A2A Exchange on https://heatwallet.com is supposed to now work better than lately. Small tests are again encouraged. Loads are auto credited after 1 confirmation, pending unloads have been paid. Missed loads from past ~week are gone through and credited in 12 hrs or so.

ok so does this mean all the loaded btc for the last week will be available for access and trading within 12 hours?

Moderated thread for technical info and civilized discussion will be opened soon.
The fud here has become almost unbearable. While it's really... a good sign for the coin, it makes my eyes hurt everytime i try to read this thread. I guess a moderated thread could be considered as a valid option.

In any case, thanks for your work Eliphaz and verymuchso!

This thread has been a nice little one but I must say it is even nicer to know that we are about to lift off. *thumbs up*

As long as ALL deleted threads get posted back here nothing will be censored,  but HEAT will have a readable thread again. All a matter of degree, but Stewie and his socks have made this thread unreadable

one thread is enough for a project of 2 people and a small community. i didnt see a community which didnt grow together by several reasons. its just fud by trolls. as mentioned before there is kind of need for a ignorelist:

StewieG
TenaciousC
hdado
lokojones
GrounBEEFtaxi
OmegaStarScream
lestherat
shirkan
djselery
raetsch
dranster
xnyz
weilichesbin
Daparski
B!gSmoke
saudaiu
rakip21
memberberry
tiredofassheads
Meeseekz

as you see there are some trolls spreaded out in the forum. you will find them on iconomi as well.
i miss the window time of claiming token, and have sent several emails to the official account for support, but they never answered, what can i do ?  Huh Huh

the network was not working. so they fixed it. Lisk had the problem at their start or still having some of them. so the focus will stay on non crashing network. trading was not working, the exchange and now its still time for improvement. they never answer this emails, but they read it. the withdrawal period ended long time ago anyway. i guess its not an easy thing to make this process automatic. even waves are handling that after the initial supply one time a month manually. i can buy up your heat token for marketprice anytime.

its turned off.

screenshot looks good. no errors, besides that you get full update  Cheesy Cheesy

how is the cpu usage, memory?

Am I forging?

New server release.

Heatledger 0.9.9

This is a mandatory update, all nodes on or below 0.9.8 will be blacklisted.

This release fixes the issue with unconfirmed transactions not being accepted by other peers. Transactions can now be send and received over the network like before.

We've introduced the Upgrader internal component, this helper component allows us to place version specific one time upgrade tasks in new releases. Mostly this will help in you keeping your blockchain and not needing to download it again.

The upgrade function for this release will one time scan and validate your blockchain on startup. It could be you have been running 0.9.8 and are therefor blacklisted by other peers. This blacklisting should take no longer than 10 to 20 minutes.

Forging has not yet been enabled for this release, if all goes well we'll enable forging and rewards again in the coming days.

https://github.com/Heat-Ledger-Ltd/heatledger/releases/tag/v0.9.9

New desktop versions

Heatwallet 1.0.8 contains heatledger 0.9.9

New desktop release to accompany the server release.

No reward for forging right?
Yeah, only devs are forging at the moment (but with zero reward) to stabilize and fix problems.
Next release should bring it (and rewards) back for everyone.

By the way, regardless of all the voices calling for a moderated thread and despite the fact that there are some trolls in here, I think it will be a grave mistake to use moderation. This project has given a questionable taste at times (and justifiably so for numerous reasons), the communication from the side of the team has been lacking and vague at best, and some important questions that where asked (not only by fudders) did not always get addressed and answered as they should. This censorship will only strengthen the feeling that the people behind this only want to see cheering puppets and are not willing to face criticism and questions that are due when investments and money are involved.
Yes of course, people should be respectful to others, yes, trolling is a bad thing, but with all that in mind, using censorship when trust is not in abundance is a bad move.
I do give respect to others, but I also demand respect back. I care not of respect of trolls, but I do care about being respected by the team here because as an investor, my money (which i greatly respect) is in stake. I do not keep my criticism to my self when i feel criticism is due (and often it is). I do not want to think about a scenario in which voices of criticism are silenced or reduced down and put on the side to be avoided.

...

That error "Address already in use: bind" means that the Heat network port is already in use by another process.
Maybe you have an old java.exe still running?

After negotiations C-CEX have confirmed to us they'll do everything possible to implement the HEAT wallet and keep HEAT trading on their exchange.

According to our understanding this with high likelihood means multiplying the HEAT holdings there by ~1.5x tomorrow Feb 9th.

So....what happened to this. I did not get any extra coins.  Huh

And in addition, it gives no information or attention to what will happen to the coins bought back in the c-cex buy wall (a substantial amount of coins that once bought back by this buy wall where actually paid for by all of the investors who did not get any money back). Seems that Svante/Dennis are ignoring this issue and avoiding to address it on purpose.

It's been a week since he posted that.
If he's ignoring smaller issues like this, just imagine what it would be like when they do their IPO.
Heat is now rated 82 on  the crypto market.  Shame as I feel it will go below the top 100 and my husband lower  if they don't start to making good on their promises.

My uncofirmed balances are not becoming confirmed still. For many days it is like this. Fixes doesn't fix that.

{"unconfirmedBalance":"30081395000","virtualBalance":"30081395000","balance":"330081395000","decimals":8,"id":"0","properties":""}
{"unconfirmedBalance":"92622170","virtualBalance":"92622170","balance":"117622170","decimals":8,"id":"5592059897546023466","properties":""}

So everything more than 300 HEAT and 0.92 BTC can't be moved, transfered, withdrawn, traded ("unsuffient balance" message).
"My Pending orders tab" is empty.

Now that transaction and blacklisting issues should be fixed. Balance display is up next.

Skipping 0.9.10 here (since its only been some hours)..

New server release

Blacklist update (2) 0.9.11

Fixes one last instance of badly blacklisting overlooked in 0.9.10

https://github.com/Heat-Ledger-Ltd/heatledger/releases/tag/v0.9.11

The release text for 0.9.10 was

Quote
Heatledger 0.9.10.

Please update to this release.
It should solve the general blacklisting and misreported peer weight issues.

We need to see this one indeed fixes the blacklisting issues before we can enable forging for the public.
