There is going to be one FINAL major change coming soon that will affect all four coins

I think you could well be right for once, i though the teeth idea was good, i recall i backed it, now though you got no chance, now the dust has settled, no one but you has made money on the merge, selling other coins for $100 and posting private keys in the mail to users, and your going to destroy that value

at the time of the teeth trade the 2 coins that merged had a combined cap of what was it $500,000 PLUS today its worth nothing

So now you want to merge your other coins together, destroying more market caps, every single community member has been well and truly shafted by all of this, there the looses here your the winner

We sat holding the bag why your charging cold hard cash for your bucks and other coins.

You should expect a massive revolt over this, anyone who has money in your coins, just got screwed

+1

I am one of the unhappy ones as well, and wish I'd not bought cloudstaking, much less bucks or more teeth.
I think the people here have been manipulated.
I hope most for the last time.

There are some good people here, and I feel for everyone who is getting screwed on this deal.
Screw me once...

I know there are plenty of cheerleaders who rode the latest staking waves with playing the amounts just right, but you can be sure that just as many people will quietly slip away and be done with coins made and staked with the Gorilla name.
This is a sad thing, but it is what it is.

Good luck to all of the coin believers. I for one am going to go back to looking for a good investment to play with, and it won't be one I need to be concerned with something changing all the time.

People really should read this thread. You will see people ask if there will be changes to mmx, they are told no, and then there are planned changes within a few days.

Take it easy people. Good luck on the next one, and the one after that, and the one after that. Maybe there will be a few people left to scam money from, but not this guy. Reservebalance and dump for whatever then moving on.

Transaction fees go to the pools and the pools decide to pay them to the miners. Anything else, including off-chain solutions are stealing and not the way Bitcoin was intended to function.
Make the block size set by the pool. Pool = miners and they get the choice.

If your coins are on any exchange and not in your local wallet, they will be lost forever. If they are in a wallet you fully control, just continue staking as normal until it's time to send me the info I will need

Can coins be in my wallet and gorilla stake? Or I must send it to myself to new address?

still not working... wow, what am i doing wrong?

What is your conf named, including file extension?
teeth.conf
so, im just stumped.... should i try saving wallet.dat and wiping everything else out and starting from scratch? i dont think it will make a difference but i must be doing something stupid and the easiest thing is start from the begining i guess...

Make sure ports are not blocked

Here are some more nodes

Shit, idk what is going on. i've tried starting from scratch and still no connections. no idea. its not a firewall issue.

Is it case sensitive? Try renaming to TEETH.conf that's what mine is called

Yes I did the same as you said and it's done khornate

I have a question regarding the upcoming swap: Lets say someone has $200 worth of gorillabucks, and have no other spots coins. Will this wallet lose 75% of its value after the swap because this person did not own any vary, or teeth or mmxiv?

I promise to be cool. I just wanted to make sure everyone understood what to expect.

vegas

I want to make sure everyone knows that I just released my software called "Yobit pump alert". THis is custom software that uses an algo to detect the start of a pump here on yobit, the second it starts. YOu can even filter the coins you see by price. Most pumps start less than 100 sats , so you can easily filter the cheap coins, so they are the only ones displayed Smiley https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1945937.msg20241953#msg20241953

edit: its not a case sensitive issue.

If anyone wants to pickup 3 staking contracts for life, 4500 MMX, 150ish teeth and 200ish bucks let me know.
I do not think anyone will be interested, but may as well throw it out there.
Seems to me most are dumping but hey, you can always do what some did right before the last swap and stock up! So yeah, buy these and stock up now!
IF you plan to hold through another clusterfuck of a swap you may as well pull together anything possible.

Transaction fees go to the pools and the pools decide to pay them to the miners. Anything else, including off-chain solutions are stealing and not the way Bitcoin was intended to function.

VARY is NOT merge minable. There is NO auxpow in the src. Why did you say this?

Is VARY supposed to be merge minable or not?

Added mining pools and a bit more information..

Quote

.......

This brings us to Variance. If this staking system works well, the plan is to bring it over to GorillaBucks. The only difference is that we will leave mining active on this one until Block 8 million. This coin is merge minable with BTC and we will work with pools to get this set up later on

The way stake rewards are calculated are dramatically different in Variance. For this reason, we need to ensure the network gets to block 100,000 as quickly as possible for system scaling tests. The most efficient way to achieve this is to keep difficulty low for the first 100,000 blocks. Everyone will have a fair shot at the initial rush, but I would very highly suggest against renting rigs. Mining pools will most likely not be able to keep up with the rush of blocks being found prior to block 100,000. After 100k, it will start moving to more manageable, long term levels. Variance also comes out of the box ready to be merge mined with Bitcoin, PPC, and any other SHA coins that are set up to be auxiliary chains. With Proof of Work active until Block 8 million, this will be a feature I actively pursue making use of

......

Coin Specs
  • SHA 256/Merged Ok
  • Four Minute Blocks
  • 1 VARY per PoW Block
  • 1 Hour Deposit -> Stake Eligible
  • 8 Hours Mine/Mint -> Full Confirm
  • No Yearly Stake Rate
  • Scaling Stake Rewards
    • Small rewards scaled up
    • Large rewards scaled down

.....

ZPOOL - the miners multipool! Support We pay 10 FLUX Parallel Assets (PA) directly to block rewards! Get paid more and faster. No PA fee's or waiting around for them, paid instantly on every block found!
