1121  Economy / Gambling / Re: blizz.io blatant scammers stay away on: May 10, 2023, 12:13:09 AM
The screenshot shows that you played live games according to a dishonest scheme, using a second account in another casino. If this is true, you have no chance of getting your money back. I read about such a scheme 3 years ago. Evolution exposes this easily.
It's too bad you lost
they are scammers if they can provide proof then i won't say more but i guarantee i have not violated
Usually though, casinos are not going to provide that proof, on the way they find scammers because they won't want it to be exposed in public because there are risk that criminals and scammers might find a way to exploit their system if they found out how they are doing it.

The only thing that they will show proof is through a 3rd party arbitration.

So it's up to you whether to open up accusations against them.
1122  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: It's nice to be back here. on: May 09, 2023, 12:35:55 PM
I stopped my crypto journey way back last year because of so many losses and got busy with my school works,  it was last year in February when I lost a huge amount of my money investing in altcoin and got rugged, I was depressed that time and sad because I lost a huge amount of money which makes me stop my crypto journey and just focus on my study.

Two weeks ago I saw my friend on Facebook posting such luxury and cars he already has and I know that person is into cryptocurrency so I know that he got all those things because of cryptocurrency that inspires me now to continue my crypto journey and I will start it with this forum as I know I can have a lot of lessons and advice here.

I just realized how risky cryptocurrency is, especially for those people who have not yet have good knowledge about it, I've learned from my mistakes last year and j am now here exploring again and will be careful this time.
I do hope that you have learn your lessons very well the first time. We might have different path, but the end result should be the same. Earn and make profits through our journey in crypto currency. And I guess it's good for you to stop your initial crypto journey because it didn't end well and you focus on your studies.

Yes, crypto investment/trading is very risky, if you don't have the experience, you will definitely lose big money here. And as I have said, it's a expensive lessons to learn and so with that already under your belt, it might be a different result this time. So good luck in your journey.
1123  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The severity of the Ordinals Attack is increasing on: May 09, 2023, 11:22:47 AM
I wonder how much more should we wait to stop this attack? The fees are ridiculous, 100sat/vbyte is a reality already now (if you want reasonable transaction times). I'm waiting for the core devs to respond to this hostile action against Bitcoin. Taproot bug must be fixed.
I think we should only wait for the hype to die down. Degen peoples are increasing the trading of those so called ordinals. Its true this will affect regular business or merchants that use of bitcoin for transaction. But does this action by the creatoe who established this new tech of ordinals is illegal? I mean does core devs can somehow fix this? Since the creator choose to use a decentralized platform for this idea.
As far as I know there's nothing illegal here, the creator of BRC-20 token was able to find a loophole in Bitcoin’s 2021 Taproot upgrade and then that's it. It's the start of this 'inscription'.

But this is an attack to bitcoin's fungibility and I don't think that the community is divided, majority doesn't support BRC-20.

In any case, this is hype and we all know how fast this kind of fad is going to die down.
1124  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: May 09, 2023, 10:56:32 AM

I think the team should trade Jordan Poole since he hasn't been as useful as he was during the last playoffs. I'm not sure what happened to him, but since receiving a huge contract, his stats have dropped significantly.
If the Warriors fall to the Lakers, there will be no more opportunity for Jordan Poole to prove himself. He has been inconsistent, especially in the postseason, and it's unlikely that the team will still consider him as a player to grow with. I'm not sure if the Warriors made a mistake by giving him a max contract instead of Draymond, but I think they may be regretting that decision now.

Well the Warriors has a bad start, even before the start of the season, Poole and Green was in a altercation. And now coming into the playoffs, we here him and Kuminga not happy with the playing time they got from Steve Kerr.

So not sure if the Warriors are going to kept him last you said, he just sign him a good contract but so far his numbers are not up to par like last year. And probably this is the final straw for the Warriors. I believed they can still win the next game, but it will be over in 6 and Lakers moving on the next round.

I think they should sit Poole for the remainder of the postseason. He has been a liability to the team already, and it might hurt his ego, but the coaching staff has to find a way to win. The lineup in game 4 was good; it's just that the Lakers had a strong 4th quarter, which is why they won. Overall, the Warriors have a good chance of winning the next game at home and extending the series.
It's just too bad to see  Jordan Poole performed way below the level that the team is expecting him, I guess it's his ego that really take over himself. I agree that the Warriors coaching staff might have been losing faith in him and it's time for Kerr to sit up if needed.

