my trezor is stucked:
Loading
TREZOR Wallet is starting
after wipe device it works good some times, but after few hours it is still the same situation.
what is the solution does anyone know?

I already faced this problem two times. In the first, I had to run the browser into incognito mode and disable plugins (e.g NoScript) which make sense and in the second time which happened recently, I was using Tor and apparently that was blocking me even though I filled a captcha before connecting to the wallet. I just didn't understand, what is the solution? just another browser? |

just another browser?
1. If you are using a Proxy/VPN or Tor browser, disable them. 2. Disable plugins that may prevent you from accessing the page such as NoScript. Clear cache, browser history etc. (or run in Incognito mode) 3. If you're using Trezor bridge (and not chrome extension), try to reinstall it. If none of the above works, try to contact the support team. |

I am trying to buy Trezor. the first time is my mistake because I send bitcoin without adding an amount to a fee. Now i try with my MasterCard, but GoPay has not yet been processed my payments. Even if i receive payment ID from shop.trezor.io on email
Is it everything okay with trezor shop?

Sooo I heard the lightning network is finally a real thing. Any plans to integrate wallet.trezor.io with the lightning network in some way?

The CTO a couple of days ago in Reddit: It might make sense to fund a Lightning channel directly from TREZOR using our webwallet. Or you could use TREZOR to receive payments using Lightning if there is some kind of proxy in our web wallet.
it does not make big sense to maintain the channel from TREZOR as Lightning requires the channel parties to be always online and TREZOR is a cold storage.
We are big fans of Lightning and we are looking at all of the options right now.
so for now, I expect bech32 addresses and probably Monero soon according to a statement by the CTO too. |

I have pre-ordered new T model from one of sellers, It says shipment would be in March.
Do you guys know anyone who needed to return their first Gen model due to malfunction?
This new model could be more prone to problems due to touch screen.
In case of problem how secure is to reset device to factory settings and send it back to store?
I quess that should be 100% secure because device doesn't have any flash memory to store something on it or am I wrong?
