Thank you frostminer and I have some good news! We were able to recover the affected user's coins by re-syncing the C-Cex wallet. The C-Cex user's case has been closed with the absolute best possible results.

During this time we also upgraded C-Cex to version 1.1.2 which is unrelated to the issue but, it was nice to take this window of opportunity to bring C-Cex up to the latest version of EverGreenCoin.

I have not heard of this exchange myself but, I see no reason why not. We certainly can try. Of course, it will be their decision ultimately.

Please do some research before using EGC on small exchanges. There are really much scam exchanges. If this is not I am sorry. Just wanted to say this
I think if more people see what EGC can do the exchanges will come to us to add EGC and not the other way.

Gotta agree to that. Don't go for unknown small exchanges. Bittrex is a good place to be and maybe Poloniex in the future imo.
It would also be a good move to look into BitSquare and see if EGC can be added there.
It's a decentralized currency exchange that will have its beta launch on April 27 and I have high expectations of it.

I regret having to inform the community that the launch of the strato balloon must be postponed for unfavorable wind conditions. The balloon cannot be launched in high winds and high winds have been predicted.

The launch is being moved to May 4th or 5th, weather and wind conditions permitting. This is not a cancellation and is only a delay. The backup dates were previously scheduled for just this reason and thus no scheduling conflict will arise.

The important thing here is safety. We can not send the balloon up and, in my friend Gabi's words, "have it blow into the next country." Gabi will post with a further video explanation as soon as he finishes the English subtitles on the video. I did want to let the community know as soon as possible, that is why I am posting now prior to completion of Gabi's video explanation. One can only imagine his disappointment as he has worked very diligently on this aspiration and dream of his but again, it is not canceled and only delayed.

The only thing these unfavorable wind conditions will effect is the launch date. All other previously mentioned aspects of the project are proceeding as planned. Only on a different day.