That is a winnable game for the Warriors and they let this one go away. It's crucial as the series might be tied and they will have the home court as game 5 will be at Chase Center. Now it's a must win for them.
1125  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Devin Haney vs Vasiliy Lomachenco - May 20 on: May 08, 2023, 09:27:31 PM
As for the Haney vs Loma fight, the odds hasn't move a bit, Loma is still a 3:1 underdog.

As expected, Loma is still the big underdog here. Everyone is likely rooting for Haney to get an easy win because he is the younger and stronger fighter, so there should be no problem winning. However, I love surprises, so I want Loma to shock Haney and prove to him that he hasn't fought a technically skilled fighter as good as him.

Is 'shock' really the appropriate term? LOL. I think that word is used when one is not expected to win, and although Loma is quite the underdog here, he is capable of winning. Perhaps he will surprise the doubters, but the believers won't be shocked because they trust Loma to bring his A-game in the biggest fight of his career this year.

Perhaps it could be the right term, I mean beating a 3:1 underdog and then winning it, should be shocking right? the thing is that Loma is a live underdog that's why we thought that the odd is not that fair. Similar to Ryan Garcia who is also the same underdog odds with Tank, if he wins the fight will it be shocking? Of course yes, as bettors and handicappers thinks that he has a small chance of winning.

So we will see how this game will play out, will it be the underdog Loma here and then he become the undisputed or Haney continue on his winning streak and cementing his legacy.

Can't blame them if they listed Loma as slight 3:1 underdog because his past form wasn't seen in his recent fight against Jamaine Ortiz, I mean he was still flexible and hard to predict even after his lost against Teo where he fought two boxers, Nakatani and Commey, respectively but that was before his inactivity because of the Russian-Ukraine war where he had to sacrifice his career to help the troops defend Ukraine.

I sure do hope that we will still see the old Loma, so that he can give Haney a good fight and might dethrone him from being the undisputed champion in this division. But if not, I'm confident to say that it will be like a walk in the park Devin Haney.
Boxers are quite complimentary of themselves, but I can't deny that in this case they are underestimating Loma a lot, I don't have to Deny that Haney is one of the best I've Seen in action, but I also can't deny that Loma has a classic style , like from the old school and it is the same one that everyone wants to have in a fight, for me this is Something that will always be the best, but it is good that I know this type of fight, the good thing is that the bets will Always have an impact what we think about what we get right, that's why this is still relevant.

Because Haney thought that he will have all the advantage, actually the bookies believed that, that's why he is the favorite in this fight. One thing though is that Haney doesn't have power behind his punches and Loma knows this and he should be walking him and try to be the aggressor in the early rounds to test what Haney is made of.

If not then since we said that they have boxing IQ, maybe they will have another plan to counter the other.

So yeah, this is a great fight to watch specially for fans on how to play defense as it will be the key here in this fight.
1126  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bear Market Reaches $27605 - Will the Downtrend Continue?" on: May 08, 2023, 08:56:32 PM
This should be in Speculation board.

In any case, we have seen the worst already, so whether we will see another downtrend or going down to the next support of $25k, it's up to us whether to take advantage of the situation by accumulating more or just push the sell button.

Yeah, we all know that the network has been congested due to ordinal inscriptions and BRC-20 Tokens. But I don't think it will be enough to cause massive panic amongst investors. Sooner or later this will settle down and maybe we can see the fees going back to normal.
1127  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Casimero vs Nghitumbwa (May 13) on: May 08, 2023, 08:40:33 PM
^^ Yeah, he shouldn't have any problems making 122 lbs, it could really be his walking weight after all. Although boxers tend to gain more lbs during their off season, but at least Casimero doesn't need to shred more pounds unlike in 118 lbs wherein he really struggle in the last couple of years to make the weight and even lose the belt in the scale.

And in the Akaho fight, he make the weight without any issues so he will be fine now. It's just how he is going to be in this fight as everyone is expecting that he will score a knockout victory here.
1128  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is going down. on: May 06, 2023, 11:33:06 AM
Bitcoin goes down today , But going up tomorrow so what alarms you now mate?  and besides are you really investing on this ?or just fudding around?

you are creating thread that cannot be supported nor even you so why would people here needs to believe in what you are speculating ?
common man, be a good person here and not just telling lies that you don't even understand.

It seems that the price is difficult to go up when it passes $ 30k, many people sell because they think that the market will red again, I think the most important thing that makes the price crash is FUDs on social media, according to social media experts FUDs that are spread are structured because they are funded by haters who don't like bitcoins.
That's what we call resistance level, so for now it's $30k and usually it happen during those round numbers. And as we can see it's trending sideways, the positive thing is that it's around $29ki'ish level so that is a good sign in my opinion.

