5141  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you guys keep track of all your cryptocurrency investments? on: October 24, 2017, 09:10:43 PM
im using blockfolio app to track my porfolio so i can see if i gain or loss this app really help me to manage my porfolio  thanks yo the creator of this its helps alot  i already rate it to 5star

This is what im using after all this time on which i do make track of my altcoin holdings thru blockfolio app which i can anytime see or actively check the prices of it on where it do help me to decide if its time to sell or buy but the downside is not all coins is being listed too fast on blockfolio on which you would really need to list it up either on a notepad or an excel (depending on the things that suits you).
5142  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC analysis for this month! on: October 24, 2017, 08:28:09 PM
since bitcoin is bullish as of now, it is safe to say that we must be cautious this time, since bitcoin gold is already hyped and most new investors today are just planning to get their hands on bitcoin gold knowing that it is free cash an then they will but a lot of bitcoin gold using the profit they have gain from the rally of of bitcoin, just like what had happened in august, after bitcoin cash, the value of bitcoin fell, since they did profit taking and there was a lot of FUD during that time, and this time for bitcoin gold, it is not an exception, since the trend seems to be repeating, however, the price of bitcoin will not go down below 4000 usd just like what had happened before, i think the price of bitcoin will go down around 5500 to 6000 usd before the november's fork and then will have a true correction, as of now, with the bull run of bitcoin, i do agree it is a bull trap, that's why we need to create a new strategy on how we can win with this situation. hopefully the price of bitcoin can breach around 7000 usd with this bull run, before bitcoin gold, though it is only a few days left, we can  never tell, since the volatility of bitcoin now became more and more active, and what we need is a lesser volatility for a correction, and from what i see, bitcoin's high volatility will continue until the end of the month.

I'm not sure about this, but the value of the bitcoin suddenly increased dramatically in just a few days, which made me feel very nervous, it was too abnormal, never going up so fast as this time.
I do have the doubts and i do have the feeling that there would really be a nasty price correction later on.Come to think off if theres an abnormal sudden price increase we do really expect on the possible opposite things to happen later on. For now seeing on the price of bitcoin on this fork event it somehow stabilize its price on theses ranges but yet i do believe that there would something to happen later on.
5143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Highest ROI from ICO = Low ICO HARD CAP? on: October 24, 2017, 07:52:29 PM
yes i agree with you! i think ICO that have a hard cap between 5 and 10 millions $ can make big profits!

if ICO raise less than 5 million maybe it's not enough to finish theire project!

