Oh yea a question for all of you, is it possible to do the water diet, and also work a 9-5 job. Or even a banana for one day?

EDIT: I tried 2 days of it but when does all the annoying feeling wear off.

It takes about 3-4 days for me before it becomes easy.  To be able to work, I need just a wee more than water, so if I must work while fasting, I take buttered coffee with coconut oil and almond milk, occasional vegetable juice, and amphetamine if I really need it.

Give a man a fish and he eats for a day.  Give a man a Poisson distribution and he eats at random times independent of one another, at a constant known rate.

uhoh time to buy some moneros

I said I believe their attempt is broken and I don't think they know how to solve it the way I did.

Amazing how people misinterpret what I write. You think just because they made a (what I allege is a broken) attempt that means they can invent what I did. Rather I see that they apparently didn't even realize their mistake, so they aren't even close to figuring out how to invent what I did.

I might be wrong, so I await more replies from them over at Reddit.

Wait how long have you been on Reddit? also there politics page is manipulated it's all Bernie sanders related stuff.

Also I remember you bringing up bitcoin dropping about 150$- 200$ why is this going to happen again?

I need to know because im dicking around on poloniex and losing money bored

If what you're saying is true, what do you stand to gain from Monero wasting time and effort, especially considering your statements about your health limiting your productivity?

If your health won't allow you to write your own code, why not privately disclose your anonymity scheme to the Monero devs (or another project if you don't like Monero) for a smaller amount paid in XMR, and profit from its success?

Your current approach of being unable to program and unwilling to share your insights benefits nobody, including yourself.

EDIT: No need to respond. You answered in another thread.

I don't know if that particular Denver mural was used to signal future events, but other forms of art were used like that too many times. Here's a prime example:

Look into it and you will find thousands of instances like this in the media.

They use media and symbolism to effect the subconscious to make agendas come to life, it's like repetitions materialize into reality, but were doing the work for them.

The other one is spiritual law, universal law that the beings controlling this planet have a contract to give us chances/leeway to figure things out before and ritual is to be performed.

The pyramids are geometrically shaped with phi and most of living life, the golden ratio and fibonacci sequence with zipfs law are a harmonic sequence of life, like how music in a guitar sound naturally good when harmonized together. And apparently martin armstrong's finding algorithm in the stock market.

Most US monuments are based geometrically lah blah blah injmfslkdcxnjkmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I didn't know what to believe or not so I just started reading everything about anything.

Fyi, I just responded over at Reddit and it also addresses Johnny Mnemonic's post (see also my posts in the Ion thread, just click my profile to see my latest posts):

https://www.reddit.com/r/Monero/comments/3oi16k/ring_ct_for_monero_a_work_in_progress_comments/cvzval5

I may have one more post about my health, because something rather crucial became more clear to me as I was researching to make sure the NAC I am taking is not an excitotoxin.

Not sure if you've seen this. Quite prescient John Pilger (great investigative journo) doco regarding the IMF, World Bank & the Phillippines. When we're talking 'behind the curtain' this is the type of thing I can buy into

I actually wanted to tie the following personal health information into Medical Totalitarianism, as I have some examples of that which pertain to the following, but I don't have time to assimilate it all right at this moment (maybe later today or never...)

http://www.gordonresearch.com/inner.cfm?itemCategory=46861 <-- new so please read
http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2004/05/01/glutamine.aspx <-- new so please read
http://www.naturalnews.com/020550_excitotoxins_MSG.html <-- new so please read
http://www.cpnhelp.org
http://www.cpnhelp.org/?q=simple
http://www.davidwheldon.co.uk/ms-treatment.html
http://www.rense.com/general81/aassp.htm
http://www.tahomaclinicblog.com/nutritional-supplements-for-optimum-health-2-0/
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/28675161/Russell_Blaylock_M.D./Microglial_Activation.html (from http://www.russellblaylockmd.com/)

