actual number of people using Bitcoin?

Its not possible to count how many are using bitcoins and who all are using bitcoins. Thats the main advantage of this thing .But there is a way to calculate approximate number of people using the bitcoins by collecting informations from all over the exchanges in the world. Its really a tedious task. By doing this way, you wont get exact number of people using bitcoins, because some exchanges dont collect details of its users.

That's still not going to give accurate results because not every bitcoin user is using an exchange website and even just one guy can create a lot of accounts in exchange sites. This is all similar to the case of creation of bitcoin wallets, anyone can create infinite number of them.

The numbers of these people who uses bitcoin nowadays were at an infinite rate which could not be counted because these are getting higher everyday, because it's like a birth of babies usually happened every minute. It was anonymous users, who already adopted earlier this year and they were agressive to earn for better from their investments. Well personally it was me in the previous years I got into this kind of economy, and bitcoin is really a colorful type of currency which is very challenging and inspiring to mankind.

Its not be counted or some what. Actually people in forum and other bitcoin site users are making more number of users and being anonymous everywhere, Therefore we are not able to count them in number. Approximately 1 million people around the world know about bitcoin and using. Rest of the people even does not know the there is digital coins is been using in the world.

We can make an estimation on how many Bitcoin users are there in the world but definitely there will be a huge error in our assumption because people can own multiple addresses and even thousand Bitcoin address, they can also have several accounts in online web wallet.  So definitely there will be a huge error if we try to sum up all Bitcoin users.

I think there is no way to determine this. there is nothing that can determine the actual growth accurately but i bet you there is increasing growth of people because of rising price.

I think it's hard to give an actual number of people using bitcoin. but im pretty sure every month there are lots of new users and enthusiasts.

Bitcoin is now widely used in different parts of the world with different business establishments.
 Here in our country we can pay our bills, tuition fees, insurance using bitcoin as well as purchasing different goods and gadgets. But just an estimate maybe more than 30 percent of business population in the whole world is into bitcoin.

No matter how many people repeat that same statement, it won't make it true.

Obviously you can't be accurate about it but there can be a general estimate.

Blockchain.info claims that there have been 206 million Bitcoin transactions, ever.  It also estimates that 30 days ago, there were about 197 million transactions, so in the region of 9 million transactions in the past month, which amounts to 0.3 million, or 300,000 transactions each day on average.

Then you're left with the dilemma of how many people holding Bitcoin actually spending it, and the number for that will be significantly lower.  But guessing conservatively that every person owning Bitcoin does a transaction on average once every 3 days, that would be 100,000 people using Bitcoin.

Bitcoin isn't used by as many people that you may think it is. The amount of Bitcoin addresses are only within the millions range do that should say something. Most people that claim to have a Bitcoin wallet usually build about two different addresses or more within one Bitcoin Client.
Bitcoin is getting popular though so I am pretty sure that Bitcoin will get used by many people when they figure out that they could carry millions of dollars within a paper wallet.

The actual number of people using bitcoin is not possible to determine.

Even if you track the number of accounts, then also it is not possible because, one user can generate lot of accounts.

Only if you can track the IP of the users then you might get an estimate. But there's no easy way to do it.

I definitely agreed on this things, the only thing we can see in the blockchain was the different wallet addresses of the community in the entire world. And bitcoin was pseudonymous, So it will really be difficult to trace it.

Its very hard to predict on how many people are using BTC. More and more getting into this forum, earning and utilizing the btc earned. Many merchants have started accepting bitcoins. So the currency is being rotated more other like before. My prediction would be it has become 5 times bigger than what we had 2 years back.

Here in my country bitcoin is not yet all people knew bitcoin.  But as time passed by
people could easily understand the bitcoin and its process.

Whenever, it can't be trace the actual number of bitcoin users.  That's impossible to be happen, unless if each wallet addresses has a name but that's not what it is, only a millions of addresses are being recorded in the history of the blockchain everyday and every seconds all transaction in the entire world are aggressively move faster.

I think there's a million of people who using bitcoin now. I can tell that because every day that pass the number of people using bitcoin is increasing. Yet some big country like United States are now accepting bitcoin as payment so, people will not be afraid to use bitcoin because it is now legal.

Considering the amount of Bitcoin Clients that's been downloaded, there hasn't been many users that the average Bitcoiner would think.
On Blockchain.info it shows how many Bitcoin Wallets were built and the count was under the trillions so there really isn't that many people that use Bitcoin online based on those statistics.
Maybe by 2019 there should be quadruple the amount of users that use Bitcoin and more people will prefer it compared to most Currencies.

There is no perfect count on the actual number of people using bitcoin. But one thing is true that the number of bitcoin users is increasing rapidly. Recently a small drop in the adoption might have taken place just due to the unexpected price drop and the abnormal growth of few altcoins.

Come on,  "the unexpected price drop" is not going to affect something. Bitcoin goes up and down daily and it's not a 5% decrase that is going to do something. And the "abnormal growth of few altcoins" ? Seriously ? what is "abnormal" when an altcoin is growing

The only basis we have is to analyze the transaction in the blockchain and we cannot verify the actual number since we can easily make a wallet account and live it behind. Maybe we just have to look at the growing number of adoption as that would help if you are an investor because that is a good
indication that the success will continue in the future, having said that holding is the best option and hold as long as you can.

Even the transaction in the blockchain can't not give you a clear insight to know the real actual number of people using Bitcoin. And i don't even see how. You can also make a survey if you want, to ask to people, it will be very far to be accurate and so very far to give you an insigh on this...