Just the start of the week for May though, anything can happen, including a break out run that will put the price to $30k and up. Or another sideways or worst is that we will have another correction to $25k. So we still need to be very careful, adjust our plans based on the movement of the price.
1129  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: May 06, 2023, 02:47:14 AM
I feel like we’re going to see Philadelphia continue to struggle against the Sixers. We’ve got about an hour until tip-off but I’m expecting to see a Boston victory. The second game between the Nuggets and the Suns will be interesting, as it is a must win game for Phoenix. With their season on the line tonight (3-0 would be a death knell) I think we might see them come out victorious, but I think they’re going to lose this series.
You got it mate, Philly specially Harden did struggle in this game, while the Celtics was hot early on three's and they keep the momentum throughout the game even though Sixers manage to cut the lead in the last 5 minutes of the game.

So Harden just decided to be the passer, and then Celtics double and triple team Joel Embiid every time he got the ball. They even play small most of the game, and sometimes it will be Tatum or Jaylen Brown guarding Joel. But in the other end, if they are on the defense, those two are just going one on one against Embiid and taking advantage of their quickness to score against the big man.
1130  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin trading be my sole source of income? on: May 05, 2023, 11:59:36 AM
As a young person, I am overwhelmed by my curiosity in trading Bitcoin, but I'm not sure if it is appropriate for me to resign my white collar work and return to trading exclusively Bitcoin.

This was a conversation a buddy of mine and I had yesterday, and I felt compelled to bring it to this illustrious platform for the best types of advice and counsel.

Is it safe for a Bitcoin trader to quit their jobs and focus solely on Bitcoin trading if they can devote their time and attention to maximize the benefits in the Bitcoin world?
For me it's going to be hard if you are just going to rely on bitcoin trading as your sole source of income. We have heard this before, there are beginner traders in 2017 wherein they thought that they can just make huge money on trading because that time we are in a bull run. So not sure what happen to those who resign from their regular job and solely focus on bitcoin trading.

Because as we all know, market is very volatile, it could be a day that you make money but possible that you can lose more in the long run. So very difficult in the beginning, and if you don't have experience, then it's better to just take it easy, in my opinion.
1131  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we now on Crypto bull run? on: May 05, 2023, 11:34:48 AM
Actually it is very difficult to say. But we can count $15k to $16$ was bottom price For Bitcoin. Now Bitcoin price $29k so we can told price gradually increasing. And it is sign for bull market. If continue this price increasing process more few days then we can easily count as a bull market. But crypto currency market always unpredictable so we have to always ready for all situation even market crash.
It's not a gradual increased though, November last year it was $15,500 as you have said, and it could be the bottom. And then April we've seen $31k, so that nearly double the bottom price.

But even if we see $31k or even higher at the end of this year, this is not yet a full blown bull run. It's that the market just recovered from the worst year of 2022 with black swan events such as the FTX and Terra Luna collapse. The real bull market is when we see the price really go on parabolic rise and ended up with a new all time high and this could only happen after the bitcoin block halving.
1132  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Devin Haney vs Vasiliy Lomachenco - May 20 on: May 05, 2023, 11:01:39 AM
Bumping this thread. Don't forget, guys, the fight will be less than three weeks from now.

This fight will change the future of both boxers. If Devin Haney wins, then I guess it will prove that Vasiliy Lomachenko is already past his prime. Since he is already 35 years old now, perhaps he will consider retiring early. As for Vasiliy Lomachenko, if the outcome favors him, then his success will continue, while Devin Haney might move to another division. Many fighters would probably be interested in fighting him since he will no longer be undefeated.
Yes, it's going to be a crossroad fight for Loma, and as he said in the past, his dream is to unify the belt in 135 lbs. He has a chance before, when he fought Teo Lopez but he got injured and then a lot of things happen after that, (Teo lost the belt, war in his Ukraine, his road to recovery beating Nakatani etc).

And now the stage is set for this big fight, Devin Haney is fresh and young and now the unified champion and the favorite on this fight. So I do agree that if he lost here, he might go up in weight. And if he wins, maybe chase a fight with Shakur or even Tank Davis at this weight class.
1133  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: May 05, 2023, 10:38:28 AM
Davis was really inconsistent. After scoring 30 points in game 1, he only scored 11 points in game 2 with 7 rebounds and had the most turnovers on the team. It was a bad game for Davis, and as a result, the Warriors dominated the Lakers to tie the series.

That's exactly what I was talking about after his good performance in the first game. As we can see, Davis systematically alternates between bad and good performances, and the Lakers seem like a weak team when Davis is having a bad day. By the way, the Lakers were able to avoid problems in the first round against the Grizzlies, even though Davis also had a couple of bad performances. However, the Warriors clearly have more experience than the Grizzlies, and they probably won't miss an opportunity to take advantage of the Lakers' weakness.