It appears that (although I haven't had a test to confirm such an imbalance but will try to find one) my illness is an inflammatory cascade wherein glutathione becomes too low in the liver and glutathione is required to regulate glutamate/glutamine in the brain which are otherwise excitotoxins which cause nerve death via the calcium pathway. This damage activitates the cytokines and immune system (remember 70% of the immune system resides in the gut) thus causing systemic inflammation (or elevated immune system activity) which stress the gut and any resultant and/or comicotant dysbiosys in the gut can exacerabate or cause the inflammation to become chronic because the production of vitamin K and D reduces which are mediators of calcium and immune system signaling. In short, the chronic inflammation becomes holistically symbiotic. It appears that to restore homeostasis requires raising the level of glutathione, vitamin D, and B vitamins especially B12. As a side-effect apparently the mediation of hydrogen peroxide at the hair folicles causing grey hair is done by catalase which the maintainence of which apparently requires glutathione and perhaps other nutrients such as selenium. Glutathione can be increase by taking Alpha Liponic Acid (ALA) and N-acetyl cysteine (NAC). I do note I had a very fast greying of my beard since I got so ill over the past 2 - 3 years, but that may be just be attributed to my age 50. I am also doing a 8+ week course of triple antibiotics + NAC to be sure I don't have the chlamydia pneumonia bacteria which is found in 97% of Multiple Sclerosis patients and eradicating it has apparently cured some MS patients. The doxcycline is also anti-inflammatory. I am also taking the ALA, coenzymated B-complex, and vitamin D3. So far I have felt excellent on these supplements for the past few days (after I stopped eating wrong foods, see below), except for today I have a slight relapse going on probably because I skipped a night's sleep due to trying to analyze that competing white paper to my anonymity white paper. Also I should note I just recently starting cooking my vegetables in the soup which is pure virgin coconut MILK (not oil). This is the milk squeezed from meat of the coconut to give the byproduct of dessicated coconut (that is a topping on cakes). The milk is so sweet and medium-chain oils that are absorbed directly by the liver from the intensive and to the brain as ketones instead of glucose. Seems to really calm the inflammation. The milk avoids all the excess insoluble fiber from eating the virgin meat that was overloading my gut. About 6 days into my antibiotic treatment (today is day 14), I got a very bad relapse, which I now attribute to eating spaghetti because I see tomatoes have more glutamate than other food by an order-of-magnitude. Also wheat has glutamate. I actually started the antibiotics to correct a horrendous gut condition two weeks ago with water only diarrhea. My best guess of what happened to me since April/May is that I was by doing what I thought was more Paleo diet eating too many omega-6 meats (chicken, beef, and pork) and not carbohydrates (no white rice) and just occassionally vegetables. This apparently sent my inflammation into the stratosphere and was feeling so crap that I decided to try water-only fasting. Apparently fasting can destroy the levels of glutathione so apparently this caused me to go into some horrendous inflammatory cascade in September, thus basically making me bed ridden for most of the month. I can't really even remember September because I was so struggling+fatigue+pain so much, it is a blur in my mind. Just a few days ago I discovered this information on glutathione (http://www.gordonresearch.com/inner.cfm?itemCategory=46861) and started the coconut milk + ALA is just in the past 4 days of which I have felt almost entirely asymptomatic and worked nearly nonstop but overdoing by skipping a night of sleep (which is really bad because it can trigger the inflammatory cascade). I hope I am on track now to work every day normally and sleep normally. Btw my original cascade was likely triggered by habitual gut infections since the 1990s due to eating unsanitary foods in the Philippines, also the MSG (monosodium glutamate) put in all the foods prepared here in Philippines. Also the numerous STDs and respiratory infections transferred to me by my ex and also other females I was involved with over the years in the Philippines. Up until a few years ago when the economy improved significantly, nearly every filipino had a chronic cough to which I was routinely exposed and thus I was often sick. So many factors combined to overstress my body including too many all niters working as a hacker/nerd/programmer. Also add not getting enough sun exposure do to working on the computer thus insufficient vitamin D3 to mediate the cascade. Also passing through middle age.

Quote from: myself from prvt msg
Agreed the most likely outcome on my health is continuing relapses. My first hope is to stop the decline into non-relapsing that seemed to be taking over in August and Sept. My second hope is to diminish relapses. My hope stems around realizing how inflammation cascade implicates the synergistic illness between glutamate in the brain, inflammation, and gut dysbiosys (leaky gut). Those cause each other to worsen in the way I described in my length summary today.

Quote from: myself from prvt msg
I was sleeping for several hours today because I felt a relapse coming on due to skipping a night of sleep and then only 6 hours sleep last night while trying to analyze Shen's replies and his 4 versions of his white paper. I am awake now and will return to my other location and do the math there. I feel okay as if the additional sleep removed the relapse (let's see later today and if I sleep well tonight, it is 3pm now). Hopefully you've seen the post I made about my health in the Economic Totalitarianism thread today. The ALA and NAC and coconut milk seem to very anti-inflammatory and appear to help me recover more when I sleep rather than going insomniac broken sleep with chronic fatigue. I do believe my health issue is chronic inflammation which then makes it is impossible to recover with sleep. These high sulfur anti-oxidants I recently started taking are supposed to raise glutathione levels as well as being protective against even influenza infections (such as the next potential pandemic H5N8 or H1N1 or other rotavirus) and also defeating the EB dormancy life cycle mode of the chlamydia pneumonia bacteria that 97% of Multiple Sclerosis patients tested positive for in one study. I need to also add magnesium according to Dr. Blaylock.

