The ethermine connectivity issues (that I mentioned here) somehow got resolved. My ISP told me that they did nothing to break it or fix it, but if it works I am happy :p

Hello there! Claymore can't mine on ethermine pool!!!

TH: Stratum - Cannot connect to eu1.ethermine.org:4444
ETH: Stratum - Failed to connect, retry in 20 sec...

I changed  stratum servers to s1.ethermine.org:4444, asia1.ethermine.org:4444 or asia1.ethermine.org:14444

But it doesn't help

ETH: Stratum - Cannot connect to us1.ethermine.org:4444
ETH: Stratum - Failed to connect, retry in 20 sec...

Who else does have this issue?

same. for recover i use claymore 10.4
until they fix it.

Same problem at the same time in two rigs  Embarrassed

I have the same isues and I think that is a DNS problem, but I can not check it because I'm on private network that can not change the DNS , I make a proxy outside this network and I connected the proxy to the pool and now it's fine

It was not a DNS problem.

I had a machine that could ping eu2.ethermine.org, I got the pool's IP and tried to ping it (no domain, the IP) from a mining rig and still no ping.

As I said, in my case the problem got resolved on its own. Must be some European ISP route or something

In my case ethermine connects normally to eu2.ethermine.org but since monday returning more stale shares (> 30%). Can it be a related problem related?

Is there a workaround for the temp display ?
I will only get the temp for GPU 0 and the other will not be showed,
Same on 2 rigs

Claymore 12.6,
Claymore 12.5 shows temp correct

Will dual mining still be a thing now that ASICs are comming for SIA/DCR?
Dual mining is dead until another dual algorithm is added. SIA ASICs are shipping, Baikal Giant B does DCR @ 160GH. DCR may be ok short term since other coins better on the Baikal currently.

I think your having packet loss in connectivity. maybe what happens is whenever the miner doesnt reach toe server to get new job the hashrate goes down because their is nothing to work on.

this will also lead to lot of invalid shares, and you dont want that.

I would suggest contact you Internet service provider and get the connectivity fixed.

v10.6:

- fixed critical issue in remote management feature (attacker could crash miner even in read-only mode).

This update is required only if you expose remote management port to internet for some reason.

Trying to download this update, but all links / in different browsers im getting Virus detected. Never had that before with previous builds, on the same system.

I have the same result. Holding off for the time being.

My rig (6 cards) immediately crashes when I start mining ETH. When I take one random card out it mines stable on 5 cards. It works perfectly on all other coins with 6 cards. I've read in old topics that it could be the PSU but I have a new Corsair 1200W for 6 RX580's so that should be enough. Any way I could test it?

use the command -lidag 2 and see if that fixes it.  There is an inrush of power at the DAG generation phase, and your power supply may be too sensitive to it.  By slowing the DAG generation just a bit your power supply may be able to keep up.  I had this same issue on a couple rigs and this fixed it.

Interesting, I used the "-gser 5" to achieve the same thing, I must have missed this one in the readme file.

Thanks both for replying but unfortunately both commands didn´t solve my problem. Maybe something else I can try?

Thank you both for your comments. I am still trying to figure out what can be happening.

https://ibb.co/kpvgrw
This is my current situation, after trying every power option in my windows 8.1. You can see that after exactly 2 minutes being AFK, mi hashrate drops from 30.5 Mh/s to 22 Mh/s, and returns to 30.5 Mh/s exactly when i move my mouse.

Also I've been mesuring power comsuption while in 30.5 Mh/s and while in 22 Mh/s and both are the same. It doesn't save any power...

I wasn't able to figure out how to change power level options in my GPU (Asus GTX 1070) so, maybe I still have light at the end of the tunnel.

You know, the funny thing is ... your temp doesn't drop.  It looks like the card is doing the same work but is being miscounted for some reason.  When mine slows, I usually see a couple of degrees drop off of the temp.

I finally found it. I was killing every process and service in windows until I reached the one... CCleaner.

I don't know how or what it was doing (I will investigate further), but being in background it was slowing my mining by 25-30%.

Now it is fine. Thanks to everyone that helped or tried to. I hope this can help somebody else.

That's really strange.....  I have CCleaner running on all my miners and have never had an issue like that.  I'll have to shut it off and see if things get any better.  Smiley  Thanks for the info!

I got an really bad virus on my netzworkserver last day,
i think it was comming over the miningsoftware or eth-proxy, witch run on the server,
because no users works on it, not software was on it, and it runs over 5 years without any shutdowns or issues,  I installed ETH-proxy last week on it, and trobels began
We also have AV and a Sonicwall installed too
I hope, I dont open a Backdoor with the proxy over it,
Because I checked the LOGs from the server, and it comes over Remote Access
And encrypt the hole server, my luck was a Tape Backup
