Fair enough. That makes sense. That could be the reason.

Will be patient and wait to hear from them.
Will update here when I do.

You've... been hearing from "them", jeremypwr has been trying to reach you through PM. He'll know what to do. Check that "my messages" button on the top side of your page.

And if I may add about KYC, most casinos asked for this, not only sportsbet, and that's not because they're being nosy about their customer. It's one of the method to double-check account abuse and, more importantly, it's part of the requirement by government bodies that they have to comply to fight against AML-ATF, crypto casinos are threading a very fine line between complying with authorities and protecting their customer's privacy.
1703  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][VANU] Vanguard Portfolio - Investing in Dubai Real Estate with Crypto on: April 03, 2023, 11:29:16 AM
DandB are partners for sourcing and for rentals. We also have another to place on our site.

Regarding our business address yes this is a PO Box Address. Once the project launches we are hoping to setup a full time office in Dubai were investors are more than welcome to visit us. And basing a coming in a county with low tax or zero tax is not tax evasion as you are ruled by their laws its just smart thinking. Low tax means higher returns for investors.

Can you inform us this "another"? And if you could assure us that you're indeed in partnership with them by having them to publicly declare the partnership, it'll be neat.

For your office, so you're eventually will move to Dubai? Then why do you even registered an office in Switzerland --a PO BOX, to be exact-- instead of Dubai right away? Speaking of registering... I assume you have a legal body and complete registration? I can't imagine two real estate firms would want to have a partnership with someone that's not legally incorprated, especially given the vision of the project is quite ambitious and huge like this.

Also I notice you didn't exactly answered my question about team. As you'll open your future office in Dubai for investor to visit at any time and meet you face to face, I can't see any reason why people who can't afford to visit you in Dubai can't know who the team behind this project through photos and backgrounds, don't you agree?
1704  Economy / Reputation / Re: Incorrect use of red feedback. on: April 03, 2023, 07:02:48 AM
Unfortunately, unlike your previous thread about Cygan on Cygan abuses DT - Proof! which is quite correct, this one is not simply because that is rougly how feedback meant to be used. If I may take snippets from Loyce's Guide,

[...]
Once you fully understand the system, it's important to start using it:
  • Did you do a trade in which you risked funds? Leave feedback!
  • Did you see users who left accurate Trust feedback on many accounts? Add them to your Trust list!
Anyone can leave feedback, and anyone can customize their Trust list!
[...]

Don't confuse your Trust list with feedback
Trust feedback: leave feedback to people you trust or don't trust. Or leave neutral comments.
Trust list: a list of people who's judgement on others you trust (username) or don't trust (~username).

Trust feedback
Trust feedback (Positive/Neutral/Negative) can be used to express your opinion about someone's trustworthiness. In other words: would you trust or have you trusted this user with your money?

[...]

Trust list
You should add users who left accurate feedback and have good Trust lists to your Trust list, and you should exclude users who leave inaccurate feedback.
This means your Trust list should be based on how you value the users' judgement on others, and it should not be based on whether or not you Trust those users (with money) or traded with them.
[...]

Or if I may refer you to the post made by Little Mouse on that very own other thread of yours, helping Cygan to understand how both system works and their differences:

Don't include people in your trust list because they have dealt with you and you can trust them with money. This deserves a feedback.
When someone leaves accurate feedback in your perspective, only include them in your trust list. If they leave wrong feedback, exclude them from trust list.
For reference, LoyceV guide is the best- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5191802.0

Once again-
1. You have trade with someone? Leave feedback.
2. You trust someone's judgement based on the feedback they sent- Include them in your trust list.

In other words, in case you still didn't get it, feedback is for your opinion when you dealt with someone and/or having a good or bad experience with them. Trust list is for when you trusted someone's judgement.

Departing from these basis, your thread on Cygan has its weight, he did use the system wrongly, as he openly admitted, due to being clueless about it. This thread on Royse777 and the feedback he left against Poker Player, did not. Royse left a negative feedback against PP based on his opinion instead of distrusting Poker Player [~Poker Player], so he actually use the "red" feedback correctly.

