As another lost will put him down in the rankings and he might not have a chance to fight for the belt again.
306  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ POLL ] The Unification Fight: FURY vs USYK 17th FEBRUARY 2024 on: February 03, 2024, 02:39:16 AM
In that video it is clear Fury was hit by the elbow and he is fortunate it was above the eye and not on the eye itself. If it were to be stitched up and then Fury were to face Usyk before it healed, it goes without say that Usyk (or any other opponent) would definitely exploit the wound by trying to poke and jab at it in the hope the referee would stop the fight early-on.

Usyk will have to put all this behind him and try to focus on fighting the candidate put forward but the IBO have stated Hrgovic is their mandatory choice. Usylk will now have to focus on the next opponent instead of Fury and it will not be an easy fight as his tactics will change. If Usyk does end up fighting Hrgovic it will be a difficult fight because Hrgovic has won all 17 of his professional fights, 14 by knockout.

There is leaked footage showing Fury getting hit by an elbow in sparring.
https://talksport.com/sport/1735523/leaked-footage-tyson-fury-cut-sparring-elbow-oleksandr-usyk/

The cut is in the same place where Fury was badly cut against Otto Wallin and which has been reopened in other fights. Fury’s susceptibility to getting cut has been one of his weaknesses and is something Usyk can take advantage of.

Usyk still plans to go ahead and defend his titles on February 17. Filip Hrgović, who has been the IBF mandatory since 2022 when he beat Zhilei Zhang, is being considered as a replacement opponent. Hrgović is a good fighter who would be a tough opponent, but two weeks doesn’t seem like enough time to prepare for someone of Usyk’s caliber.
Obviously that will be Usyk's main focus now, moving forward, the fight with Fury is cancelled from the original date and everyone is really affected by it. Maybe it could be a blessing for Usyk for all we know. He will have a target now and see if he can open that cut again during their fight, whatever date it is. It's the question whether Filip will be ready by February 17 or if Saudi wanted to continue with the fight as everything have been set up already but getting another fighter to replace Fury. There are a lot of conspiracies, noises being heard but I do think that it's all accidentally and that Croatian sparring partner doesn't want to deliberately damage Tyson in their sparring.
307  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Casimero (possible fight in 2024) Let's discuss! on: February 03, 2024, 02:10:58 AM

Maybe the clearest fight to speculate is Casimero vs Tapales since this have more chances to happen and it already create a noise since both parties is open to set this fight to happen. We don't have date to speculate but for sure this is bound to happen since both of them have something to prove and also for now this is the biggest fight what Casimero can get so for sure he will pick up this match up.

This is a good fight to know who is the better fighter between the two because Casimero has criticized Tapales about not even competitng with Inoue as according to casimero he isn't throwing punches that could hurt Inoue. They want to make money? this should be the fight, but I think it will happen in the Philippines as they don't have a big market in the US, Filipinos will be happy, both fighters will receive a decent paycheck.
I don't know where Casimero or how he thinks that Tapales is not competing with Inoue when they have the fight. Obviously, Tapales is trying his best, he even has some good rounds to boot and hit Inoue. But Naoya chin is very strong that not even he hits him solidly, Inoue is just eating it. So it's not right for Casimero to criticized his fellow countryman just because he lost to Inoue. And with that, he could also be criticized with the way he is fighting at 122 lbs, two fights and we are not that impressive and it could be the reason why he may not get his fight with Inoue. Unless he wins impressively next, but still it will be Nery that will fight Inoue.
308  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: February 03, 2024, 01:01:08 AM
Rollbit has been here in BitcoinTalk since 2021, but this is my first time making a post here. I didn't see Rollbit as worthwhile back then, but look where they are now. Anyway, the reason I'm posting here is because I saw someone get rewarded with $JUP for exchanging RLB on Jupiter DEX posted on Twitter. I regret not buying or obtaining any RLB to exchange on Jupiter DEX for a reward.
It is not easy to know about a hidden gem but it is harder to put it into your radar first, then your portfolio.

