Yes it is becauce gambling is probably addiction if you are the player who is addicted in gambling. Bet by bet to the specific game and lost in a row of the game or win in the row of the game.

Even an addict can feel his losses. I am sure that they too is sometimes thinking about quitting or even most of the time they are thinking about what they've done. Lossing is part of the game, so it's not a reason why we can't quit gambling that easy.

Most of the time I think we just don't want to quit because of money, we are afraid that if we stop on playing, we won't be making money anymore. That is why the best solution to that is to find a job.

I gamble for fun or entertainment only now, not to get extra income. Although sometimes when i lose i still feel angry too, especially when i lose big amount (>0.1 btc), i wanna to try recover those amount back.

I agree that in the end something will force us to give up from gambling activity, this might be having no fund, and no one around us trust us enough to give us loan so that we have initial bankroll.  The fate of  a gambling addict actually end like this.  And this situation will continue depend on the moral of the person.  Though it would be best to have specialist to help in rehabilitation.

Hi guys and girls! After making quite a lot of money then losing it and crying about not hapfmthe afternoon I have decided to give up gambling for good.  Its not for me in have a much too addictive personality. So now I just plan to work for casinos but not gamble.

The thing is you know you should cash out but you always want just that little bit more and then u lose the whole lot. I'm stupid and greedy. Right after I lost i put more in and doubled it then I went all in and lost it. So yes u can make a killing gambling with such a small about like a few dollars but then u lose all u make and waste a lot of time and energy and end up getting upset. Also i shake like mad when I gamble and I hate that. I tremble. When I lose I can't believe what the screen is telling me.

So any thoughts ? Ways to stop ? Ways to gamble with play money ? Maybe there are dust ga!going casinoes I can use? U know just for fun and for the fix.

It may seem like a stupid idea, but I have had a couple of friends that were gambling addicts and talking to someone about it really helped them stop gambling and overcome it. If you want a really serious way of stopping gambling, then you can lock yourself out of the website, there are some websites that actually have a section where you can ban yourself from gambling. But if the gambling website you normally go on doesn't have this feature, you can just contact the admins or mods and ask them to ban you. Most of the time they are willing to cooperate. It really is quite hard to give up gambling, but with the right help, there is a way. I am personally still trying to get over sports betting, I have lost quite a lot of money from it and I don't want to keep losing more and more. Hopefully I will be able to quit for good soon.

Yes its really hard to fight our addiction when we start gambling and winning it will make us more excited to get more profit and when we lose we triggered to chase that lose and trying to get it back. I am proud to say that I do gamble just for fun. In about couples of years ago, I realize that gambling was created for the entertaining purposes and it is useless to spend all of your money in gambling and believe that you can earn more money from gambling. You mean, gambling it's very easy to people who not addicted to it? I don't think so. Gambling is always hard and risky even if we are not addicted, because luck is a big part of it. So people can reduce losses by experience and skills. For me, always i consider gambling is a way of fun not for profit. So i enjoy gambling in loss or victory.

Well, it is hard for a gambler to realize his faults ,Gambling addiction is not an easy situation for the people around by the one who is addicted .I think it is more on emotion of being a gambler than mind .Emotions is hard to control especially not having enough self discipline .If you think on your mind over emotions you can think normally but, if your emotions exceeds to your mind you can't think on the wrong things that happens to you.

I think it is better to take up a Bobbie where odds are involved so it is not gambling with money bit for fun. Some sort of game or even poker with friends without using money. Maybe say the losers pay for the pizza that night or something like that. Small little goals to work towards the bigger goal.

that's true we always show off our winning and it's actually make people jealous and thinking they can do it too and then when actually you have a plan to stop gambling and then place a bet immediately for the sake of fun. slowly but sure you back to an addiction , keep trying but nothing you get there , and the cycle of gambling is real at this point.

Changing ones habit is already hard because you are used to it already. If you're winning especially, you want to experience it over and over again. You can be bored when you're losing all the time. It's hard to stop gambling especially when you like it and you know that you can profit with different strategies