And no, I'm not writing this to take side with Royse or because I'm on his campaign or --if we stretch it out-- I'm currently wearing signature of the project being mentioned and questioned here. I'll still wrote the same suppose the situation is reversed where Poker Player is the one who left the feedback to Royse, or someone else leave feedback to some other else.

As for CoinPlay campaign, I have to say that yes, they're currently having a situation and in my very own personal opinion their team handled the situation quite poorly, I'll use this chance to state my stance for that case that I am quite disagree with how they handled it. They could do better.

I was, am, and will actively monitoring the situation --trust me, you don't know how much I went back and forth between parties involved on that case prior to it being published, and even after then-- I even made a draft of a very long post questioning both sides, written on Friday and ready to be sent when Saturday come, in case the deadline made by OP of that scam accusation reached and CP still choose to be silent, which now sitting quietly on my email because CP agreed on the request made by the OP.

If you carefully read the thread instead of --I can only assume-- skimming through it just to build your case, you'll be aware that the current and last conclusion of that case is:

Coinplay, thank you for letting Askgamblers have a look at the case. Can you email me a screenshot (or post it here for even more transparency) of what request you have sent to Askgamblers? You don't need to include your "evidence" with it, only just show us the email you sent to Askgamblers with the request for them to review the case.

We meant to say that you should open a complaint on Askgamblers, where we both will provide the necessary details for them to review your case.

So this demand of yours is quite... ridiculous senseless, because both parties has agreed to take them to an arbitrator. I don't see why Royse should intervene if the case is already under review by AskGamblers.

I'm outraged and looking forward to the next one.
[...]
2. Royce will intervene in the discussion related to coinplay and, if he does not receive any results from the casino, will immediately stop the subscription campaign.
[...]

As for the feedback given by TwitchySeal on your screenshot, while I am not sure how true CP's clarification is --I think no one on this forum do, except CP themselves-- but if only TwitchySeal read two pages further, he'll see CP had made a clarification for the situation, which also has been acknowledged by several users 1 2 3 raising that concern and questioning the similarities:

❗ Hi everyone, Coinplay Community Manager here! I'd like to address the elephant in the room and clear up some confusion about us and 1xBet/1xBit:

Coinplay.com was partially built with some software used on 1xBet platform – that's why the website might have similar code and tools – but it's a separate project that works and develops independently. I apologize for not clearing it up right away. Our team is working hard to make Coinplay a fun and safe platform for every player, so all suggestions and comments are welcome.

Cygan, please accept my apology for mentioning your name several times on this post and inviting --perhaps unwelcomed-- attention to your profile, I have nothing against you, you're simply just case on point to aid on explaining the system to OP.
1705  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bounty Star is a Scammer on: April 02, 2023, 08:02:13 PM
Came to my mind, I don't think OP ever invited the other party or at least let them know about this situation. Since Bounty Star's last online time --as per this post was made-- was few hours before this thread being published, I don't think they're aware about this reputation thread, nor realized the neutral feedback left on their profile.

OP, Salahmu, it will always be wise and a nice gesture, and well advised, if you invite the opposite party of your case --be it a reputation or scam accusation-- so they can get a chance to explain from their side. And from that point, we can conclude what happened.

Bounty Star was invited and notified.

Ok, good answer. After all, investors should always do their own DD, that should include other fees and unexpected factors that came with the investment they choose. Talking about your own tax, I understand the land tax and utility bills, and any other fee that might occur on the whole renting properties are tacked by your 4% buy and sell tax?

Also, do I understand you correctly that you're an Switzerland based company who will manage properties in Dubai?

Tax on the real estate will come from profits from rentals. Managing the property will come from one of our two partners based in Dubai.

When you say two partners in Dubai, I assume you're referring to staffs of D&Bproperties? Though you referred them as partner, why can't I see any mention of partnership with you on their website? Perhaps this is a misunderstanding from my side, I simply couldn't find the page on their website talking about this. Can you please point me out?

I'd also really appreciate if you could clarify that though D&B has a clear team and registration --I hadn't crosscheck them yet-- I found your website to be lacking of these information. Can you please add more details on your page?