...

I feel I am on a roll. I hope I have my health sort of figured out. If it can just moderate a bit to weekly relapses that are not too severe, then I will be able to do a lot of productive work and can complete the project. If relapses worsen into non-remitting inflammation and fatigue which was what happened in Aug & Sept (which I posit was result of abusing Paleo theory eating too much Omega-6 meats mono-diet then attempting to counteract that by water only fasting dropping from 75 kilos to 55-58 kilos which I read can worsen glutathione levels in the liver), then I might be unable to sustain enough momentum in coding to work and in that case my life is done (because I am also bankrupt).  I'll be reviewing all the input from others on my health. And seeing if any diagnostic tests are available here:

http://www.lifeextension.com/vitamins-supplements/ItemLC007700/Glutathione-Blood-Test

I really need an oxidative stress test:

https://www.gdx.net/product/oxidative-stress-analysis-2-test-blood
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oxidative_stress
http://www.brunswicklabs.com/oxidative-stress-analysis

I was also told there is a doctor here in Davao that treats my sort of condition with antibiotics as she feels it is an accumulation of fatty acids in the liver. Some claim she has successfully cured some individuals.

P.S. my health is not going well. I am pretty much giving on trying any therapies (because nothing works and I've tried "everything") until and if ever I can afford the best research specialists doing diagnostics on me. So don't expect too much from me. But I am still trying. I did run 9 kilometers in the past 2 days but today was a total Chronic Fatigue day bed ridden.

That was kinda stupid. If you're suffering from any type of chronic fatigue you definitely don't want to be doing anaerobic exercise - you'll be burning precious amounts of protein and the physiological response will leave you exhausted for days. Plus, all the while you're ill, your anaerobic threshold is likely to be much lower than the standard model. So while daily exercise is critical, anything over ~110bpm is a no-no, at least for the first six weeks. Then you can start to build it up.

Anonymint is most likely suffering from some kind of fungal mycotoxicosis. Or in layman's terms: mold poisoning.

It's curable with a bile acid sequestrant such as cholestyramine in conjunction with high-dose omega 3 and an amylose-free diet.

He'd first need to rule out Lyme Disease though. Blood tests would confirm.

I will look into this and which diagnostic tests or diagnostic therapies can be tried. If this turns out to be the case, we can discuss a thank you remuneration privately.

Here is the post I made today about my health. Apologies to steer the thread on my personal issue. Will be doing the math on Shen's paper shortly (was catching up on sleep).

...I am terribly sleepless (36 hours awake)....

So lets be cruel to be kind.

Get some fucking sleep.

Ross, J.J. (1965). Neurological findings after prolonged sleep deprivation. Archives of Neurology, 12(4), 399-403.

You're no bloody good to crypto if you're dead because you keep yourself awake, because you feel the need to make a point, win a point or win over some funding. You'd be more effective, in this regard, after getting some zzz's.

Trip the power switch.

Absolutely. I relapsed probably because of that marathon session. See the link I posted above.

"Medical Totalitarianism", hmm, might be a good topic.

At least for now, Americans who have some money can go overseas to get treatment ("Medical Tourism").  I have read here and there that Thailand, India and Brazil (among others) have pretty nice hospitals where Americans (and Brits too, probably others) get very good treatment (friendly, etc.) at a relatively low cost.  This would even include things like heart surgery.

(I would not know about how other countries stack up re complex digestion-systems problems)

We are considering getting "minor medical work" done in Peru when ObamaCare gets too oppressive...  We'll just pay the minimum for lousy insurance, and get certain things done down there.

Mind control (or to put it better, mind-mapping and reproduction of specific behaviors) has been around for about half a decade now. The most significant thing that has to offer is the ability of disabled people to be able to control robotic arms/legs etc with their mind.

Link: http://www.technologyreview.com/featuredstory/528141/the-thought-experiment/

Neuron recording, though, has been around since the early 90s. Back then I was attending a class that (with the technology of the time) a professor of mine had managed to record the moves of his hand while writing on a piece of paper. Back then we absolutely had not even a glimpse what was about to follow.

