They cost $25 new if you bought direct from the manufacturer; the majority of purchases were through a reseller.
Try emailing ASICPuppy service or PM forum user CrazyGuy. Maybe he already sold out of the whole box he just received, or maybe he hasn't updated the listing.

Hi, I do have a big problem getting the bitshoper GekkoScience compact running on either bfgminer or cgmier. OS is Windows 8.1 64 bit, so I can not use the windows32 binaries novak provided. They just crash :-) Please help me out here, as I am out of options. So I try cgminer: cgminer Version 64 bit 4.92 cgminer -o stratum+tcp://uk1.ghash.io:3333 -u myuser.GSC --au3-freq 120 result is: [2016-09-01 11:58:43] Started cgminer 4.9.2 [2016-09-01 11:58:45] No devices detected! [2016-09-01 11:58:45] Waiting for USB hotplug devices or press q to quit However hitting any key has no effect. Bfgminer Bfgminer version 5.4.2 bfgminer -o stratum+tcp://stratum.mining.eligius.st:3334 -O 1BURGERAXHH6Yi6LRybRJK7ybEm5m5HwTr --set compac:clock=x0b83 (pasted exactly the string the novak provided) [2016-09-01 12:09:31] Waiting for devices; press 'M+' to add, or 'Q' to quit However I can not hit any key. It has no effect. Zadig Driver is properly installed and device is in device manager shown as: Compac BM1384 Bitcoin MinerAny ideas?

Great answer ! Also, bfgminer doesn't need zadig drivers, only cgminer does

Also I wonder if the reason the Win32 cgminer-gekko crashes is the missing zlib.dll

Hi, yes I did. Exact same message. The stick shows its green light. Thats it. After a while cgminer crashes/vanishes. No output in cmd to see. Any idea what could be wrong? Any logfiles I could provide? About that zlib.dll. Take it from where and copy it into the cgminer win32 folder? I am willing to try anything. Of course. Thankful for any help! BR

Take it from any stock cgminer Win32 archive and copy it into the cgminer-gekko folder.

Hi, I figured that thanks to your answers! Thank you guys. Actually it was zlib1.dll like on page 17 & 18 in this thread pointed out. Yeah I did read all of this. I copied it into the cgminer win32 gekko editon folder and was rewarded with a found usb miner. Now I need to route my traffic to my wifi as this is the only way to bypass the firewall. So I did: route add 5.254.104.88 MASK 255.255.255.255 YOURGATEWAY METRIC 1 route add 5.254.105.221 MASK 255.255.255.255 YOURGATEWAY METRIC 1 route add 5.254.126.24 MASK 255.255.255.255 YOURGATEWAY METRIC 1 route add 5.254.104.87 MASK 255.255.255.255 YOURGATEWAY METRIC 1
which looked fine. But it is not. Somehow it will not start mining. Am I missing some ports, wrong command line? Any other reason for why no data is received??? cgminer -o stratum+tcp://uk1.ghash.io:3333 -u MyUser.GSC -p YourPasswordHere --compac-freq 120 cgminer version 4.9.2 - Started: [2016-09-01 16:35:32.182] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (5s):0.000 (1m):0.000 (5m):0.000 (15m):0.000 (avg):0.000h/s A:0 R:0 HW:0 WU:0.0/m Connected to uk1.ghash.io diff 150 with stratum as user myuser.GSC Block: 4f433b18... Can't help you there, don't use wifi or Windows firewall or whichever you got there. Glad the cgminer-gekko is working though.
But judging from the screengrab it looks like you're connected to the pool alright, but the stick isn't hashing. Did the LED flash white at all? Try unplug and replug while cgminer is running.

Aaaaaand this did the trick. Unplugging + Plugging. It is hashing. Just to let you guys now: If you want to keep these routes after a reboot you need to ad them via: route add -p 5.254.104.88 MASK 255.255.255.255 YOURGATEWAY METRIC 1 Now the only problem left is that cgminer crashes every time I tell it to write his config.conf. Yes, it is an elevated command prompt. Yes the directory is writable. This happens every time. Anyone facing the same issues?

Everyone using cgminer-gekko faces that issue. It's a bug known since about a hundred pages ago that was never fixed.

ASICPuppy.com has stock
It seems that ASICPuppy does not know that I have stock, just updated the listing. Also, I've been shipping out units to my customers with a support document that includes a link to my compilation of Cgminer-Gekko along with the missing dependencies, zadig, zadic command line tools, and a batch script which registers the win-usb driver for compac without ever having to use the zadig interface.(Just plug in your miner and run "InstallWinUSBDriver.bat") For those interested, the document and binaries are available for download here: http://bit.ly/compac-drivers

Sorry for the bad english and the dump questions, but I need to understand this data: I'm using a GekkoScience Compac BM1384 Stickminer and I'm getting this information: 24.54 / 24.11 / 10.76 Gh/s https://cloud.githubusercontent.com/assets/4379316/18424752/9b0850e4-7880-11e6-8b7a-8c491e1da482.pngI read the README file but I can't understand the meaning of "20 second exponentially decaying average hash rate". Does this means that I can run up to 24.54 Gh/s but I'm running 10.76 Gh/s? Or Does this means that I'm actually running to 24.54 Gh/s but, for some reason, my pool is accepting less than a half? And my second doubt is about the income info, which its says "I: 509 nBTC/hr": Does this mean that if I use my device to run solo mining I can get 509 nBTC (0.000000509 BTC) every hour? Or Does this means something else? Thanks in advance for your answers.

Several people asked me the last days if and when I will restock: EU Version (bitshopper.de manufactured) of GekkoScience BM1384 Compac US stick miners officially sold out. Additional production batches not planned due to unavailability of ASICs from Bitmain.

But if you sell the hub and PSU, what are you gonna do when a newer better stick comes out?

I still have two 19 port hubs with better psu's so I am set for the newer sticks.
