After this race McLarens have opened the gap quite much with Verstappen. Piastri is also in a safer distance to Norris now.

I really admire the way Piastri drives.    This is his 5th win in the season. Even though Norris is the more experienced one around here he still stays ahead of him. I'd love to see Piastri winning his 1st F1 championship this season.

BTW, Max can't get more panlty points until 30th June if he don't want to miss race.

But we are talking about Verstappen at the end of the day. He would get that penalty point also sooner or later.    He was really frustrated. Didn't even want to wait for McLarens to enter pit lane first.

Piastri is clearly a top top driver, he doesnt chicken out in hard and difficult situtations, he does the relaunch of the race like he have 20 years racing in F1.
If nothing strange happens i can clearly state he is way better than Norris, the main diference is his temper.

Crazy what happened and what Max did, 10 seconds penalty deserved.

We might see the reckless Max Verstappen of old.    Except this time, he won't be out there and reckless because he has something to prove.  He will be out there and reckless because he wants out of Red Bull.  Lolol.  

Toto Wolff is prolly now planning how to snag Verstappen out of Red Bull before everybody else makes their move.  I think a Verstappen - Bono combo will be a great one for the team.

P.S. Finally Alonso got first points this season. When he was 12th with few laps remaining, I thought that he have no chance.

I'm happy to see Alonso getting a point. He has been trying his best but the car was just not letting him have a good result.    I hope Aston Martin prepares well for 2026 season. They have a good advantage with a brilliant engineer like Adrian Newey technically.

Felipe Drugovich is scheduled to replace Lance who is currently recovering from surgery on a pre-existing hand and wrist injury. The Brazilian is Aston Martin's reserve driver and also a driver for Le Mans 24 - which takes place the weekend of the Canadian Grand Prix. This is a consideration for Drugovich, because although he wants to compete in F1, he also has a contract at Le Mans. However, it seems he is prioritizing F1 over Le Mans.

I'm sure that he understands that he shouldn't have done such thing. But when things get heated, people sometimes lose their mind out of frustration and make something stupid. It reminds me moment when Vettel went in Hamilton's car at Baku track back in 2019.

For me such looks a bit strange. Replacing someone at one F1 race knstead of racing at Le Mans. Not sure, but that's his choice. Dude really wants to earn his permanent seat in F1.

I think not only Max, Max is by far the maximum exponent of F1 drivers, but 90% of the field are dramaqueens crybabies and egoracers. And that is the stereotype of 90% F1 drivers who fight for title or are contenders.

One thing who is pretty bad for drivers is how subjetive is his point of view from their cockpit. In some cases they really thing something happens but that doesnt happen at all like they think.

Yeah not saying that he's a new man or anything.  But through the years he has become less reckless not because he has the best car but he's started to mature a bit.  But the recklessness will always be there as that's his nature as a driver...  And we're now seeing it again due to some frustrations of not being able to get better spots in the grid. 

The rest of the season is going to be more exciting.  Maybe there should be a prop bet for if Verstappen crashes during a race.  Lolol.

Since I was a kid, I'm used to seeing drivers fighting each other's egos, and I think it's even worse than in the current seasons. So yeah, let Max stay as wild as he is now lol.

The next place is Canada. I like this track much more. Possibly it will be more fun compared to the last 2 races.

When he is too dangerous is a good call to give him "points" deduction in his license, however.

This year it will be like this until the end, since I don't think RBR can do the step to catch back Mclarens.

So his frustration can only increase.

This is a bad time for Hamilton, because being overtaken by Sauber on a team like Ferrari is like a slap in the face. This is quite a serious thing because the season has been going on until now, and he is still struggling to control his car and has not found chemistry with his car. Although Ferrari is not the fastest car for now, but if Hamilton is at the right point, he should be able to extract the best ability from his car. But again, only if he can, and until now he is still struggling to do that.

It doesn't really take anything away from Hamilton.  Put him in that McLaren car and pretty sure he'll run circles around anybody on the grid...  For sure.

And with the kind of car he has right now and that kind of team, he's prolly discouraged a bit.  But give it a couple more years, esp next year with the new specs.  But it would be funny if the team that dominates with the mew specs is Mercedes.  Lolol.  And imagine if they got Vettel.  Oof.

Hamilton right now and after a few years were the Mercedes was also a not competitive car to be a contender for title is nearby to an ex driver, he knows it, is sad but is the reality right now.

Ferrari cant provide him with a fast and good car this year, maybe next year with new regulations he take a new fresh batch of air and again starts to race at top level, but it seems like is not gonna be an epic end for his career.

Once again the fight between the 2 brothers is the no-news of the day.

It will be a fight between them until the end of the season at this point.

After watching the FP1 and Practice sessions in the MotoGP Aragon event, it seems that the Sprint and full race for this week will be very easy for Marquez. Because I see from today's time records, most riders still have difficulty approaching Marquez's time records so there is a possibility that Marquez will easily run in front alone in the Aragon race this week. And if you look at the results that Marquez has achieved in the Aragon race from previous years, I think only a crash or other incident can prevent Marquez from winning in Aragon.

Mark is just on another level or the avg level of the Moto GP is very low.
On this season alone he won atleast 1 race every weekend.

He almost already won the championship if only he hasn't slept 2 times when he was leading and ending with 0 points...