We often want to find hidden gems but the painful fact is when we are exposed with a hidden gem, we don't believe it is a true hidden gem, just move on and time flies so fast, when we look back, deeply regret.

I just started to use Rollbit and so far no problems with deposits, withdrawals or anything else. I mostly (only) play on sports betting and also got my self some Rollbit coins. I saw Rollbit had many accusations against them but instead of listen to the accusations that often lack or have no real proof I wanted to try myself, I am a honest player and so far I have been getting honest back.
Accusations have two types, valid and invalid. Cheaters will surely create accusations because they are greedy and don't easily accept a fact that their cheating attempt fails. They will create accusations with hope to be accepted but another fact is a trusted platform does not arbitrarily pull out their ban hammer without valid evidence as their reputation means a lot for their business.

You can read reviews, accusation list and make your judgement about Rollbit, which in my opinion, is trusted enough.
[Overview] Comprehensive list of Crypto Sportsbooks
[LIST] Scam Accusation Cases Against Betting Platform on The Forum

I have nothing to complain about so far.  Smiley
It will always be as you said valid and invalid accusations, the one that actually lost money tho they didn't deserve it (didn't was able to cash out etc) and those who cheated won and angry when they are busted.
So often it's hard to know who or what to believe so I think it's better I stick with fact and that's its my own experience. and so far is it very good.  Smiley
Good mindset, yeah, we really don't know what's the reason for others who file scam accusations and then later they've been found guilty in whichever shape or form. And in defense of casinos, most of them are just trying to hostage or sabotage them with this invalid accusations and then the threat that they are going to destroy their reputation, specially here in our community. Although not all, maybe there are some valid accusations, and when both parties shows proof and found out that it's valid, then casinos are going to pay. So yes, it's better to be skeptics if we read or here accusations, and then just continue to play based on our own experience, and for sure we will continue to play as our experience is seamless.
309  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many hours is the best time for a gambler to last while gambling? on: February 02, 2024, 09:33:38 AM
In my opinion,  the more time one decides to spend on gambling, the more money they lose. For example, if I spend like one hour gambling and another gambler spends like six hours gambling, which one of us do you think will spend more money?

So the question again is: how many hours do you gamblers think are more appropriate to spend while gambling?
Subjective question and the answers can be vary depending on the gamblers. The more time to spend = the more money lose is not completely true, the right statement is that the more time to spend = the higher chance to lose more. Of course the more time to spend also give more chance to win as well so its all about luck. Coming to the appropriate time to spend on gambling, I cant say a fixed number because I believe a single gambler may spend different time from one session to other session. The most important thing is, do not sacrifice your family time or working time or other important time for gambling.
Yes, and I think everything is subjective as far as gambling goes to be fair. The amount of time considered appropriate to spend gambling varies among individuals and is influenced by personal preferences, financial considerations, and responsible gambling practices. Maybe there are gamblers who play with that gambling capital of them, so when they win, they get out, same with they didn't win. They will have to quit and never comes back or not chasing losses. Just remember though, that you or any individuals  finds it challenging to manage their gambling habits or if it is having adverse effects on their life, then it's recommended that they seek assistance from counseling services or helplines. And we shouldn't spend countless hours on gambling in my opinion. Everything should be in moderation or focus on other things and priorities.
310  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Jerwin Ancajas vs Takuma Inoue - February 24 on: February 02, 2024, 03:36:43 AM

Jerwin is still the underdog in this fight, almost 3:1.

I really like the betting odds here. Takuma Inoue is a great match up for Ancajas because if the latter will win, he will become popular again and as bettor getting 3:1 odds, this is a no-brainer. Less than a month and we will eventually witnessed a fight that was postponed due to Inoue's injury, but since it's already announce it's likely to be the final date, so start putting our bets now.

