I haven't read your whitepaper yet, as it's 65 pages and definitely not what I'd like to call a light reading before bed, but meanwhile, as your project is an ERC-based token, it'll be more fitting if you move the topic to token sub-board. There should be a button to "move topic" at the bottom left of the page.

But for the time being, anyone signing up on your site just to try your flagship feature will have to get through firebase? I understand that it's automated service, but I also understand --if I perceive it correctly-- that there's a way for the web developers to collect the data, wouldn't you agree that it'll contribute certain degree of reluctance from the users? Especially as your competitors doesn't require any data for people just to try their service.

The error that the photos did not appear on the entry page was fixed

https://ibb.co/BsHt9nH

That doesn't exactly answered what I asked, ir even remotely close to covering the point. The question is: if anyone want to test your feature, they have to create account and/or login through firebase, where you possibility has access to see their data such as email and profile picture?

For a comparison so you get what's your competitors offered, craiyon didn't require you to create an account just because you're curious about their ai-image-generator.

And umm... where are we on the team details? I thought it'll be released "very soon" last week?
1743  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: MEGAPARI Scam Report on: March 22, 2023, 02:01:37 PM
Hi. We have investigated the case and here are the results:
You have requested the deposit of 150 USD which was credited to your Account number 571721597.
The security team has asked you to pass the KYC process  on 17.03.2023. The verification failed as the team has traced multi-accounting activity in accordance with the provided documents. This is T&C violation, namely 2.32: "[...]"
Moreover, owning few accounts is considered as an unfair gambling activity - that is why you were able to withdraw only your initial deposit and not the winnings gained with few accounts. According to the info from the financial dept, the withdrawal is successful. Should you have any other questions, you are welcome to ask me.

I don't think I understand correctly, were you saying that OP tried to cheat with multiple accounts and pooled the winnings into one account --not familiar with your platform, but I'll guess you allows user-to-user fund transfer-- and tried to withdraw them? If I understood you correctly, then OP is dumb, but can you provide a screenshot of multiple accounts transferring their winnings into the main account, to help backing up your claim?
1744  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1xbit1.com - New 1xbit.com management - We will try to solve all the problems - on: March 22, 2023, 07:20:44 AM
Actions of this person could be considered at least as a phishing, and anyone sending his details to this person is risking to get his details used in a way he wants.

In addition, here are a few messages received from the person:
http://prntscr.com/xRB6c6-ey_Ga
https://imgur.com/JhW9pJB
Thanks for sharing the message received from the O.P of this thread about promising to offer you 1 BTC if only you delete your post, because that proves he is a scammer just like you, (haha..🤣) trying to lure people off their hard earn money. Because by virtue that up till this moment, he has refused to come out to defend your first counter-attack, is a clear sign O.P had an ulterior motive for creating this thread. And all thanks to everyone who has given him red trust, and I will kindly advise everybody to please stay away from this thread, as O.P has been proven to be a scammer just like the original 1xbit website.

You understand the message wrongly, OP tried to extort 1xbit --which, ironically, is the lesser of two evils on this case-- by asking for 1btc in exchange of OP deleting his post and give full access of his account to 1xbit, not offering.

The ulterior motive has also been nicely explained by OP on his second message, namely gathering customer's login details and funds confiscated,

Not sure how that'll scare 1xbit, given the best OP can do with the details he got is compiling a list of the victims and the total sum scammed, which would just further paint 1xbit one or two shades darker on their already vantablack reputation, where it's also quite established here that they couldn't care less about.
1745  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Gold Diamond Invest Token (GDIT): Digital token backed by physical gold. on: March 21, 2023, 08:36:36 PM
I see that your whitepaper is in Cyrillic, is there or will there be an English version available so I can read them and understand your project better? Kinda weird, at least to me, that you're ready to go global but your project details are lacking the supporting features to help achieving this goal. And do I understand correctly you're based in UEA?
1746  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Offering Malicious Script Service - XDrainer on: March 21, 2023, 02:56:01 PM
I didn't know there was such a thing as this, OP. Thank you for sharing this. It's the first time I saw that drainer thing. It really is made to get people's attention that you could make money from these things. We all know that many people are really into that making money thing, and some people do it for the sake of themselves even though it causes harm to others.

