I have 2 incoming transactions to my Trezor but they doesn't show up.
Both confirmed, the first is one day old the second is two.
Any ideas where is the problem?
Both transactions are confirmed on the blockchain? What wallet are you using your Trezor with, the online myTrezor.com? Yes, Both are confirmed many times. I'm using myTrezor. The strange thing is that I've sent a small ammount to the same address where the 2 transactions are missing and this small ammount is showing up. Weird... Trezor seems to be having a problem with the BitsOfProof backend, I am getting a service down message when I try to access myTrezor.com. This has happened before they should fix shortly, I would not worry about your bitcoin if the transaction is showing in blockchain.info it will show up in your myTrezor.com wallet when the issue is fixed. I've just synced my Trezor with Multibit and all transactions had shown up. You're right, something is wrong with the backend. Thanks for the reply.

The trezor is compatible with several altcoins, such as litecoin, namecoin and dogecoin. Can these coins be stored on the device with btc simultaneously?
How does the recovery process work for the altcoins? Do you also get a 24 word seed for those keys?
Trezor follows BIP 44 which defines (along with BIP32) the key derivations: m / 44' / coin_type' / account' / change / address_index SatoshiLabs maintains a list of "Coin type" here. Even if Trezor only supports 6 of them. Your 24 seed words will create the Master Private Key. That key will in return create child Private Keys for each coins (Bitcoin=0, Litecoin=2, Dogecoin=3, Dash=5). Then the accounts private keys, etc, and so on down the line. In conclusion, yes, the seed words are all you need to recover all your coins on the same Trezor. Thanks for the clear and extensive answer, this is exactly what I needed to know. Ordered my Trezor and hope to get it in use as soon as possible! Everything about it seems very solid and safe.

I just tried to install the new update to the bridge on my PC laptop and it is giving me some weird error. Anyone else having this issue?
Does the internet browser need to be shut down prior to installation?

No issues here. Are you using Chrome? I noticed the myTrezor.com site had updated but was not asked to update the Trezor Chrome extension.

Not the chrome extension...the Trezor bridge...wait that's not the same thing is it? Also..1 more question (probably a dumb one), the dropbox extension doesn't sacrifice any security does it?

I don't think so. Trezor says "All user-added information is fully encrypted by a key derived from TREZOR device before being uploaded to the Dropbox folder, effectively preventing data leaks or misuse." I thought the bridge was only for Firefox and Safari?

The Bitcoin Report interviewed me about TREZOR, it may be interesting for people new to bitcoin or not familiar much with Trezor or the concept of a hardware wallet. I'm explaining the basics of Trezor security and mentioning new developments & plans for the future, e.g. TREZOR Password Manager. https://youtu.be/YbrBJbBQR0k

Yes, the recovery seed is HD wallet seed, so it generates all possible private keys. The HD seed format is documented and there are offline tools how to extract private keys from it even without TREZOR.

Also what happens if Satoshi labs goes out of business and the web page goes down? Trezor works with Electrum and Mycellium wallets so it does not need the MyTrezor website to work.

Of course. The recovery seed is a representation of the master private key from which all subsequent new addresses /keys are generated. This is the main advantage of a hierarchical deterministic wallet - whenever you reconstruct the wallet from a backup, you get the same tree structure of private keys.. Also what happens if Satoshi labs goes out of business and the web page goes down?