I also noticed your registered address --no company numbers, though-- on the footer of your page is "12 rue le Corbusier, Geneva, GE 1208, Switzerland", which is a PO BOX address and known address for offshore tax evasion companies listed on pandora paper, panama paper, etc.? This is your office?

As so many of you were quick to jump to answer this and each time every people helped me with my questions are different people, I assume all of you are related to this project to a certain degree?

As for the license, it is interesting, I learned today that SSL certification could require you to provide company details... as wel as learned that some rogue authority could produce the same, hence we should check closely. Unfortunately I haven't get any chance to check the green SSL certificate before as I was too focused on the company registration certificate. But alas, when I tried to do it today, what I found shocked me:

Care to explain? Or should I go directly to the scam accusation?

I sent notarised documents to casino, but scam casino now ignore.

You're trying to say you've sent the notarized documents to CasinoGuru? Or you sent them to TD's security team instead? I see that you have a post that's currently under review on CG, I hoped it's the notarized documents. If it isn't and you hadn't send them to CG, I'll advise you to offer them to the CG's representative overseeing your dispute. As far as I understand, both CG and TD were expecting you to submit them to the CG instead of directly to TD's security team.

Royse777 you are a fraud manager. You are stealing a lot of money from Signature campaign. A thieving manager like you is not needed on the forum.

Very much sure we have a dedicated board for this kind of post, and as I'm also very much sure this is an alt of an older, more experienced, account, I believe you know where to move your topic. I'd love to indulge myself on reading the proofs you give to back up the claim.

Hahaha still you got me there!

I had to go back and check my merit history, then I searched through my posts. And I didn't stop there - I even looked up Satoshi's last active date and his merit history.

So, overall, you won this one.

I'd rate it even higher than theymos's April prank, because that one was predictable, but this was a complete surprise.

And you got me too. I slept last night expecting some weird things pulled by the forum for this annual event, skimmed through my personal phone and this device upon waking up, saw the 50 merits by satoshi for a youtube video, and my still-sleepy brain can't process it; I poured my morning coffee while mulling over why did satoshi merited me for a YT video, which somehow not reflected on my real count.

I visited meta, where your thread was just couple line below theymos' april fools prank to see what he pulled this year, move on and read couple of replies to my posts, and only after that it dawned to me out of the blue what actually happened.

Good one, I chuckled when the realization hit me as I rushed back to meta to check this thread
1713  Economy / Reputation / Re: Cygan abuses DT - Proof! on: March 31, 2023, 06:43:58 PM
I still find it suss users woke up specifically to give cygan positive trust feedback, were gifted DT2 status and have then gone back to sleep.

(Plus cygan said he's requested the positive trust feedback - if I'm reading their post correctly)

[...]

You read the post correctly, you just unfortunately understand the situation wrongly.

Cygan was referring to "positive feedback" [please take note that we should start treating the terms "feedback" and "trust" as two different system and not interchangeable], as in they made a successful deal and he asked for a feedback for other customer's future reference. If he did any mistake, as been stated numerous times on this thread, is that he didn't understand how the new trust system work. He added the people he successfully dealing with into his trust list instead of simply leaving positive feedback, unaware of it's recursive effect.

I'm inviting MrCryptHodl to this thread, as this thread has been so insightful for Cygan, I hoped MrCryptHodl is also on the same simple clueless shoes with Cygan on the trust list system, generating bunch of DT2, and will find this thread useful.

Edit: oh?! Just realized today that he's been err... demoted from DT1. Nonetheless, hopefully this thread still could help him better understand the feedback and trust system.

The majority vote was discussed with the team and this would be the best option.

Regarding taxation each country will have different taxation laws and each person should consult with a tax professional to understand the tax implications of shared ownership, as well as any reporting requirements.

Ok, good answer. After all, investors should always do their own DD, that should include other fees and unexpected factors that came with the investment they choose. If i were you I will try recover the account and setup 2FA by using app like Google Authenticator

The account is fully recovered and the scammer, Saruc, bypassed the 2FA by token ID, which they got by faking MEE6 address. A better suggestion will be to always doublecheck a site address prior to inputting sensitive information.

