Who can say - why sometimes speed 1 of cards drops from 31M to 25M untill restarting miner?
Sometimes it is just Windows messing with one GPU (probably the active one, if you have a display or display-emulating "plug" in it). In such cases the hashrate recovers within few minutes. Yes, this is the active GPU with display connected in it. But speed didn't restores in 5 minutes... It's too long. Average speed drops significunt for me. It's need to do something with that. Until that I'll use Claymore miner, in wich no such problem... |

Dual mining not effective allready. All second algos gives too small profit to mine them at all. |

@zawawa theses particular timings are good for 570 hinyx (did not work well on 580 dont know why) , 31 on ethash(dual mining using claymore) and 920 on Monerov7 core 1200 memory 2100 777000000000000022C39C00AC595A3D90550F12B84C8408004006007E0514206A8900A00200312 0100F292F94273116 Hope these help you improve you miner, i got more particular timings, if you have interest i can give you for free, just pm me Looks like that timings are for hynix 4Gb ajr memory. Thats why it didn't work with 8Gb hynix mjr memory. It's different types of memory. |

I tried GGS on my laptop just to see. It only has a 740m and gets 6h/s. I see it getting jobs however never gets any shares and does not show up on my pool. Any idea why? hashes just too slow?

Excuse my bluntness but it also took me lots of time and potential revenue lost in order to figure it all out.
The information in here on the forum. Might not be stable on most cards anyway but it is possible.
I won't detail here as it is not related to this thread/software.

Timings is related to this theme. GGS have timigs settings. And his work depends from timings. You can give us a link, or at least in what theme we must look. Else your words will be just words. No screenshots, no proofs... |

There are timings, in full view, on this very forum for MJR that give 1200h/s on cn heavy at 1244/2125 570 nitro+ 8g. Just keep looking.  This forum is very big. And I can looking for years in search of right info. Maybe you share it to save our time? |

You should be able to reset the fan speed by either the "Restore Stock Settings" button or the "Reset All" button, then. As for power consumption, I forgot to mention that I will update the optimizer so that it would maximize profitability, taking into the cost of electricity into account.
@Zawawa: Take your time, as the toy we have an hand now is fun to play with. A bit tricky at times - but when handeled carefully the results are more than nice ! Congrats ! Testing right now with two nice pieces of sillicon (Quality 81.6% and 77.5%) and so far my own timings seem to work - just needs a tad more to stability  as i get from time to time a ADL_Overdrive5_PowerControl_Set() failed for Device #1 (thats a 580 8G) ... but well .. If I ever support Linux, it will be in the form of an Ubuntu-based Linux distribution for mining.
It should be pretty interesting with the same user-interface and better control over hardware.
Guys, you got to make a lot of money with GGS! I have a ton of ideas to materialize!!
Good idea about Linux distribution... But don't forget that many of us uses computer during mining and many use Windows. Don't put that thought to 1st place, please. |

I have two timings straps, 1 for cryptonight memory clock 1950MHz and 2nd for ethereum on 2200MHz memory clock.
Is there is a way to unite straps into 1, or flash these 2 straps in bios some way that allows to use this straps on they clocks on 1 bios?
I'm tired to reflash bios every time when changes profits from algo.
Um, no and no. It boggles my mind that a user asks me for help with modded BIOS'es when I clearly stated I don't support them... My question folows from current situation. Until GGS didn't optimized for mjr memory I forced to do something else with that hynix mjr memory. And GGS gives the BSOD when I try to use memory timigs even on stock bios, that's "boggles my mind". Last two days ethereum and cryptononight profit jumps. So I forced to reflash bios several times a day... Oh, I see... It's time to implement automatic algorithm switching, then! As for your situation, you just cannot "combine" straps. It just doesn't work that way, and that the whole point of on-the-fly memory timing mods. I am working on something very important right now, but I will get to Hynix as soon as I am done. Thank you! Anyone else having major issues with the new Windows 10 1803 Update? My RX580's Rig has turned into a complete mess. It even tried updating the 18.3.4 Radeon drivers to 18.4.1, but it still is a mess.
what trouble are you having? i can't get a stable rig on this at all. tried different miners and all give different problems - My system is extremly slow. - It takes forever to open AMD Radeon settings. - My Sapphire blue lights on the cards are out. - When running SRBMiner I get all these 'Error CL_MEM_OBJECT_ALLOCATION_FAILURE when calling clEnqueueNDRangeKernel for kernel 0 for DeviceID 0 (Thread 0)' which I never had before. Not enough virtual memory? Fixed that error for me. Well, It is set to 20000 and it was working before and it doesn't explain all the issues I am experiencing. i just found out after waitng forever that one of my RX580's doesn't show the 'Graphics/Compute mode' option in the Radeon Settings. So another issue added to the list. Check crossfire mode on one of cards. If it will be on, then choosing workload mode disabled. |

for pausing a single gpu, i press 1..9, but what if i have more then 10 gpus, and i need to pause #12 ?
