The show made me realize I did not know the whole teams, I knew some of them, but I did not know all of them. It is undeniable for many (including myself) that Valtteri Bottas' departure from Sauber is a significant loss for the team, as I still consider him an experienced and talented driver who played a crucial role in the team's development and in achieving consistent results. On the other hand, I believe that this will be a great opportunity for Gabriel Bortoleto, an ambitious young driver, to show his talent and potentially establish himself in Formula 1, as Sauber has a history of developing talent.

With so many changes in this new season, it will be somewhat difficult to analyze the new odds and betting strategies considering so many new factors, the main one certainly being the introduction of the new car and the changes in regulations.

But that's it... Formula 1 is a sport in constant evolution and we also need to adapt to it, I hope that this new season brings a lot of excitement to the tracks.

As long as they can bring the V10 back I will love F1 more. The V10 is just pure art and the most glorious beautiful sound in F1 history. One of the reasons I liked F1 in the first place was because of the sound of the V10. But the more it goes on, F1 is becoming more and more like Formula-E with its stupid rules and they are starting to forget that F1 was loved by many fans in the first place because of the sound of the engine.

Yeah there is a short time left for the testing in Bahrain. Normally the season would start only a week after that. But this time it will be a two-week break. Anyways, I will be patient. 

I didn't remember the exact years V10 engine was used in Formula 1 in the past and did a research. I saw it like it was used between 1998 and 2005.

It has been 20 years... But honestly I would love to see V10 back.    The sound will satisfy car guys a lot undoubtedly.

Fck yes please!  Pleeeaase!!!  It's been not so F1 with the V6 Turbo engine sound and it really feels fake and boring.  Bring back the V10, and surely F1 will be back in the lime light.  I don't think I'm wrong with this.  Anyone who has watched the sport for as long as we have would want that screaming F1 sound back.  Even the drivers would love to have it back.  It's just different.

When you day F1, it means that sound.  You even still hear that sound in F1 commercials today.  It's just F1, plain and simple.  So that's a big yes for me if I were to vote on it.

However, considering next season (not this one, the 2026 one) we will go even more electric, I am not entirely sure if we are going to end up with v10, we could see going more electric route, more and more, so v10 seems like it would be unlikely. We can't possibly know of course, that's not the same thing.

Yeah, I also don't believe about return of V10 engines. It just looks thatwe're heading to completely different direction. As someone who are watching F1 for a long time, I really miss these crazy sounds of V10 engines, but I perfectly understand that now such thing is only nice memory.

Toprak started complaining after Race2 WSBK in Australia yesterday because he could not compete with some Ducati bikes and said that WSBK this season is like Ducati Cup and he will quit WSBK if that continues to happen in WSBK this season. Hmm...  Not so sure about 2030 even.  Could be not before 2036.  Lol.  Damn, I'll prolly be gone from these boards by then or will these boards still exist?  I'm not really sure it will.  It's the sig campaigns that's keeping all the activity up cos if not for it, most of these mofos would be out of here and go grind elsewhere. 

But then again how many years was the V8 used in F1 after the V10..?  That was maybe from 2006 to 2013, that's 7 years.  The V6 Turbo was used from 2014, that's 11 years.  Hmmm... Could be possible that we start acceleration of talks about V10 replacing the V6 from 2026 onwards.

What about this Hamilton's being 0.8 seconds behind Leclerc thing? Is this really related to the car difference or just related to Hamilton's adaptation process? I hope it is the latter otherwise we have a big problem here.    I wouldn't like to see any Ferrari driver being much slower than the other. For example Sainz was even able to beat Leclerc in some races. I expect the same equality being applied on Leclerc - Hamilton duo as well.

I assume there is still no policy of having a main driver and the second one at Ferrari. They haven't been doing it for a while. Even after spending so much money on Hamilton signing I hope to see the same policy keep being used.

^  It's more like Hamilton sand bagging and making Leclerc feel comfortable and making him feel that he's not some kind of threat to the No. 1 driver spot. 

But we all know when the season is on, the other side of Hamilton shows up.  We've seen it at Mercedes with Rosberg and Hamilton.  We'll be seeing it again with Leclerc and Hamilton.  But this time tho, Leclerc will break mentally imho.
