Soldo Goldo i read a few pages, it's really confusing what is happening with those coins, so atm no support, also as i can see its solo mining only, there are no pools ? lol
1662  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: SRBMiner Cryptonight AMD GPU Miner V1.5.4 on: May 19, 2018, 05:45:49 AM
Why if i'm stop mining and close SRBMiner, all GPU fan's is stopping.
i'm always forgot to check this and i mine other's coin and my GPU overheating because of Fan stopped working

When closing miner it resets the fans back to default settings.That does not mean it stops them and they won't work anymore, just returned to default state.
1663  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: SRBMiner Cryptonight AMD GPU Miner V1.5.4 on: May 19, 2018, 05:42:08 AM
BEWARE the DEV fee will run for HOURS!
Ive been using this for 3days straight noticed my pool showed me offline for 4hrs, checked the miners they were submitting shares and running fine scrolled up to 4hrs before and thats when the dev fee switched. it stated it finished and sent back to my mining work but it didnt. very sneaky.
Check your miners often if you continue to use this sneaky software.

How about you check your pool?

?? what ?? did you read the beginning of my post?
Using only 2 pool entry. both are directed at MRR with failover to another location of MRR. MRR showed offline for 4hrs, offline status occured exactly when dev fee started and my rigs steady submitted shares to an unspecified pool, connection was never reestablished with MRR even after the dev fee showed it was stopped. shares continued to be submitted for 4hrs and then reconnected back to MRR.

Devfee shares are not displayed to the user, so what you saw submitted were not devfee shares.
I don't know what happened there but don't you think if the miner was sneaky then you wouldn't be the only one reporting this?

Nice here! New cryptocurrency with PoW + New Algorithm for defend from ASIC Smiley
I currently mine this with my RIG with SRB Miner

On which pool?

edit :

looks like http://mkt.selvahost.us has updated to the new algo, so it's working ok.
I tried it on mkt.mining-pool.pw, its not working.
1665  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: SRBMiner Cryptonight AMD GPU Miner V1.5.4 on: May 18, 2018, 06:20:38 AM
Hi dok,
I use V7 algo with 4 vega 56
V1.5.4 and V1.5.3 give me 7600h/s, stable
V1.5.2 and previous versions give me 7850h/s, stable
So, I stick to V1.5.2  Wink
Have you got an explanation for that ?

There shouldn't be any differences, those are gremlins working there Cheesy
1666  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: SRBMiner Cryptonight AMD GPU Miner V1.5.4 on: May 18, 2018, 06:15:54 AM
Hmm... impressive. Thanks, guys!
I will come back with a comparison table between SRBMiner and GGS.

Why? I am not hijacking in your thread showing off results from my miner. If someone is interested in your software he will visit your thread.
Or maybe i should go there advertise my miner?
1667  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] MARKETCASH - PoW - CryptoNight - A Virtual Currency for the Real World on: May 17, 2018, 07:31:35 PM
You can also use SRBMiner, it supports the new algo from block 64700 Smiley

Example :

config.txt :

{
"cryptonight_type" : "marketcash",
"intensity" : 0,
"double_threads" : true
}

pools.txt :

{
"pools" :
[
   {"pool" : "mkt.mining-pool.pw:4444", "wallet" : "your-wallet", "password" : "x"}
]
}
1668  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: SRBMiner Cryptonight AMD GPU Miner V1.5.3 on: May 17, 2018, 12:44:34 PM
Doktor, any plans to integrate command functions to the api? Like I want to switch pools etc, control the miner basically.

No, it will stay read only, sorry.
1669  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: SRBMiner Cryptonight AMD GPU Miner V1.5.4 on: May 17, 2018, 12:28:17 PM
V1.5.4
- Added MarketCash algo
- Total hashrate display fixed
- Fixed hashrate display in log
- Fixed watchdog GPU display if using reorder
- Added parameter 'nicehash' in pool config, it forces nicehash protocol if true
- If using '--adldisable', it won't show ADL related options anymore in hash display
- Press 'r' while mining to reload pools
- Added cmd parameters 'cpool, cwallet, cpassword, ctls, cnicehash' so user can define first (and maybe only) pool thru cmd parameters

+ If you are using a proxy->nicehash combination, you can now use parameter 'nicehash' : true in pools config
+ If you need to add a pool on the fly, you can do it now! Add a pool to the pools.txt file then press 'r' in the miner to reload them.
+ If you want to use only one pool, or it's important for you to define a pool thru command line, not in pools.txt, you can do it now. Example:

SRBMiner-CN.exe --config config.txt --cpool pool:port --cwallet yourwallet --cpassword yourpassword

These 3 parameters are enough, you can also use --ctls and --cnicehash if you want to use TLS or force nicehash.

You still need config.txt to set algo and other stuff.
Also you can mix cmd line + pools.txt.

