As for the license, it is interesting, I learned today that SSL certification could require you to provide company details... as wel as learned that some rogue authority could produce the same, hence we should check closely. Unfortunately I haven't get any chance to check the green SSL certificate before as I was too focused on the company registration certificate. If it isn't and you hadn't send them to CG, I'll advise you to offer them to the CG's representative overseeing your dispute.