if more than 10 millions, maybe it's overpriced!
It does depend on a certain project if it would really need big funds for them to develop it. Ive seen lots of projects which do have high hard caps which some or most of them do failed to reach up the cap but yet they do set up some soft cap which they would consider for the project to proceed still. Low ICO hard cap cant really be criticize and yet we do already witness how many project succeed even they are just starting on small numbers.
5144  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What to do when prices are falling on: October 23, 2017, 07:59:49 PM
Hello. I have a folio of BTC, ETH, NEO and some alts. I've been watching at Bitcoin since 2015 but bought only at this summer (and the last move was quite bad, I bought some BTC for $4600). I try to study, watch vids, read forum and twitters. Chris Dunn has a vid on the topic but nothing really specific. I'm interested in some ideas about what to do when prices are falling.  Sell alts and hold bitcoin? Short? (and if yes, so the next question is how to learn how to short?).
every day btc price increase or decrease. if you see btc and other coin price chart. btc decrease but not for long time. after a time it price decrease. so I tell don't worry for decrease. wait some time and set your plan for sell.
There are many reasons can make the price of any cryptocurrency, not only Bitcoin, can not recover in a long time.
Example from 2013 until this year, the price of Bitcoin could not recover by the bad news of Mt.Gox exchange stolen all money of user.
So, you have to know everything is possible, ready before it happens will be better than you do not have any preparation.
Easy to say but we wont really know since it would just suddenly happen which we didnt expect for it.Actions would really vary on how fast we would react on such situation. If we do late on making such move on where comes to a point we are already on negative floating then the best thing to do having patience and wont easily panic at all even though we are losing money.Better to make another strategy which would really give you the possibility of recovery this is why its always suggested to set back up plans in this kind of situations.
5145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will altcoins pump after BTC hard fork? on: October 23, 2017, 06:04:56 PM
Time to buy altcoins !
You are right, everything is lower due to the current market "crash" and coin prices due to all the confusion associated with bitcoin gold.
Using the word "crash" isnt really approriate since altcoins doesnt really go dip to the bottom to say such thing. It did really decrease its prices which is normal indeed specially there an event happening on bitcoin on where related to bitcoin gold. This is indeed the best time to buy on bargains. They will surely pump up after the fork this is why if you do have the money then its the best time to buy some and fill up the bags.
5146  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Trace Mayer (and other BTC gurus) liars? His predictions are WRONG... on: October 23, 2017, 05:04:34 PM
I've never heard of this guy either. So he's some kind of Bitcoin guru? Does he have a lot of followers? Nice to know that he's so popular that people on the biggest Bitcoin forum aren't even talking about him. Or at least weren't until you came with this thread Cheesy
1 million is too much but people like him think that if it could grow by 600% in a year then it could as well grow by another 600% and another. It's an analogy that can be compared to thinking that if you managed to steal something and get away with it you can keep stealing and nobody will ever catch you.
For how many year here on bitcoin world this is my first time i do heard up this name and his not popular for sure maybe some might able to hear but im sure this dude isnt really popular at all and the fuck with that kind of prediction. This would really need to be pushed by magical unicorn to happen. haha. Those numbers isnt really even realistic at all.
5147  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC to 7k before fork? on: October 23, 2017, 04:07:59 PM
Do you think we can go beyond 7k before hardfork? Smiley
I dont think so that we would able to reach that point since theres a strong resistance on 6k range which we cant really see the price before fork thinking off that we are only few hours away on the event. For now we are just playing on 5900-6k price and after the fork we might see price corrections again just on my own view but yet we should not forget there would be again a fork on upcoming november.
5148  Economy / Economics / Re: Is trading just educated guessing? on: October 22, 2017, 11:03:57 PM
It isnt just educated guessing and yes you can do something other than just guessing. That is use indicators and previous examples of how market went through structures. Knowing this kind of information can help you make

better decisions and therefore make you an educated trader and not somebody who is guessing all the time. There are many sites out there to help you gotta use that google search
You do have a point but somehow trading does really corresponds sometimes on making up a guess knowing that its nature price are way unpredictable on which we would really make use of those indicators and news which would really be applied on our guess which i do agree on the word on an educated guessing which is actually true but if you do know already the trading ideas it wont really be a guessing anymore.
5149  Other / Archival / Re: How can I access my tokens at myetherwallet? (MEW) on: October 22, 2017, 10:39:50 PM
I joined eBTC airdrop and received eBTC coins on my coinomi ethereum address.. how can i transfer these eBTC coins? I checked my coinomi Ethereum address at myetherwallet and confirmed that i recieved eBTC coins airdop.. can you please help me guys?
You tend to sell out those eBTC? Then you can directly logged on Etherdelta since this is only the exchange that do have ebtc tradings which you can directly logged in your eth address and your private keys. You dont need to worry on inputing those keys since Etherdelta is a decentralized exchanges.Since those ebtc are on Coinomi wallet then better to send it on MEW first then to Etherdelta.Just make sure you do have the right amount of eth for gas.
5150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is air drop?? on: October 22, 2017, 08:26:36 PM
im a little confuse of what is airdrop i cant understand how to take a bounty for it .. If you register or Sign up for the form can you earn a coin??
Airdrop is one of the most common way of on distributing new coins which would really gain traction on the very first place just like been said on earlier post which you can actually make money on it once it do hit on exchanges. If your lucky enough to get those coins who are being hyped up later on then it will really possibly give you some decent amounts.
5151  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Straight after the fork, will Bitcoin be dumped hard like the last time? on: October 22, 2017, 02:38:36 PM
I've read a in a lot of threads this will happen and noone contests it, so will bitcoin drop 20% as soon as the gold snapshot is taken?

If so, it's easy money just to dump and buyback no? If everyone think's it will happen, it obviously will since everyone will dump  Huh
Most likely this thing would really happen but thinking off 20% drop is somehow realistic which we would really see corrections on price thinking off that price did somehow hype up because of the upcoming forks but well instead of worrying too much we should think off carefully on when to sell out or on when to buy back. Its just like that and the thing which most people really do.
5152  Economy / Economics / Re: How much money do you have left from your job? on: October 20, 2017, 10:51:50 PM
I want to talk about salaries. How much $ do you have left after paying taxes, rent, and basic expenses (electricity, water)
I get $10 000/y like a fucking slave
My spending basic is $5 000 / year, including food, $2 500 without food
I live in the former SSSR
Another reason to move away

Also they give me these communistic so called "benefits" when you get like prepaid cards for predefined services

https://www.facebook.com/televize.polar/videos/1047399295339540/
I belong to the third world countries so we have only a minimum earners. My net income from my job here is not really enough to cope the needs of my kids. That is why I am searching for a side line job via online and I am happy I have found this forum that help me gain other income.