You did a good thing, IMO. Also, having that exposed here in the Scam Accusations board would make others think otherwise.

If I have to be honest, prior to posting this thread and take a quick google search after it, I was divided between thinking if this is a serious offer of malicious software or is this an attempt to scam a scammer-wannabe, i.e.: offering a dud software. Sure, I've stumbled upon several people sharing their story of being hacked or warning about the possible hack through telegram, but this is the first time I finally "introduced" to the software and how it works; drain-ware, is what developers and cyber-security-analysts named them.

Tsk tsk tsk I support the notion. It's a good thing you posted this here. I remember maybe it was around November I think? when there was a massive wallet drain happened on solana platform. I think this guys are attacking every platform just earn money. For sure those who are newbies and unaware about this specially in social media would think it a normal extension that you'd only need to connect your wallet.

I think this software is not exclusively threatening newbies, inexperienced --or even experienced-- BM and those who dealt with contract-approval of web3 frequently are also at risk, in a sense that they might led into the trap in guise of escrow or NFT welcome bonus. Reading this article and from what can be inferred from the scammer's suggestion, one of the MO seems to be duplicating an existing platform, so even when people researching the said platform before they connect their wallet, they'll led to believe that the phishing site is legit as they shared the same name.
1747  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1xbit1.com - New 1xbit.com management - We will try to solve all the problems - on: March 21, 2023, 12:59:53 PM
Hello Mark @OP  I really will love to know howfar you've gone with resolving the said issues you promised and it seems you haven't really taken out your time to respond to any of the responses and replies in your thread or is this another strategy to gain trust over here on the forum, and I think you have a very long way to go to cover up or restore your reputation on the forum and one way is to ensure you clear up your accused scam accusations leveled against your company.
From past personal observations, I noticed that what really made gamblers got mad at your company was because your company never felt any remorse for all their actions and not necessarily because you scammed them.

I'll dare say it won't be far, like... really, at all.

Read the negative feedback left by the DTs, 1xbit officials has denied that "Mark" is part of their management, or related to any degree with them. I think he just tried to collect database from email and the username. I'll discourage victims of 1xbit to send him any PM as per his request.
1748  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 1xbet closed my account without paying the balance in my account. on: March 21, 2023, 12:53:26 PM
Just stumbled onto a thread on the gambling board[1], it looks like 1xbit has come under new management (with a new domain). Not counting how many times they are including this one.
I think they've found a pretty effective way of dodging when they get a lot of complaints. I hope they really "new management" in reality.

1. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5445339.0

Uhh no, they're not. The OP of that thread, 1xbit1.com was an impersonator and not the official representative of their "new management".

Reading their opening post is enough to raise suspicion whether they really the representative or just someone tried collecting email and username for whatever reason. The negative feedbacks given by several members helps us with the link to the confirmation needed,

Hello guys!

The OP's account of this thread has nothing to do with 1xBit in any regards.
1749  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Offering Malicious Script Service - XDrainer on: March 21, 2023, 05:24:37 AM
Turns out they have created more and more accounts to sell these scripts on forums and it's even more dangerous if they let them but I'd love to see how we keep reporting to mods and also here that fraudulent ads are not allowed on bitcointalk forums.

There are 4 accounts advertising this fake script and 3 were found by @PX-Z with deleted threads but we can view the archives.

List
X-Drainer18 - Ban
X-Drainer13 - Ban
X-Drainer14 - Ban

[...]

I saw that the account mentioned on my opening post is already nuked too. Big applause to the community and mods who work so quickly against this persistent user.

