Verstappen has had a lot of problems with his car in the free practice sessions. He has had problems with his car several times in the last races, there is a good chance that it will go wrong again in qualifying. Red Bull does not seem to have such a stable car as last season. I have the feeling that we will see even more dropouts in the coming races. Verstappen is favorite to win with Leclerc. 3rd and 4th Sainz and Perez but they don't seem to be able to win normally.

Miami GP looks to be a horrible design all around, and the fact that everyone is racing for the first time if I am not wrong means that nobody will be racing with 100% full knowledge, and can't give the max out of this track. Imagine racing somewhere maybe like 100 times so far in your life (between free practice, qualifying, real races) and having thousands and thousands of laps there, compared to having like a dozen of them all in all, there is a big difference.

You get to know every single detail and line you should race in one, and you are barely learning the other. This will be a quite boring week if you ask me and I am not expecting anything awesome.

It seems that this is a serious problem. Maybe Suzuki's sales in all automated industries are not good. They cannot afford to cover all accommodation costs for racing activities. Actually MotoGP is also a proving ground for the strength of the world's Motorcycle Industry. In addition, MotoGP can also attract consumers with its achievements. But it seems that they are not capable enough to survive. Indeed if in my country Suzuki Bike is the number 3 choice after Honda and Yamaha. Hopefully they find the best solution not only for Suzuki but for all the teams. As a means of minimizing the use of funds.

I've not seen any suggestion that Mercedes have broken the rules, what is the illegal (or grey area) thing that they're doing?

They weren't hiding their pace on Saturday, they were genuinely worse than on Friday, because the porpoising returned. But yes, I too expected they'd retain their Friday pace and would be challenging RB and Ferrari. Wolff has explained it though, they made a minor tweak after Friday, hoping it would bring further improvements... but it backfired and just brought the porpoising back, which wrecked FP3 and qualifying.

Very strong from Ferrari but the gap to RedBull is very small, will be an exciting race.

Remarkable performance by Bottes and Alfa Romeo to get ahead of Mercedes. But the race will probably be decided between Verstappen and Leclerc again.

now , regarding race...we should have a crazy start of the race and I'm afraid safety car will be present after only 2 laps. Why ? Well ...the circuit itself was not designed for F1 in my opinion and drivers aren't satisfied with it either so yea , dangerous track for F1 drivers with high speed lanes and tight corners with no space to make mistakes. Entertaining but dangerous and I can't wait for it to start haha.

That's true, because indirectly the MotoGP racing event can also be a promotional event for all manufacturers, including the Suzuki manufacturer. But so far, Suzuki's sales are very low when compared to its rivals, both from Japan (Honda & Yamaha). It was mostly a boring race except for the start when Verstappen got Sainz's position right off the bat then Leclerc's position to get first.  Sainz was weak.  He should've done a better job in defending his own position in order to defend Leclerc and have his team win the race.  But props to Verstappen.  He shows every race that he wants it more.  Hope for a better race on the next one.

Did Verstappen lead all the laps?  I wasn't paying attention anymore after the 15th lap or so.  Anyway here are the results.

Except Norris' crash it was a clean race. Verstappen started good and made another good attack to secure first place. Sainz didn't let Perez to pass him. Ferrari couldn't get the win but both racers made podium. They may be okay with that.
Mick Schumacher almost got his first points but in last laps he had a contact and got dropped out of first ten. In Mercedes Russell and Hamilton's competition was entertaining. It was a pretty decent race, looking forward to see more races in this track.

It was a pretty nice race to watch today and definitely not boring. I was surprised that the cars could stay out that long on the medium tires and George Russell could have probably driven the complete race with his starting hard tyres but of couse the rules are that you need to change the tyres at least once in a race and he was very lucky that he stayed out for so long as the safety car had to come out pretty late in the race after the crash of Lando Norris and Pierre Gasly so the gamble of Russell was successful in this case.
Also i feel pretty sad for Mick Schumacher as he would have gotten the first points in his career but then he crashed with his best buddy Vettel close to the end of the race..very very unlucky for both.

Max won, and Redbull was stronger overall.

Good results for Mercedes but they are using a grey area of the new rules, if they will be ok others team will copy it.

The track after all was not so bad, overtakes were possibile.

Yes, Hammilton's situation was absurdly ridiculous.
Asking if Hammilton wanted to stop when it was too late ... it looks like this was purposeful and this season is increasingly disappointing for Hamilton.
I wouldn't be surprised if he decided to retire from F1 at the end of this season.

Anyway, none of this would have happened if this stupid accident caused by a lack of attention had been avoided.

a few laps in a good run. The career that has grown since 2015 has proven that he (max verstapen) is worthy. So I think Honda is also decisively to blame for the misery at the moment, Honda has set only on Marc and developed the bike only on him personally, you have seen it that no other riders have come to grips with the Honda well.

I do understand it when Charles is above Max, because it could happen and he has a good car and Charles is their future and all that, but Max should have at least got to front line, and be above Sainz.

This will make things harder for him to catch up, Sainz will either try to be at first and get help, or if he is not then he will start defending against Max and let Charles go as fast as possible until Max passes Sainz so that Charles would be too far ahead, or maybe even Sainz ends second. This 1-2 starting always gives a good strategy boost to teams, you never know what will happen at the start, but Max is not known for his amazing starts anyway.
