I purchased a pool for my coin (GreenCoin GRE) and it was added to p00l.org. The operator then ran away with the bounty, and now his domain redirects to this website.
The user also hasn't been online since - Please let me know why it would point here? I'm still upset about losing that BTC (it was 0.1).
We unfortunately don't know anything about GreenCoin. I am guessing that the operator of GreenCoin has put up some kind of BVC referral link in the hopes of earning some money from people that still visit this domain.

Yeah so the other night i was losing naturally, until i noticed a guy keep hitting like 5 wilds in a row time after time. So i click the tab for RARE wins:

That all occurs in 20 minutes. shady as hell in my opinion
This user is not repeatedly winning 5 WILDs. It's just that his user name happens to be JACKPOTG. You can verify this is true since the payouts do not reflect winning 5 WILDs. In the text you have pasted, the last number shown in each line is the payout. He's playing 20 lines @ 0.0001 BTC, which means that a jackpot must pay out at least 1 BTC. However, in most of these games he's winning significantly less. This is just a normal guy, winning and losing games just like everyone else. I'm sorry it took a while to see this post. It somehow slipped through the cracks... We never got any email from you... Did you send it to admin@bitcoinvideocasino.com, or somewhere else? If there's some trouble with our email server or contact-us dialog box, please let me know so I can take a closer look.

"Internal Server Error"
Could an administrator please explain why for the past couple of weeks when playing "Video Poker" during the double part of the game, the game freezes up with a pop up that says "internal server error" and then another that says "this double game has already been played". The only way to clear the error is to refresh the page and then in many cases the player then loses the win they just got on the double play. The ironic thing is that this error only happens when you win on the double play, if you lose the program runs fine onto the next hand. I have also noticed that in some instances the errors don't start right away, you may get 5 or 10 min of continuous play but then the errors begin and it happens on every winning double play. This is very frustrating.

Internal Server Error
I just read back on the posts to see if anyone besides me had experienced similar problems with the pop up errors on video poker and I noticed that their was an apparent software update on July 18th that corrected an issue with the server seed being displayed, it was around the same time that the errors began, somebody in support may want to investigate this further as it appears that this update may have been the culprit that has resulted in these errors. Thanks,

Thanks,
I am extremely sorry about the recent bug in double down games. This was personally my fault and I take full responsibility for this. You are absolutely correct that it was the software update on July 18 which caused double down games to behave erratically. The code would send an incorrect server seed to play the game after double-down was finished, which could get things out of sync. The issue seems to have affected users that played auto-play and had double down enabled. We unfortunately first noticed the issue yesterday. However, we immediately fixed the problem as soon as we noticed it, so it should no longer be happening. I just double checked by playing some double down games in autoplay and it works fine. If you are still getting this error, please let me know and I will take a closer look. Again, I'm very sorry about the inconvenience.

I guess, im probably just frustrated because I gamble to much and have to blame someone else, so the obvious choice is the site for being "unfair" I have been playing on this site for long time and it's fair, i can attest, although it's Gambling, I seem to forget that.

Just curious.. Roulette says 21,638 for three 0's in a row.. is that 21,638 BTC? or $21,638 in USD equally however many BTC.
it should be 2.1638 btc That can't be right. I just won a 1200.00 Keno with 8 numbers and it came out to be 1.2BTC. Some of our games support different credit sizes for the games. You must have been playing 0.001 BTC/credit, so 1200 credits would be 1.2 BTC. You can see what credit size you are playing by looking for the BTC button which will say something like "0.0001" or "0.001". If you click that you can change your credit size. Games like blackjack, roulette, craps and dice only have a single 0.0001 BTC credit size. You can just bet more credits if you want to bet more. A while back when we added different credit sizes we were worried that it could be confusing for some people. Sorry about that... So for the slot jackpot winners below... Which bet size were they based .001 or .01 bets? Thanks