The ability of altering a specific way of thinking, opposes to my "free will" beliefs; but on the other hand opens new horizons on remote learning or "implanting" knowledge inside a man's brains, in order to eliminate erratic behaviors like homophobia, nationalism or hostility against others.

Food for thought: Even if a murderer is successfully subjected to such a "therapy", is that making him a better person?

Chaos could be a form of intelligence we cannot yet understand its complexity.

The free market posibilities for these techniques I have no problems with.

I am more bothered by what the establishment would do with them as we slide further down the slippery slope of totalitarianism.

Now the government has claimed ownership of your children and constantly floats the ideas of "De-radicalization" programs (in certain countries)

Also call me old fashioned but I much prefer punishment over rehabilitating certain people  Cool

Forced medication is very evil. I did not become a fan of it when I was there (even though most are said to accept the procedure afterwards). Perhaps the reason is that I was political, and not an actual nutcase. Prison-like institutions throughout history (see even Bible) have the inner subdivision to criminals and political prisoners, although criminals started to be storaged in larger quantities only starting about 100 years ago. Politicals have always been quarantined, since the legitimacy in the eyes of the public (to just kill the political prisoners like convicted criminals), is often not there.

Nevertheless, fear not him who can destroy the body (Satan, and government by extension). Fear him who can throw both body and soul to hell for eternity (God).

Even if they force feed me or some of us such that he never regains the clarity (I have heard that Armstrong was chemically mind-altered to be the man he now is, from being much more like what I currently am, before his 7 year prison term), it is good to understand no permanent damage is done. Human body is a receiver, tuned to express the soul (information "in the cloud" in modern terms). If someone is under such treatment that his body and/or soul (the receiver, the human part "soul") don't work, it is just the same that your browser is so infested with malware that it hardly works (which does not mean that the Internet disappears although it temporarily becomes difficult to use). Even death is just a crash of your computer, when it is restarted, everything works again.

So fear not, little flock.

Remember what ever power you ascribe to the government by enacted law or by omission from law (e.g. Constitutional boundaries), can and will eventually be used against you.

I urge that personal health remain personal liberty even for convicted criminals.

This thread is actually in honor of CoinCube (who started the very popular "Economic Devastation" thread).

Smiley

But, that thread wanders into difficult philosophical terrain, and I am interested in hearing opinions (practical!) re what we can do about "Economic Totalitarianism":

1) The new War on CA$H (Zero Hedge is covering this tpoic pretty well)

2) ZIRP/NIRP

3) Whether any of our apparently worthless Prez candidates have any decent ideas to save our financial butts.  And who is worse (the worst).

4a) Ideas that EACH of us might be able to do to defend ourselves from abusive .gov trying to take ever-more of our hard-earned money...

4b) Where assets like BTC, "alts", physical gold, foreign real estate, "Plan B", etc. may fit in...

Ideas anyone?

I´m too old to learn to program, nor interested (in this thread) in obscure discussions of Marxism, "idiots", personal attacks, etc.

I want practical ideaz and resultz, fishez!

I think an economy based on totalitarianism would do a country well.  There would be less crime this way since there is only one rule to follow, the rule of the government.

A  country whose economy is based wholly on totalitarianism means the citizens are stripped of their freedom.  The government will have full control of the lives of its citizens.

A country whose economy is based on totalitarianism would not create harmony among the people.  Soon the citizens of that country will wage a war against its own government for taking over every aspect of their lives.

s

Medical Totalitarianism starts with poisoning the population with low quality processed food, saturated fat, corn syrup (which is virtually in all processed food), sugar and hydrogenated oils. The sockpuppets of large food corporations are in the FDA and European food agencies to make sure the market hegemony of processed food (and of course its manufacturers). In the meantime obesity, diabetes and heart diseases, the direct result of such food is at record high level and it is getting higher and higher. And then, as the solution, large pharmaceuticals (who by the way control the health care agencies, government departments and medical science and research) provide the medicine for health services, for instance in the UK in the scale of tenths of billions of GBP. To cure obesity, diabetes. high cholesterol and heart diseases. Everyone is happy. The food companies make so much money by selling the crap, the pharmaceuticals even make more by sorting out the problems caused by the processed food. And slowly the obese, unhealthy population will be the new norm in the UK for instance.

For many reasons, mainly they are ideological reasons as well as that the bolshevik criminals took all my family's wealth a very long time ago, I could never support with my vote a socialist program, but I am getting fed up from this so called free market as well. How the food corporations and pharmaceuticals captured the free market, control government departments and poison the population have nothing to do with free market capitalism. In fact they are not different at all from the bolshevik totalitarian revolutionists and Marxist criminals.
