@Claymore with current version 10.3 (bug occured in version 10.2 also), with Vega64 and Vega56 cards, i get a 100% reject rate for siacoins from both nicehash and mph. cards will benchmark fine though. the 4XX and 5XX cards are fine and don't exhibit this problem and will have shares accepted fine. i'm using win10 64bit.
I need to know your command line so I can do the same test. EthDcrMiner64.exe -r -1 -mport 13333 -epool daggerhashimoto.usa.nicehash.com:3353 -ewal imnottelling -epsw x -esm 3 -allpools 1 -allcoins 1 -dpool sia.usa.nicehash.com:3360 -dwal stillnottelling -dpsw x -dcoin sc -dcri 40 -platform 1 i get sia rejects on miningpoolhub also, ethereum are accepted. Only sia gets rejected on vega56/64 cards i get the rejects with blockchain drivers and with 17.12.2 drivers (also 12.11.x drivers) for the vega cards. the 4xx and 5xx cards are fine. You are correct, I see this issue, at least with latest drivers. It worked in past, so perhaps the reason is drivers. Need more time to investigate it, I will release an update soon.

Is there a command where the miner can disable a certain GPU automatically when the watchdog goes off? I'm getting a OpenCL hang on one of my Vega56s after about an hour but when I set -wd 0 the GPU in question is stuck at full load at 0.00Mh/s after OpenCL hang occurs. -r 1 won't work as the restart crashes the entire system/driver and I have to resort to DDU, re-install, pixel patch everytime this happens.

Temperature and fan speed are only reporting for GPU0, but I have 8 identical RX580 GPUs. Win 10, 17.12.2 and 17.2.1 tested. Here's a screen shot of what I'm seeing.. Anyone else experiencing this? Is there a fix? I had similar issues when using either Intel GPU enabled and set as primary, or connecting to PC via RDC (not using TeamViewer). After update to latest Claymore's miners, the issue with Intel GPU has gone for me. The reason is (probably) that miner detects the 1st graphics subsystem and gets its temps. If it is an embedded graphics, you see single card. But for mining it uses another API which does not mix AMD/NVIDIA cards with embedded graphic. So it uses all cards, but temperature may be from another source. You may try to enable/disable on the BIOS level embedded graphics, so your primary adapter is PCIe card and no embedded GPU exist in system settings. And use real monitor instead of RDC to check. This usually helps. I have been running with the onboard video disabled in the motherboard BIOS. Using GPU0 as primary display in the 16x slot. Running 10.3(.1?) and have the same issues. Appreciate everyone trying to help.

I've noticed my hash rates recently dropped (AMD rx 580s usually at 27-28MH/s each, now down to 19MH/s each) for unknown reasons, but when I run benchmark mode the rates are back to what I was used to seeing. Is there something benchmark mode is doing that doesn't limit the cards, or is this simply just real world vs benchmark?
Do you updated you gpu drivers? Because in the lastest version you need to enable the compute config in Global Settings > GPU Workload of AMD Radeon Settings. If you are using Blockchain drivers Aug 23, this step it's not necessary, so you have another issue. I'm dumb forgot to set a few things in the command line hello.i m having this same issue as yours..may i know what to change to bring it back to normal..thnks.. I have the same problem. After I restart, three mining rigs drop hashrate from ~30 to ~20. Looking forward to your reply !!! Thanks.

One of my rigs got a faulty raiser, I moved its card to the neighbor raiser, it came back in windows, but clayomore stopped working. It hangs at startup, right after cards init. Even after removal of the card I mentioned, it doesn't work anymore. Not sure what I could do. I've tried a new and fresh installation of claymore 10.3, but its all same.

I did not do any updates, just restarting my rigs and this happens. I think this is somethings related to Claymore setups or mining server ... I am using Claymore 10.2 mining ETH and PASC with Ubuntu + Nanopool.