You can also mine Italocoin with SRBMiner Cryptonight AMD GPU Miner
1671  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🐕 [ANN] Wownero - Such privacy! Many coins! Wow! 🐕 on: May 16, 2018, 05:56:04 PM
SRBMiner Cryptonight AMD GPU Miner
Can also be used to mine Wownero!

Example:

Config.txt :

{
"cryptonight_type" : "normalv7",
"intensity" : 0,
"double_threads" : true
}

Pools.txt :

{
"pools" :
[
   {"pool_use_tls" : false, "pool" : "wownero.ingest.cryptoknight.cc:50902", "wallet" : "Wo3MWeKwtA918DU4c69hVSNgejdWFCRCuWjShRY66mJkU2Hv58eygJWDJS1MNa2Ge5M1WjUkGHuLqHk weDxwZZU42d16v94mP", "password" : "x"}
]
}

Hey guys, I have 2 rigs with 5x RX570s each. One works perfectly with SRBMiner. For the other miner, only 4/5 cards work with SRBMiner. The other card gets and error "CL_INVALID_BINARY" at startup when compiling kernel.

What do I do here? I have had the issue card mining ETH and disabled in SRBMiner for now, but I want to move it to SRBMiner ideally. I tried reinstalling drivers, but that didn't work.

gpu model and driver version ? Also srbminer version?

Sapphire Radeon RX 570 ITX 4GB 11266-06-20G

22.19.659.1 AMD drivers - I have 5 other of the same exact RX570 model working perfectly on this driver... Had to use this driver to unlock voltage control in afterburner

SRBMiner V1.5.1

thanks in advance

That error means the created opencl binary isn't valid for that device. Try deleting .srb files in miner directory so it will reacreate the binaries.

Hello,

Can you add MarketCash (MKT) to your miner?
They will fork to their own algo in 2 days.

testnet pool with new algo: testnet.marketcash.io
Source code: https://github.com/MarketCashME/marketcash
Website: https://www.marketcash.io

Thank you!

I will add it in the next release. Thanks for the info Smiley

Doc, I can confirm, that my RX580 cards with 8GB get a Hashrate drop after Pool switch / dev Pool. After start and close GPU-Z while miner is running, the max. Hashrate come back again.

Would be nice to implement the „Magic Function“ to the Miner :-)

Greetings from Germany
Oliver

Hashrate shouldn't drop after devfee mining, because when switching do devfee pool, user pool is not disconnected, it's running in the background, and when devfee finishes it just takes work from user pool and continues hashing. User pool can lower difficulty because user is not sending shares for 1 minute, but i don't believe that should be a reason for the hashrate to drop.

Also it would be nice to know what is gpuz doing Smiley
1675  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: SRBMiner Cryptonight AMD GPU Miner V1.5.3 on: May 13, 2018, 09:08:37 PM
Why has the speed of hashing dropped dramatically in recent versions?

Why lower the default intensity for some cards?

return it as it was)

Default intensity (when left on 0) really was lowered for some cards, because some users reported that the auto intensity is setting them too high values , so their gpu's crashed.
All you have to do now is to set intensity by hand, which i think it's not too hard to do.
1676  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: SRBMiner Cryptonight AMD GPU Miner V1.5.3 on: May 13, 2018, 07:36:01 PM
I think it is wrong gpu numbers in warning message if using gpu reorder. In my case warning say that GPU1 hashing speed is 0, but statistic say that GPU3 speed is 0

eagle eye, thanks for noticing  Grin
1677  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: SRBMiner Cryptonight AMD GPU Miner V1.5.3 on: May 13, 2018, 07:35:36 PM
Another problem I noticed is that there is no "total" hashrate line when disabling a gpu.
This reminded me previous post with its screenshot.

indeed, fix coming in next version Smiley
1678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: SRBMiner Cryptonight AMD GPU Miner V1.5.3 on: May 13, 2018, 03:35:54 PM
If started with Vegas miner does not create cached compiled kernels.
Each start it compiles kernels again. Only zero-sized file with name '687F' is created.

Anyone else got this problem with Vegas ?
1679  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: SRBMiner Cryptonight AMD GPU Miner V1.5.3 on: May 13, 2018, 03:31:42 PM
Interesting, all that gpu-z does (or it should do Cheesy) is to run a few opencl queries, and some monitoring stuff. But who knows.
I tried that suggestion to fire up gpu-z and it should improve hash on 580 8g cards on heavy, but that is not the case here.

Here's an idea for you guys that gpu-z helps: try running --listdevices in a new console window while the miner is running in an other.
So , do a :

SRBMiner-CN.exe --listdevices
This does some opencl queries, maybe some of those that help pumping the hashrate ? Smiley

doktor - can you consider supporting R9 cards for this tool? thanks

No, this is it guys, nothing more to add Smiley