We should give credit to Draymond's defense on AD without getting into foul trouble, there were one instance in the 3rd wherein Davis was doing some isolation but Draymond held his ground and even go for a steal, it's reminiscent of him doing that to Jokic as well.

And then the Warriors doing the adjustment, Vando still putting a lot of pressure on Steph and didn't want to switch and just follow Steph. So what Curry did is to pass the ball that's why he had 12 assists. And Klay finding his rhythm and then we have another role player in JaMychal Green putting in numbers with 15 points.

The Golden State Warriors (GSW) are really dangerous when Klay Thompson is hot since we know he is a streaky shooter. He was remarkable in that game, going 8-11 from the 3-point line. That's very impressive, but it's a normal day in the office for Klay. Actually, overall, the Lakers only shot 10-34 from 3PM-A compared to the Warriors' 21-42. They didn't shoot as much in this game and had a combination of outside and inside attacks, compared to Game 1 where they attempted a big 53 shots.

Also, the free throw attempts were close in this game compared to Game 1 where the Lakers dominated.
And what's scary is that Klay is known to be a setup shooter, meaning he has to go to a lot of picks and then when he is open he will make that three. However, in the last 3 games since the Sacramento series, he is dangerous because he is creating his own shots now, fake, 2-3 dribbles to his left or right or even in the middle and then swoosh.

What's impressive as well is Curry play making, and maybe because of the defense on him, now he opted for a more conservative scoring but involving alot of his team mates that's why he had double double in this game, scoring wise and then assists.
1134  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Jason Moloney vs Vincent Astrolabio WBO 118lbs Title (May 13) on: May 05, 2023, 08:51:01 AM

Nice creating this thread, kabayan. It's a must-thread, especially for those PH boxing enthusiasts here.

Just a recap for others, Jason Moloney is the former Rank 1 by the WBC in the 118 lbs division and supposedly, he's the one who will face the rank 2, Nonito Donaire Jr. for the vacant WBC Bantamweight title that is being vacated by Naoya Inoue who now moved up to 122 lbs. Moving forward, Moloney's camp withdraws from the supposed fight with Donaire without detailed information about the reason (there is a reason but not sure if that's accurate as per most boxing fans think). WBC drops Moloney on their ranking list and opt-in instead to face Vincent Astrolabio.

Let's see if Jason Moloney's camp did a good choice on "avoiding" Donaire Jr. and took Astrolabio instead.
He might think Astrolabia is the easiest way around. I wish this becomes an upset too. I don't like the avoiding part that Jason Moloney did against Nonito Donaire Jr. because The Flash was ready and just waiting for the fight date and he is also expecting to meet him in the ring for the vacant title. Most boxing analysts also did expect that match to happen.
Jason Moloney 1.81
Vincent Astrolabio 1.97
It's not far. So, people are also expecting Astrolabio to upset Moloney here just by using the odds as the basis for it. The other bets are not yet available like KO/TKO win and unanimous decision. I'd love to make a bet but I will wait for the other options to come out and will surely bet for Astrolabio's side either UD or KO.
ML is already good bet for Vincent if that is the case, and for sure majority of us will go with the underdog as we can smell a upset here if Moloney is not careful or think that Astrolabio is a easy opponent.

Maybe as the fight gets closer, there could be a lot of options for us. But for now, almost doubling our money for a Astrolabio bet? it's already very attractive. And for sure Filipinos are going to stay tune and watch this fight because it could be another world champion for him waiting to happen.
1135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SUI Wave Ended, What next? on: May 04, 2023, 12:16:49 PM
So SUI Ended, got decent 1900$ from it. Sold. Now next what will be the hype? For me I think layerzero. What you guys think?
Good for you, but I guess some of us miss the boat of the SUI hype. Although I myself don't follow that much in the altcoin market, but at least it is still thriving as what we have seen, another one is the Pepe coin.

Anyhow, what about layerzero? I mean it seems that you are shilling for it, as least though tell us why it should be the next hype? Otherwise, it's obvious that you are already a bag holder maybe and just promoting it here.
1136  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight title on: May 04, 2023, 11:18:01 AM
^^ Lol, it turns out to be Manny Pacquiao now?

In any case, there are still no updates on this fight, the governing body has approved this fight in February if I'm not mistaken. And we don't know what's really holding up, who's side is stalling the fight or if there is an actual negotiations from behind.

