I believe that Leverkusen's management should not have pressured Erik Ten Hag to win the title, they know very well that it would be a difficult task because even with Xabi they were unable to win the title last season, so in my opinion Erik Ten Hag's task is much simpler: finish in second or third place and manage to get as far as they can in the European Champions League and try to win some German Cup.

Burnley is different from Bayern Munich and as such, he will still struggle as a manager if he had managed a team like Wolfsburg in the Bundesliga as you have said. He did better since he had a better team and a better management. Good management results to good play from the team and that is what happened when he took over the charge of Bayern Munich.

For a manager like him that was just starting out, he needed the job to show what he got even if the management can’t provide all of his needs, so his best form wouldn’t be really known managing a smaller team with no good welfarism. Now that he is coaching Bayern Munich, he has everything to show how good he is and that is why he is excelling here now. Giving him another team with no good welfarism will still make him to end up not been the best of manager in the competition once again.

He should be able to learn from the past, learn from his bad failures.

Yes, I agree with you that if it was Wolfsburg or any average team that Kompany is coaching, and not Bayern Munich, it is very clear that he would definitely struggle and not have a chance of winning the Bundesliga in his first season and even few season to come. This is because Bayern Munich has a different quality of players compared to teams like Wolfsburg and others average teams.

Kompany is a good coach, and nobody can deny that. He has good records before starting to coach Bayern Munich. He was able to promote Burnley from championship to premier despite being the coach who still relegated them. However, the reason why Burnley was relegated was that they didn’t have great players who could withstand the Premier League level of performance. If Burnley had given Kompany money to spend, they could have had a better squad to compete in the Premier League.One of the reasons why Kompany easily won the Bundesliga is because Bayern Munich is already a big club, and that comes with a deep squad of quality players.

Bayer Leverkusen and Manchester United are completely different places with now it's surely challenging time for Erik ten Hag because Bayer Leverkusen is currently had better situation then Manchester United, and he can bring better results as well.

I agree with your view about all point here it's never been easy to manage teams those are having no good sources specially like mentioned Wolfsburg because they are not capable of doing like Bayern Munich, or they are not having depth like Bayern Munich.

Vincent Kompany still can go down if he fails to keep things on balance and Bayern Munich not able to secure wins because he needs to keep eye on always with having good coordination between players and also another important thing needs to be had suitable replacements which give them good performance in case of injuries because many clubs struggle just because of this. Few coaches had good start of their career which surely can help them but still time can keep changing so they needed to have changes into their strategy which allow their players for having better performance.

Let's just wait and see how his debut with Bayer Leverkusen is, whether ETH is able to maintain and improve Leverkusen's existence so that it is always able to compete at the top of the Bundesliga, or vice versa. Of course, Ten Hag accepted this job ready to accept the consequences and he coached Leverkusen to prove that he is still worthy of being a coach. The way this ten hag Leverkusen managed Manchester United, if they manage Leverkusen in the same way, then it won't take long for Leverkusen to go through bad times. I also heard that they are bidding for Gabriel Martinelli of Arsenal, they are calm for now because their top target Nico Williams is yet to be sold despite the fact that the player still wants Barcelona as his first choice and negotiations are already going on between both parties; once they have a final say, then I think Bayern Munich will make move for Martinelli which can be sold if Arsenal also get Rodrigo from Real Madrid.

Arsenal have Martinelli and Trossard as players available on the left wing. If they don't plan to make a big LW signing then I don't think they would let Martinelli go. Trossard is also getting old you know.

Rodrygo? As far as I have heard, Xabi Alonso wants to give him a place in his lineup. That's why he must have decided to stay.

On top of that they have enough good players that can fill out the role as an Striker , Kane makes her a good thing.

Kane is one of their main goal sources. If he picks up a serious injury, they are likely to have more problems in my opinion.    Yeah they can use some other player temporarily but I doubt it would have the same effect on the team.