So far, though I only have a small salary, I am still able to save some money for the future. Maybe it is also because I am still single and my parents are not depending on me since my father is still working. I don't need to give a very big percentage of my salary to them because they want me to save also for my future expenses. But maybe if I'm already married, I can't depend on my salary and even my small business to survive.
I think that's really the main reason why you have the chances of saving even if you are receiving small amount of salary. In my case,i'm just a minimun wage earner and i raise my own family,so i always got financial shortage everytime i receive my salary.I always borrow some amount of money from my friends just to cope up with my family needs. But with bitcoin around,i had already overcome this.I am starting to build my financial security and slowly saving for the future of my family.
We are on the same situation on where back in the past i do really have struggles when it comes on handling my financial since i do only earn sufficient or exact just for our daily needs or living which savings would really rarely be seen but now on the opportunity gave by bitcoin the situation have been changed already which i do really have lots of money  which is more than on the amount i do earn before from my job.
5153  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin - time to buy or sell? on: October 20, 2017, 10:06:16 PM
now is the good time to sell bitcoin, the price has reached $6000.

and then i think it will be back down till end of this month
This indeed the best time to sell your bags as of now specially if you are a short trader but with the upcoming fork then its better to hold up for possible free BTG which would really be a free money but if you dont really care for Bitcoin gold then selling now would really be still be worth which would really ensure profits.I do really expect for price dips later on which you would able to buy back.Rinse and repeat.
5154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Somebody should make a movie about Satoshi on: October 20, 2017, 09:17:35 PM
It could be about the IRS, Federal Reserve, Scotland Yard, MI6 and the FBI searching, investigating and going around the world, trying to track down Satoshi. They come across Craig Wright and other imposters. They find a Satoshi Nakamoto in California and demand that he confesses. It turns out that this is the wrong Satoshi. There are car chases, only to catch criminals mistaken for Satoshi.

At the end of the movie, the investigators are standing around a hotel lobby, tired, frustrated and sharing notes. The superiors are yelling obscenities at the incompetent subordinates. Behind them, we see a man with sunglasses, seated and sipping on cognac. He is surrounded by beautiful women. It looks like a scene out of a Dos Equis commercial of the “world’s most interesting man.” He gets up nonchalantly, walks to the front of the hotel, where a bellhop drives up in a Lamborghini, gets out and hands the keys to the man.

The man turns his head, looks back at the investigators and smirks. He gets in the Lambo and starts the engine. The camera zooms in on the keychain, which has a name tag with the initials “SN”. He drives away with a loud roar.

Fade to black.
This would be a nice script for such movie dedicated for Satoshi which these kind of situation is really happening as of now on where government do really still strive and trying hard to trace satoshi until into these days but i dont know if satoshi would really do such thing to live on a luxurious life but well this is just a movie after all and that would really be bad ass.  Grin
5155  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why some country banned bitcoin? on: October 20, 2017, 08:33:00 PM
why some country banned bitcoin?
is there any problem? i know that bitcoin is international crypto currency. but why some country banned this cryto?
Why they ban it? Bitcoin is a decentralized stuff which means it cant be taxed and also if their citizens would able to know about bitcoin then tendency on hiding their assets on crypto form would possibly happen which they would really have a hard time on tracing up knowing bitcoin is an anonymous stuff too and also they do believe that it can really increase criminality on their place.
5156  Economy / Economics / Re: how can bitcoin help the community? on: October 20, 2017, 08:03:31 PM
Bitcoin is promising currency, but somehow because of it's volatile value. How can bitcoin help the community? especially the 3rd world country.
Nowadays, it’s really hard to find a job to sustained our needs in daily life. But, by the help of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies it gives an oppurtunity to those people who dont have a job and it helps them to sustained their needs and it decrease also the poverty rate specially in 3rd world country.
This is true on which bitcoin does really give the opportunity for us to make money specially to those jobless person just like me back in the past on where i do really have a hard time to find job that would suit my skills thats why i end up on not having a job.I do feel sometimes that i dont have any purpose at all but luckily my friend did introduce to me about bitcoin which it did somehow changed my life compared as before.
5157  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: job and trading together.. on: October 19, 2017, 11:13:52 AM
I think I can earn limited amount of money every month. I want to invest my money in trading. How can I get a good
a good amount profit every month??How I research the market? How to find out the good coin to invest? Thanks in advance ....