Good job holydarkness.

The person behind the malicious script service is not about to stop. So I suggest you report any post or profile you find promoting the link in this thread - Report Malware and Suspicious Links here so Mods can take Action !

[...]

Will update this thread and reporting to Lafu's thread next time I stumbled upon them. I've set the notifier to inform me whenever some phrases used on their thread are being mentioned again on this forum, hopefully it'll work and help tackle this scammer easier.

What happened: Offering malicious script to drain crypto from its unsuspecting victims
Suspect's Profile Link: Xdrainer543tre
Suspect's Website:
Code:
https://xdrainer.xyz/
archived
Suspect's ANN thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5445535.0

Additional Notes:
I initially hoped I understand their service wrongly, that they offered a service of blacklisted address so their user could proceed with caution, much like... that specific user who offered such service on neighboring sub-board. I honestly not sure if raising this thread would works against their favor by limiting their movement or I did a mistake by offerring a free advertising for their service, but I thought it's better be reported so unsuspecting people would proceed with caution.

It might be worth mentioning that --I think-- the service looks and works like the one thread in the past where the user's fund were drained after he approved a contract [can't find it although I've spent long minutes on ninjastic and generous time by manually leafing through the scam accusation and reputation board].

Some screenshot for easy view:

It might be wise to add here that they're available on playstore [android] under the name "iEarn bot Plus" and appstore [iOS] on "pro iEarn bot", just in case anyone googling their app name, seeking review before signing up, not realizing that those app are the ones the article published by BBC on OP's opening post talked about.
1752  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: my expirience on site Trustdice.com SCAM on: March 20, 2023, 11:26:46 AM
I understand correctly that CG has not made their decision yet and still verifying the photos and video? If it is, then I think the best all of us can do now is wait for their findings and see what their final decision is. Though --judging from their reply which you copied from CG above-- TD's representative seemed wouldn't care about the findings and still persist on their initial decision, suppose you shared the truth here and the evidences you give are verified by CG to be original and raw --i.e.: TD somewhat tampered the evidences themselves to win the case-- the verdict would still be shown on CG's page for anyone to see and help them consider the platform.

Given the accussed was online yesterday and still no response to address the concerns raised on this thread, I will leave negative feedback for the time being until everything proven and said differently than the initial suspicion.

I have no personal experience as a customer of the casino, and I am not here to defend them. However, I am curious, how do you account for the fact that two impartial arbitrators reached the same conclusions in this particular case? First AskGamblers and now CasinoGuru. Both of them concluded that the casino acted within its rights according to its terms and conditions. It seems unlikely that two independent arbitrators would come to the same conclusion without strong evidence to support their decision which suggests that there may be some merit to the claims against you.

Up to this point where this post was made, only AG gave the final verdict that OP submitted a photoshopped KYC document. Their case on CG is still open as CG's representative asked for OP's side of proof after verifying that the submitted docs from TD is indeed manipulated, to be sure that they've verified evidences from both side and both side were given equal treatment, just in case something happened like what logfiles concerned.

OP has submitted 6 evidences to support his claim and is currently under CG's verification. Only after CG get through these submitted evidences and give their verdict that we can say for sure what really happened.

I see one more paid message from trustdice. Where we can see any complaint from my side to askgambers.com?

I've been crossed path with Stalker22 on this sub-board numerous times, I am quite confident and can assure you he's not paid or siding with TD or any sides, just slightly misunderstood your case.

Talking about "misunderstood" and "confident" in the same sentence, unfortunately --or hillariously-- I have another one coming: I am quite confident that I misunderstood your reply quoted above.

To clarify, you're not saying that you are not the one who filed this complaint under username "juz62" on AG, and instead you tried to say that you didn't get a chance to give your side of evidences on the complaint on AG?

Under Bulgarian registration requirements : Our so call main focus of the company is: Computer equipment services, It Services and It platform creation and all other league engagement allowed by the law.

