Another lesson learnt in the hardest of ways. Investors need to be very careful before getting into any ICOs. This was well executed. But The escrow did give a nice opportunity to exit from the ICO. Unfortunately many investors choose to stay in. So whats the next move? Accept the fact and move on??!!

People can (and will) run foul of the law for legal ICO's done in good faith ... for illegal scams people will serve time in prison. It won't matter what jurisdiction you're in either, the USA reserves the right to arrest and extradite anyone who sells 'illegal' ICO tokens to USA citizens regardless of the nationality of the ICO organiser. wasserman has a target on his back for the ICO, the theft, identity fraud on linkedin etc

This means that wasserman is already gone and now just celebrating his fortune.

Since he pretended has the confidence to complete this project, he scammed SJ for most of remaining coins, SJ should not have trusted him, imo most of the fund released, and he run away.

Good thing SebastianJu initiated a refund but only few took advantage of that and still others wanted to risk their BTC.