Trading (be it forex or crypto) is not a lazy man's adventure. It requires discipline and research. OP, you have to carry out diligent research on your own if you want to make a headway in trading. It is not enough to seek handouts by merely asking around here. And about combining trading with you regular job,b this isn't going to be an easy task. This is because trading requires concentration and focus which a job by the side may derail.
i think its the best decision if you have the ability to do both. but remember that most of trading you should need enough time to get profit. so if you have enough time and good experienced in the trade which you want then it is the best choice to do both works which make you rich in very less time.
This is true but handling both things would really require good time management knowing that each one of them would really need time for you to earn money but there are some people who did already leave their jobs and they focus more on trading because they can compare the outcome and potential income that they can make out of trading which is really possible.Just like mine i do earn more than on the salary of my day stable job but yet i didnt decide to quit it though.
5158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Another hard fork coming in October. New Bitcoin name is "Bitcoin Gold" on: October 19, 2017, 08:52:22 AM
when in october launch Bitcoin Gold were so excited about this...  Grin Grin Grin
I do not exactly know what is going to happen but I am expecting bitcoin to rise up more in the price after bitcoin gold is launched. Some people think that it can be a scam and maybe it will also be like bitcoin cash. What I am focusing is that will people sell out bitcoin for it or not. If there will be selling out, bitcoin will reduce in the price and again take few weeks to gain value.

My thinking is that if there is buying demand (bids) which enable BTC holders to claim this free money, that means BTG is diverting investment away from Bitcoin. Just like any altcoin, really.

I highly doubt this will be like Bitcoin Cash. That launch, rushed as it was, had a lot of hype, working full node/lite node wallets, Bitmain (hashpower), Bitpay and folks like Roger Ver and Craig Wright. It also naturally inherited most of the Bitcoin Unlimited supporters.

Bitcoin Gold has none of that. No wallet available yet, no replay protection ready yet. And worst of all, the developers have announced they will be pre-mining the chain after the fork occurs and before the blockchain is public.
Which means these kind of forks isnt really interesting at all and i do agree on what you have said this fork isnt really like the same on Bitcoin cash on where we do really see the hype when it was still coming but now on Bitcoin gold seems like there no upcoming fork because theres no such buzz regarding on this one or somehow people are anticipating for the November fork instead.
5159  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: can bitcoin wallet be hacked by hackers? on: October 19, 2017, 12:00:15 AM
can they hack into our wallet. There are many professional hackers out there. What are the chances? Also what is the safest way to safeguard ourself?
Yes they can possibly hack your wallet if you do disclose your private keys to them this is why its really important for us to store up our keys as safest as possible because from the word itself private keys. This would really be the access to your wallet. Once its breached and transfered all the funds inside it then you cant do anything about it but cry for your lost coins.
5160  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible for the bitcoin to lose it's value ? on: October 18, 2017, 11:23:54 PM
I don't think so. It's value might decrease depending on the issues that it faces but it's very ridiculous to think that it'll lose it's value except if it is banned on your own country.
In my opinion, there is no way that we can experience this thing to happen that the value of bitcoin is decreasing. We can observe this thing so many times in the coming days that the market price of bitcoin is decreasing but this doesn’t mean actually that it will result in loss pf value of bitcoin. Bitcoin is and will remain the most valuable coin of all the times.
I support you stance that we can and may observe temporary decrease in the value of bitcoin but on the permanent basis, this cannot happen because there is no other currency that can beat bitcoin. All the altcoins are totally dependent on bitcoin for their values, even the most famous altcoins such as eth and eaves are dependent totally on bitcoin for increase and decrease in their prices.
ETH is dependent on bitcoin? I dont think so for which this thing is not actually happening at all.It may somehow do give some effects but not totally because ETH can really stand on his own now unlike when it was just starting but on the thing mention that most altcoins do really depend on bitcoin value which prices are correlated to each other.Bitcoin would really still lose its value if users or community would decide to leave it.