By the way, are there any market aside from the 3;1 odds for Ancajas? Market like KO win in rounds ranges?
Not yet, market are still ML as initially listed. This is how crypto based casino are, in the beginning they will just list the fight as per ML, not unless there is hype on this fight, maybe from welterweight to super to heavyweight as this division have a lot of great boxers. But unfortunately, for lower weights, all the odds might be listed on the day of the fight itself. So if you wanted to beat on round ranges or exact rounds, you will have to wait and check the odds regularly. But for us who are fans of Ancajas, having him as a huge underdog, ML would be suffice as we don't have to wait on how he is going to win, as long as he can win by KO/stoppage or thru the judges scorecard that ML bet will be good to us.
311  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2024 NBA Season on: February 02, 2024, 03:03:19 AM
Nice game between the Knicks, who has the longest winning streak right now, against a tough Pacers at Knicks homecourt.

Pacers started hot and taking the lead, but the Knicks comes back in the 4th quarter and now leading by just 2 points but there is a challenge call by the Pacers. But we will see, it might be go into overtime for all we know.

Current score: 98-96 Knicks leading.
It's going to be the Knicks winning here, no OT for them. There's a lot of heroes in the Knicks, how about Precious offensive rebounds? and then playing D against his former team mate Paskal Siakam? Or Isaiah Hartenstein 18 rebounds? And definitely, Brunson 40 point performance and being a first time All Star. They did it without Randle and IQ. So this is a big and emotional win base on Brunson post-game interview. So good win for them and let that streak continues with 9, 32-17 in the East. Pacers though is not an easy team to defeat as they also have the mentality for a hard and grind attitude.
312  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: February 02, 2024, 01:09:12 AM
We are getting closer to possibly the greatest fight in the modern era of boxing, Fury Vs Usuk, which will unify the following belts: WBC (Fury) and WBA, WBO, IBF, IBO (Usyk). So unless the fight ends with a draw, we will see the first undisputed heavyweight champion in over 20 years.
An interesting face-off style interview popped up 3 days ago:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=du94sRofifU

I like this form of interview as it allows to assess who is more confident and has a mental advantage. I think it's clear that Fury appeared to be mentally dominating, but it's hard to imagine anyone being better than him in this element.
Not only that, it will be one of the most interesting games. but that will also be very historical. as you said fury appeared to be mentally dominating. but Usyk has more belts. so it is really hard to predict anything about this game.
I am gonna try my best to watch this match live. but I am definitely going to watch the highlights if I miss that by chance.
Right, I don't know when was the last time that we have seen a HW unification fight. If my memory serves me right we haven't seen since like in the 80's as when the Klitscho brothers dominated this division, they obviously doesn't want to fight each other. And so we can trace back the lineal HW champion to Fury himself when he beat once of the Klitscho before his first retirement due to mental issues. And there is a promo that is worth watching as well, that added more hype to this fight. Fury though is the slight favorite but it's really hard to predict, as he is the physical dominant boxer between the two, but Usyk is quicker and more agile in my opinion.
313  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinos not asking for KYC to register and play, but do require it to withdraw on: February 02, 2024, 12:40:35 AM
To be honest, I agree that as long as the casino is legitimate, this is an area in which I can increase my trust in the casino platform. It shouldn't be a significant concern in terms of KYC.

When a gambling casino is not requesting for KYC from the beginning, it shows the extent of how they could go far in helping us through the way we could start with them having no issues, the next thing that should be done is when they also requested for these informations, then we shouldn't hesitate in giving them as required, but in most cases, we took them for granted and denied them the right they have turned a privilege on us.