Thanks. I've been running into this as well. I've even reinstalled amd-gpu-pro blockchain and am getting the same results. Benchmark runs gave me ~30 as normal so should not be any problems related to my local PCs. I did not do any updates, just restarting my rigs and this happens. I think this is somethings related to Claymore setups or mining server ... I am using Claymore 10.2 mining ETH and PASC with Ubuntu + Nanopool. Some further reading I have been doing shows that it may have to do with the latest security patch to Ubuntu. *update* I can confirm that booting up into a previous Kernel does seem to revert back to proper MH/s

If you are using Blockchain drivers Aug 23, this step it's not necessary, so you have another issue. http://karlcode.owtelse.com/blog/2017/03/13/reverting-to-a-previous-kernel/I had followed directions from here. I'm dumb forgot to set a few things in the command line hello.i m having this same issue as yours..may i know what to change to bring it back to normal..thnks.. I have the same problem. After I restart, three mining rigs drop hashrate from ~30 to ~20. Looking forward to your reply !!! *update* I can confirm that booting up into a previous Kernel does seem to revert back to proper MH/s Would you please tell me how to do it? I google and follow this instruction but it did not work. Thanks. https://askubuntu.com/questions/82140/how-can-i-boot-with-an-older-kernel-version http://karlcode.owtelse.com/blog/2017/03/13/reverting-to-a-previous-kernel/I had followed directions from here.

Hi guys, I'm having problems with my sapphire RX580 nitro+, 8g where the hashrate goes down to 20MH/s from time to time (each 20s- 1 minute) Here is my config : - Claymore 10.0 ( tried 10.3 but same issue ). Eheruem mining only. - 4 x Sapphire RX580 nitro+, 8g . - Windows 10 pro. - amd block chain driver Augst23. - MSI after burner for over clocking (memory 2250, Core 1400). the logs seems okey to me, but I'll put them below maybe u find something I missed 20:35:17:637 4ec ETH: 01/11/18-20:35:17 - New job from eu1.ethermine.org:14444 20:35:17:637 4ec target: 0x0000000112e0be82 (diff: 4000MH), epoch 163(2.27GB) 20:35:17:637 4ec ETH - Total Speed: 127.518 Mh/s, Total Shares: 5212, Rejected: 0, Time: 47:00 20:35:17:637 4ec ETH: GPU0 31.875 Mh/s, GPU1 31.895 Mh/s, GPU2 31.853 Mh/s, GPU3 31.895 Mh/s 20:35:22:106 4ec send: {"id":6,"jsonrpc":"2.0","method":"eth_submitHashrate","params":["0x7992b40", "0x00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000087ce52f"]}

anyhelp would be much appreciated I think that are you putting so much power in your GPUs and for some reason the speed drops... what kind of PSU do you have, maybe is something with the energy supply from the PSU... I have 3 rigs with those cards, and my perfect conf was 1250 2250... depending of the GPU I need to put less power as 1200 2000 or 1150 2150.

Anyone know what combination of dual mining is most profitable i.e. ETH+DCR, ETH+SIA?
I'm mining ETH+DCR and just know I noticed some difficulty to mine DCR... is taking longer to mine 1 DCR... but still worthing.

Hi guys. First sorry for my bad english. Why claymore show total share half of share submitted in nanopool? 3 or 4 day ago in 29 hour claymore accepted 4500 share. But today in 11 hour claymore accepted only 1100 share but in nanopool still show 180-200 share per hour. And my second problem is: Cards number 7 and 8 in gpu-z in sensor tab (memory controller load) show load 100 and 0 every fiver second. I tried default memcolock and cclock and voltage but nothing change. https://image.ibb.co/jSQfgm/IMG_20180112_043056_542.jpg

Prueba a desactivar la numero 8, quiza tu cap de gpus esta en 7, si con las siete todas funcionan estable probablemente sea eso, ya nos cuentas : )

Hey guys,
So seems like one of my RX480s Nitro+ has packed up. The lights at the top light up ok but fans don't come on even during start up when all fans should. I've tried moving it around to different risers but still end up with same result of not starting up. I've moved the switch to powersave to see if it was anything related to the BIOS but no luck. I've checked all around the connectors (without opening up the card) and everything seems ok.
Anyone have any idea of what else I could do to check it? As it's not being recognised by PC I can't even run further tests.
Cheers,

@claymore > can i sugest to add variables that we can setup in the cofig file , like $RigName, so that when we change the mining pool for example and upload the config (for multiple rigs i mean) only would need to change one line of code (or copy/pase the new pool and be done) i'll give an example here, should be something like simeplemining is using with $workerName in the mining config And its could be in a separate file or defined in the config file and in the mining.bat file EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool eth-eu.dwarfpool.com:8008 -ewal 0xD69af2A796A737A103F12d2f0BCC563a13900E6F.$RigName -epsw x -dpool stratum+tcp://dcr.suprnova.cc:3252 -dwal Redhex.my -dpsw x Thanks and hope to see this feature soon!
