Being a Christian isn't about making heaven or going to heaven please let's not limit Christianity to heaven because in revelation we find out that God himself will come down and dwell amongst men eternally so when we christians talk about heaven it usually about the 1000 millennial reign of Christ when the antichrist takes over the world by then those of us that are raptured taken up will be there in heaven waiting for the 2nd judgement.
During this period those who don't believe in Christ will be given a second chance to repent to join us if not.... Sorry will be thier case because eternal damnation awaits them..... Accept Jesus Christ now and join us to enjoy a glorious life eternally....

Isaiah, Peter, and Revelations all talk about the fact of the New Heavens and the New Earth... with the old ones having passed away. Isaiah even says that this old one will not be remembered or brought to mind. So, there really IS only Heaven for the Christian.

God, Himself, IS here in the form of Christians, right now. John 17 Jesus prayed that He, his disciples, and all Christians would be one with God. Saint Paul says it in two places. The present is God's rule on Earth, through His people.

The 1000 years is figurative. Moses shows it in Psalm 90. Peter says it straight out when he says that a thousand years is as a day, and a day as a thousand years. In other words, the thousand years in Revelation is a long period of time where God rules the earth... through His people... through Jesus, because everything has been given by God over to the authority of Jesus.

Your second chance to repent is an extreme limitation. All people have many chances to repent. What's the difference between having many chances to repent, and then one more chance. And why aren't ALL the dead from the beginning being given this last chance?

The whole millennial idea is designed to take the focus off Jesus and right now. When you are dead, it's too late. Any of us could die any minute. Consider how fast death came for many in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. No chance to even think. No more chances.

The point is, whatever your religion, atheist or other, God wants you to be saved. He didn't make you just to be destroyed. But if you want it badly enough, He'll give it to you.

Consider. You are one of His works of art. Like as no two snowflakes are the same, there is only one of you. God loves you for what you are, and the only thing that can take you out of His loving hands is you yourself.

Just remember. Once you are finally really out of God's loving hands, there will be no way back in. God is long-suffering. His mercy is great. But His justice will prevail.

This is just an emotion, not an opinion. You don't know if they really knew God existed or not. The most important thing is that they are convinced of its existence. Many have heard of its existence but may not be convinced of it. Or perhaps they did not find sufficient evidence to prove its existence. Just because you don't believe in the existence of God doesn't mean you haven't heard that he can actually exist.

I now have a legacy.... like all my ancestors, who survived, to give me 64 plus years and counting of existence on this planet. To them, I am eternally grateful and say thank you for surviving

To be honest, I have read a lot about various religions, especially the leading religions on this earth. in fact, we had our own ancestral beliefs before imported religions came and spread in my country. for me, religion and its holy book are just guidelines that in this era need to be revised. because after all, there are many things that become pros and cons between verse one and another verse. but in essence, how do we define God himself. and if being an atheist makes you happy, then that is entirely yours and no one forbids it, except for a fool who imposes his beliefs on others.

To be honest, my faith is very doubtful and even I am no better than other believers. but I believe, there is a big entity behind all human drama and contents of everything in this universe. after all, until now technology has not answered all about the secrets of the universe. whatever the argument, it will not solve problems and debates related to religion. So, if that makes you happy you have every right not to have a religion.

1 God made the universe and mankind perfect.
2. Mankind corrupted himself by not following God's divine laws perfectly.
3. The corruption would destroy mankind if not corrected.
4. God sent his Son Jesus in the form of a man to live on Earth.
5. Jesus kept the whole law of God perfectly, AND He took the punishment that was reserved for all mankind for their corruption.
6 The only thing left for man to do is believe it... believe in Jesus and what He did for us.
7. A person's actions in obeying the laws of God shows where his faith is, or if he has any faith. Disobedience also brings correction from God in this life. It often feels like pain and punishment.

Why all this? Because God is going to destroy the universe, because He doesn't like corruption. But because of His love for people, He wants to save mankind. The Jesus-salvation believers will be saved by being raised from death, and being taken to a new, perfect universe God is making (Heaven).

That's the whole, simplified story of what Christianity is all about. But it's not really that simple in ways. Read the first 4 books in the New Testament of the Bible.