There are some things we need to learn and understand before even choosing a casino to bet on.
This is one of the reasons why gambler's would keep complaining and ending up using a bad casino after so many bad complains from other gamblers that might have use a particular casino and had bad experience. We need to always ask questions and do research so that we will not comeback matter to complain of a casino taking our funds with any wrong going.
Right, we should do our due diligence in playing in any casinos, specially KYC, withdrawals as it is very important to understand them as later we might have a issues, just like what we are seeing here. Specially The ToS, which usually address dispute resolution mechanisms and the process for addressing customer complaints. Knowing how disputes are resolved and the availability of customer support can be essential in case issues arise during your gambling experience. As far as KYC goes though, I think we all know that when crypto really took the center stage, everything has change for us. Before we just need our Bitcoin address to withdraw and deposit. And even if we have big wins, we are not required to send personal documents and what not. So it's very important to us that if we play on online casinos now, there are chances that they will ask for a mandatory KYC to be able to withdraw.
314  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tim Tszyu vs Keith Thurman WBO super welterweight Title March 31 on: February 01, 2024, 02:03:27 AM
Regardless of who wins or loses though, I think both these fighters are gonna put up a good fight and we might see a blockbuster boxing match right here. As OP mentioned both fighters are still pretty much in their primes and they have little to lose this early in their career so we might see these being the new Marquez Pacquiao rivalry of this season if not our era lol.

Thurman's prime was 7 years ago when he was beating Danny Garcia, Shawn Porter, and Robert Guerrero. It is debatable how good he still is but not many people would still consider him in his prime. The fight against Pacquiao came when Manny was 40 years old and at the very end of his career. Manny had one more fight afterwards and he didn't look good at all.

Inactivity doesn't always affect fighters in a negative way but this is the third time Thurman's had a 2-year layoff in his career. This tells us he is not fully committed to boxing. He showed no interest in fighting Spence or Crawford when the opportunity was there. Tszyu is a younger and hungrier fighter. Thurman doesn't have any real experience at this weight class either. Tszyu might not be considered extraordinary but he is good enough to beat Thurman at this stage of his career.
For me it's obvious that he no longer interested on boxing, and that's why he was been out for 2 years. His injury really did it for him because when he come back, it was a different Thurman, his power is no longer there and maybe just boxing around for the money. His lost to Manny already proved that his motivate and fire might be really gone and after that he was on/off in boxing. Obviously he can still run his mouth in this fight, but as far as performance, Tszyu being the younger and the champion might have the advantage here. Let's watch here the kick-off press conference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PTOgKPSpch4
315  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there Casinos that offer Birthday Bonuses to their users? on: January 31, 2024, 12:05:30 PM
[..snip..]

We celebrated with her, because $150 is quite a nice sum of money when converted to our local currency.

This incident caused  me to begin to wonder is there are any online casinos that actually celebrate their user's birthday by giving them such bonus on their birthday?
I am interested to know if there be any casino like that?
I don't think that there will be online casinos that will give up $150 just because it's your birthday. Just think about it, there are thousands of gamblers in just one site alone and if there will be like everyday each of their gamblers will have a birthday and they will have to give away like even $50, then that is a bad business practice as they can be abused and it will add a lot more of paper work for them, i.e. verifying the birthdays as they will asked for KYC. And as others have said, the works in the local casinos so that's probably one of her perks for being a employer for them and maybe she has been with them for many years that why she had this privilege.
316  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2024 NBA Season on: January 31, 2024, 10:40:01 AM
Funny seeing Giannis get called for a free throw violation for taking longer than 10 seconds to shoot. Joker was counting at the refs… Giannis really needs to switch that up before it gives him problems in a big game.

........

This Giannis 10 sec free throws violation has happened many times. It's Giannis free throw routine. For me Giannis doesn't do anything special before shooting free throws; he just looks at the rim and relax for 10 seconds. Free throws have been problem to Giannis throughout his entire career, but I'm sure he can still improve just continuous practice and adjustments could help improve his free throw performance over time.
I also remember when they face the Rockets, Udoka is counting as well and it's almost 10 seconds for Giannis FT. I think his coach did a good job on him, but somewhat it did take him more time to relax that sometimes it's a borderline violation or maybe Giannis is doing it intentionally.

I do agree with the latest 3 point shot contest between Curry and Sabrina Ionescu.