Basically from a legal point of view we can do anything allowed by the law in EU

Only after obtaining an extra permit for conducting the activities, I assume? So you'll still need to submit a request for an "expansion"? Or do I understand it wrong?

"[...] as well as any other commercial activity that is not prohibited by law, but when there is a registration or permit regime - after registration, respectively - after obtaining the relevant permit or license."

I could understand very well if a law allows business entity to work outside the sector they initially registered themselves as, but only after/with extra license. Many companies did this around the world, working outside the initial sector they registered as, but they also have the required permit to do so.

But of course I can understand that Bulgaria maybe applied a different policy. Can you please help us by pointing out the specific clause on Bulgaria's constitution which state as you claimed? That you can do anything allowed by the law in EU, such as constructing and opening investment for solar energy farm, with business registered under IT services?
1757  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: my expirience on site Trustdice.com SCAM on: March 17, 2023, 09:08:24 AM
This could mean two things, IMO, either CG internally --maybe by email-- asked OP to provide another evidences because the other ones are invalid, or OP voluntarily provided a video as evidence like what some of us here suggested.
I hope they do ask for a copy of documents from the complainant too alongside other things like video proof, otherwise if they relay only on documents provided by the party that's saying that they are forged, then there is nothing that could stop them from forwarding manipulated docs just in order to win the case

They did. CG's representative finally made OP's replies available for public. Their position so far is that TD sent them the allegedly edited passport, which the arbitrator verified to be true, and they're now offering OP to upload another picture of their passport to double check from both sides.

OP, alol1986, if you're really the side being wronged on this case and your KYC is real. I think this is the chance where you cou offer to send video evidence alongside the new picture as requested by Nikolas.

Edit: I just realized from glancing at TD's ANN thread that OP also simultaneously opened a ticket to AskGamblers, which TD announced as clear based on the verdict given by AG's representative upon checking evidences given by TD.
1758  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: my expirience on site Trustdice.com SCAM on: March 16, 2023, 05:10:01 PM
Yes i alreaddy posted in theme at casino guru that i can easy approve that i have real documents. I wait for casino guru reply about this situation.
Please keep us updated on the outcomes of the issue resolution. If possible, you could share with us the link to keep track. The outcomes will be very vital on Trustdice's future feedback.

I've been watching it quite a while, here

It's been under "waiting for approval" for a few days while CG's representative is reviewing the evidences provided by OP, as they'll only publish the replies from both parties once they're sure there's nothing privacy-sensitive contained on the posts. I guess they're checking the allegedly tampered documents, hence the very long delay.
It's already 6 days, yet no after update posted.
The question is, how they will validate that the sent documents are fake or not? It's in digital form either image or video type or whatever it is, theres still no way to prove that it is fake or not. Unless they have the physical true copy or the actual docs for checking. Or it is obvious edited by looking the image metadata or its actual looks which is easy to check and will not take so much time like 5 days.

fixing your quote pyramid

I think a video type of documentation is harder to be forged, thus gives more reliability upon being original, unless OP is somewhat --like I previously said-- an professional video editor. But if that's also proven to be quite difficult to be verified, I think OP can --if they would-- ask for video conference. I would boldly presume video editing is damn near difficult during live feeds, and if the passport in their country works as how mine works, they will have holograms and other security measures that'll rather hard to be forged --as in OP printed a fake passport and hold it during the video conference-- thus authenticating it and OP's credibility would be easier.

And looking at the thread on CG, I think it's less to the representative took a long time to verify the documents and more to because OP send several new evidences. If you look closely, OP uploaded another posts that --as per this post was made-- were kept as private for review  three days ago and six hours ago,

This could mean two things, IMO, either CG internally --maybe by email-- asked OP to provide another evidences because the other ones are invalid, or OP voluntarily provided a video as evidence like what some of us here suggested.
