Currently I think we had a outstanding year, and we are just halfway throughout the year.
With some good speculation everybody can make quite some money because of the halving effect.
Well it is really a convincing year for each year that is coming for bitcoin. Since from its early years bitcoin is always been on the ramp. And this year did really became the year of bitcoin even the year is not yet finish at all. Halving did happened this year, and the sudden rapid price increase did happen to. |

Next year will hopefully be better to bitcoin than this year. So many empty promises that wre not fulfilled.  of course the next year is going to be way better for bitcoin in my opinion we might even reach a new all time high really easily though anything happen |

Well that's why it is only a prediction so for sure it is not going to happen or it will. Predictions for the year of 2017 in bitcoin are open to everyone. But we can see signs that a prediction is going to happen if good effects we are going to see before we are expecting. |

The greatest question is how stable the price will remain after halving. It may be a bit early to write any prediction about 2017 when we do not even see the end of 2016, but if the price is following the path that it seems to walk on at the moment, we will be able to see more adopters. Instability is dangerous in a business and a wise businessman would advise to avoid it. However, when businesses can securely create their financial plans in BTC, more investment and a thrivinger BTC may will be seen.
As said above, lets wish to have a good growth at the end of this year. The price is stable now after halving. Buying and selling happens now as the price may go up in future to have a good profit and the profit now would be good if we sell the btc we have. Lets all be positive in welcoming coming years with a big growth of btc. It could be this year or the next year but the bitcoin is gonna grow a lot what its right now already doing to be honest. Its just the question when it will really be popular most likely this will be in this year but I cannot guarantee this. This year is going t pass, I am seeing that in this year a large number of people have adopted bitcoin and a large number of people are using bitcoin for their online transactions etc, and a large number of companies has adopted bitcoin for their online business, but still we cannot say that how much will t get thr progress in the coming year, the year of bitcoin will be that ear which will make an unbreakable record. |

So many empty promises that wre not fulfilled. i agree with you that bitcoin will be really going to rise up its price to higher than present , and i hope bitcoin will be getting too much popular in the future. In the coming future if every year started to add popularity to the technology of bitcoin then each of that year will be the year of bitcoin, from a few years you may noticed that with each passing year the popularity of bitcoin increases with more speed and at last a time will come when all of the world will know about bitcoin. |

It's not a secret that 2016 is very sucsesfull, i don't know what should happen in 2017 to break this record, but i hope that bitcoin will be fine in 2017.

Shaping up as big year  nono i dont think that 2017 is the year of bitcoins .in 2017 the price of bitcoins would only rise upto 700 bucks which according to graphically its so very high .but if u can wait upto 2020 i will reach upto 1000 bucks per btc which is great ..dont u think?? well i guess it is i will huge ...well best of luck...kudoos  |

I agree and I add in addition to the arguments why the end of this year is so important to 2017 that most businesses in my area design their financial plans at the end of the year so how BTC will do around the end of the year will have powerful influence how businesses will care about it in the next ( 2017 ) year. Big changes in a financial plan during the year, in my area, are rare so the end of the year's influence will be not just great but long-term as well. |

Well it is better to predict good things rather than predicting negative things about bitcoin for the year 2017. But it is uncertain about the results that is going to happen for next year. But if something better happened for this year then it is going to be better at year of 2017 in the future. 2017 will be a good year for bitcoin as I'm sure prices will go up because of the influence of adoption and the many people who try bitcoin. It will take place every year and in 2017 will increase a lot. So as a result of the adoption will make bitcoin prices to be increased. |

But i don't think it will be good. if you are thinking that 2016 is good for bitcoin then how can you expect that 2017 will not be good for bitcoin, is there any bad news about bitcoin or if you can give any other reason for that, as i think bitcoin will be more good because in 2017 more people will be entered in the world of bitcoin and more people have invested their money in bitcoin, therefore i can conclude that 2017 will be more better than 2016 for bitcoin, |

If those businesses is going to realize and understand how bitcoin really works as their financial payment method for sure it is going to make their business to go up. And that is going to help the adoption of bitcoin to your area for a short amount of time. Because if there is a store that accepts bitcoin they have something to do with their bitcoins already in 2017.
If a major business accepts BTC as a payment method and is successful with it ( and why would they not be? ), the concurrency will most likely adapt BTC, too. It could start a kind of boom in the given area. So, we are advised to look out for such signs to determine how "good" BTC's position is in our area. I keep this factor important because I have seen people were writing they hope BTC would do good, but what is it like when BTC does well? Two factors may be that the price is up and its position is stable, but also what businesses adapt BTC as an accepted form of payment. I have seen some people pointing this out, already, but I did not see most people understood so I kept it important to sum up and explain these factors clearly. Are we going to see a new thread stating always the next year as the one of Bitcoin?
2017 might be a tough year. Autumn will tell.
I think, yes, we will always see a new thread about the predictions for next year except if someone creates an universal thread with title "Next Year of the Bitcoin" and then people could write there in any year But maybe that would be a bit difficult to search in because of the many replies from different years. Why did you write Autumn exactly?  |

we have to wait and continue to believe that bitcoin will improve. bitcoin development is currently so fast . so I'm sure that in 2017 bitcoin will be recognized financial payment media. |

Haha, yes it's possible. But, hasn't this been discussed every year? I've seen media questioning if 2015 was the year of Bitcoin or would 2016 be the year of Bitcoin. But then every year, is a rollercoaster for Bitcoin. It could go up or down. The specialty of 2016 was the Bitcoin halving and probably thus the rise in price.