The old format is good enough for us as NBA fans, I guess we are still very much in the old era of the All-Star that it's hard to see new format being introduce but then there's not much hype from the fans.
317  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Metamask now supporting bitcoin? on: January 31, 2024, 10:13:15 AM
Metamask now supporting bitcoin or a mistake from the news? Yes there are misinformation on news sometimes.

The new integration allows users to withdraw cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin directly from a wallet like MetaMask to a Visa debit card.

The last time I used Metamask, it is only supporting altcoins and not supporting bitcoin.

I do not want to download Metamask to check this which I think is a long process than asking on this forum.

Yes, I don't think that Bitcoin's blockchain is compatible with MetaMask EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine).

Perhaps this is just a mistake, maybe what they meant is Wrapped BTC or WBTC. And any case, this just shows how poor crypto journalism is.
318  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Pay off DEBT by do Gambling? think again before you loss more on: January 31, 2024, 02:58:43 AM
I have a hanging out friend who is having trouble paying his house installments, he wanted to borrow money from me but I didn't give it to him because I didn't have the amount he was borrowing at that time, I advised him to borrow from another friend but their answer was still the same, finally, he was a little desperate and with the little money he had he put the money into the online slot application, unfortunately, instead of succeeding in doubling his money, he lost all his money because he lost in the online slot application

The valuable message that can be taken from my friend above is never take risks to gamble to pay off your debts, the pressure is very big, the chance is very small that you can pay off your debts, often you end up losing even more and losing your money. look for loans, sell your valuables or look for part-time work to pay off your debts, is a good way rather than playing the small money you have in gambling
Again, it's all about risk, and as in your friend's situation, his back is against the wall and he only thinks that gambling could only be the way out. Unfortunately for him, the result didn't go his way. However, there is this one legendary story and I think it has been shared it already: The Founder Of FedEx Saved The Company From Bankruptcy With His Blackjack Winnings!. This is probably one of the exception, but I guess your friend and others have horror stories gambling in hoping that they will double their money and so at least they will be able to pay their debts. But in the end, this is a lessons to everyone that gambling is not the way out for the majority of us.
319  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Less than 80 days until the 4th Ever #Bitcoin Halving on: January 31, 2024, 02:18:12 AM
It is crazy when you think about how small the daily block reward is getting. I think we’re really going to start noticing the scarcity after this halving in April. I wonder if we might see a bubble develop sooner than the typical 18 months after the halving we have seen in previous cycles.
Hopefully it will be a study growth though, same with previous halving years, although we might see the previous all time high getting broken maybe in the last quarter of the year and 2025 will be the banger year. As for the price, I think everyone knows that the prediction is 6 digits, from a conservative $100k, to as high as $180k or even higher than that. So this year is going to be interesting not just on Bitcoin, but the whole crypto market itself. Maybe there will be a few individuals around who have accumulate already in the past years and just waiting for the bull run 2024-2025 and make them millionaire. And with the Bitcoin Spot ETF already approved, it could really help drive the price after the block halving and then FOMO sets-in.
320  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2024 NBA Season on: January 30, 2024, 01:44:03 PM
New York Knicks currently have the longest winning streak in the NBA now with 7. Next to them is the Indiana pacers with 3.
Both teams have made the trade and so it seems that the new set up of players are blending up very nicely. Siakam had a triple double the other night as a Pacer.

Knicks has been so dominant in their last few games, starting from a big win against the Nuggets, they are now winning by double digits in their games. What do you see is the reason why this team is almost unbeatable now? Based on my observation, this started after the trade.

Their game with the Hornets, they won by 21 points and that is considering they are missing few starters like Randle and Anunoby.
What's happening to this team? Can we already consider them as a potential championship team?
I think Brunson and Julius Randle is really doing everything for the Knicks right now. Reminiscing of their previous years run when they make the playoff. And I still remember that they also had a good run during that season, even as a underdog, they will win big games against great team just like what we are witnessing right now.

But as far as potential championship team? They are not on that level yet, they will have to fight it out with Sixers and the Bucks and even Pacers on a highly contested Eastern Conference.