Some boxing forums that I visited also was waiting for this fight to happen, but so far no words.
1137  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: May 04, 2023, 09:56:31 AM
I believe that Joel Embiid deserved the aware, but there is no question that the media is manipulative in how they choose season award winners, and that especially applies to the MVP.  Derrick Rose, the year he won as the youngest MVP ever, didn't deserve it, Lebron did..but he won I think the two before, or at least 1 within the previous 2 seasons and they wanted to change things up.  So he deserved it, but there's absolutely manipulation out there.
Definitely. And those who talk on television might have some impact on why it turned out this way. Most of them, voted for Embiid, lifting his stats up, and bringing up everything about him that makes him valuable. IMO, that's already manipulation as they can change the hearts of those who will vote.
Anyway, that's over, Jokic is young, he will break more records someday.

For sure Joel is very disappointed with his performance and going back to their homecourt, the MVP cheers might do good for him and we could see him putting great numbers for a MVP. Otherwise, if they lost, it's going to be a big let down to their fans.

So we will see, another great game 2 is between the Lakers and Warriors, they can't simply allow the Lakers and Davis to have that kind of games.
Yeah, and take note, Jayson Tatum scored 7 points only in 19 minutes, he was not needed in the 4th quarter although I think he is ready to come back.
It's mostly Malcolm Brogdon who did the heavy damage 6/10 at distance shot which made the big difference.
76ers fans might not be happy with what Embiid showed today, they must be thinking they are way better when he was not available having a close fight in game 1 and better, winning it using fast-paced type of plays. In game 3, Embiid should prove why he is the MVP.
Tatum is in foul trouble early, and the good thing is that Brogdon step up and so Jayson was not really needed in this game. And that is the depth of the Celtics though, there are games that someone will be the go to guy have a good game and contribute big.

So it's the Sixth man of the year, who dominated this game against the MVP. Nevertheless, we should be looking for Embiid to proved himself as the MVP for this year. Might be better to beat on props (points+rebounds) with him in the next game, in my opinion.
1138  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs John Ryder - May 6th in Mexico on: May 04, 2023, 08:29:35 AM
Just a few words to cheer up Ryder fans - he is an interim WBA champ. Not a Nr1 contender, but a champ. You dont get that belt just for having beautiful eyes. These 5 losses in his record. People say that it is a lot. But have you seen these losses? What if they were in close fights? Ryder has wins over strong opponents also. Dont judge him only by losses. He is a southpaw and technitian boxer. Southpaws were never easy opponents for Canelo. And we gonna see spam of punches from both sides.
And if I'm not mistaken, he had earn that interim belt beating some opponents along the way. So for Ryder fans, it might be enough to hear that he is the WBA interim and maybe has the right to face Canelo Alvarez.

But looking at the odds, bookies are giving him a small chance to win. It might be good for him in the long run if he continues to box as he will get the experienced in fighting one of the best in this generation. I agree, in the Lara fight (in which Lara is a southpaw, Canelo had difficult times and others said that Erislandy beat him in that fight).
1139  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will The FED pivot? on: May 04, 2023, 12:42:45 AM
Update: Just in, The FED increases interest rates again by 25bps for this month.
Powell's speech: Neutral. You can't trust anymore of this man's words anyways. From 75bps to 50 to 25. Atleast we are slowing down with time.

Market reaction: Sideways till now.
Or we take that with a grain of salt, and then have a slight 1% increased in 24 hours. But I do agree that again, we should be skeptics when Powell open his mouth with regards to the interest rates.

For sure he knows his words are powerful and that's why he try to be as neutral with his words. But we need definite answer though, if the US economy is looking great or on the brink again. But for him, it's fine they are doing great, Lol, but sooner or later it might bite him back with this kind of statements.
1140  Economy / Speculation / Re: FEAR + GREED & BITCOIN - Doesn't add up in 2019 on: May 03, 2023, 02:33:49 AM
FEAR + GREED AUG 2019 BTC has just had a good pump from $3000 to $10,000 apprpox.

I would have assumed F&G would have been more in the 60s/70s because we eventually got a drop to $6000 and back to $3000.

Why was F&G so low (fear) after a pump. It would suggest the sentiment was to buy?

I know it's not a science but just curious as to why the siganls and market sentiment offered by F&G didn't line up
Not sure, maybe some of us doesn't remember that because that was 4 years ago and it doesn't make sense to bring it up. And I can speculate that if could be just a manipulation from the whales that time that's why the price goes up from $3k-$10k.

I remember one thing around that time frame, perhaps it was in the beginning of the year that there were reports that 3 big whales colluding with each other to push the price higher and then after that, the price goes down hard. Again, my memory could be sketchy at times but that kind of news could stuck in my mind.  Smiley