-snip-
No, need I already fully access my account.

[...]
Token ID Discord can bypass Email, 2FA, Password. You don't need all-of these things, If you have the token ID
- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xmCfUizcNLE
- https://www.reddit.com/r/discordapp/comments/nvuyj4/can_tokens_bypass_2fa_and_sms_auth_and_if_they/

That's why, you can login to my account but not changing the password. Because you have the token ID but don't have the password.

Hi, i find myself quite uneasy because I can't seems to verify the registration certificate that your company claimed here, can't seems to find "Noweon LLC" on the US registry. Can you please ease my concern and direct me to the US gov site that certifies this claim?

NOWEON has a green bar SSL according which the indentification data of NOWEON LLC is confirmed by Geo Trust EV RSA CA G2. You can check all this information just checking the adrress of NOWEON in the web brauser.

Yes, I can see that, thank you. But how do that exactly answered my question? It's a completely different kind of "certificate" and completely unrelated with what I am asking, unless I'm wrong? I asked about company registration details, as shown on the archived certificate, not the SSL certificate.

Here is a link to registration form https://noweon.com/Certificate.pdf to get the name of the company and its registration number.
To check this data you can use this form https://corporation.directory/secstates but it is necessary to register to get access.
You can use this information to know more  https://www.secstates.com/DC_District_of_Columbia_Secretary_of_State_Corporation_Search

Yeah, been there on both sites before I posted my question. One required me to sign up, which I found inconvenient. One didn't bear any result, as in the company name didn't match any from their database. If you have an account on the former site, can you perhaps give a link to an archived page of the search result showing that the certificate number and/or the company registration is valid and matched their database?

However, please state the possible fees that will be charged on future withdrawals, so that no such confusion (and anger/aggression) takes place ahead. Thanks for the complimentary bet.

I think this is a very good suggestion that you'll need to try to implement, OP. Honestly, you're the first platform I know that didn't state the WD fee. If I may suggest further, suppose implementing the update to shows WD fee is quite complicated and needed some time, maybe you can add a note like the two banner shown on your screenshot telling people that withdrawing on Tron currently will take a high fee, so they might reconsider to wd on different chain/token
1718  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][VANU] Vanguard Portfolio - Investing in Dubai Real Estate with Crypto on: March 30, 2023, 05:30:27 AM

Hi Thanks for your message. All the NFT owners for that property will have a say via a voting system. If we reach over 51% then we can sell. However, Vanguard will be using a Lawyer/Solicitor who will have a full list of NFT Holders for that property. We as a company alone will NOT be able to sell without permission of the Lawyers/Solicitors after the voting has been finalized. This protects all NFT Holders. So until the they have given us approval we can't sell.

So there's no specific individual with sole control over selling the property? Everything has to be approved by a solicitor, who took the decision based on majority voting? May I know how this translates into annual taxation? Technically the holders owned part of property overseas, yet they're not the legal owner, what should be declared on their assets on annual tax report, then?
1719  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Hiring Discord Moderator from @Saruc on: March 30, 2023, 05:18:30 AM
I was one of the applicants for his job offer. To be honest, I had some suspicions and doubts about him ( not scam but how serious he was ) even before hearing about what happened to the OP. Going back to my conversation with him, I think he was likely looking for someone with an important Discord account. I can't say for sure, but it seems that @saruc was behind the bot trap that was used to hack OP’s account. He left the server immediately after the incident which is suspicious AF.
[...]

The screenshot kinda seal the deal for me, their insistence on people who currently moderating discord shows that OP's suspicion is true. Leaving negative tag as well so any discord admin who see their ann thread and intended to apply could proceed with caution.

Your team is also AI generated or something? Not only their "real" photo is cartoonized, they don't even have name or background profile that could help us know them better. Your whietepaper... well, litepaper, also didn't cover anything about this or other important details.

It also came to my awareness that you previously raised two projects, one far back in 2018 and one only last year, which no longer accessible today.
