We already proceed all the pending request of XPO. As we said we are giving one week since the distribution starts (yesterday) to contact to exchanges. So we are giving a plenty of time to all investors to claim his tokens. Currently only 62 out of 187 only ask for his tokens. If you can start mining would be great. We are going to keep our premine minting as soon as we finish to distribute the XPO to all investors. Meanwhile we will keep the blockchain moving with PoW blocks from time to time, in case no one start to minting. In this new version we have 45000 PoW blocks to avoid any problem.

If anyone who already request his token didnt receive it, please send me a pm.

Alright. Wasserman99 followed my advice to fix the points on the wallet that were pointed out by a user. Then distribution started and according to the last terms I will now release terms.

I was asked by a couple of users to not release funds, though the coins I hold in escrow belong to the ico phase 2 investors. I sat up milesteps in order to check out if I need to go into the ultimate phase of an escrow, the refund. The refund was offered and far less investors than I anticipated decided to get a refund. Others even withdrew their refund request. And in order to allow the project to move forward, regardless of what I think of the need of these funds to reach that goal, I needed to make an endtime for the refund. Because the other investors believe in OPAIR and want to go through.

I normally go with the will of those who own the coins invested. Which partly was wasserman99 but the investors also. When the refund was initiated the investors wish was more important. And it still is since they decided to stay in opair.

In any case, I will not override the wishes of those who expressed their will to stay in. I will release the coins and hope the hopes for prosperity of investors will be fulfilled. My personal opinion on that is only an opinion.

Good luck with this ICO for everyone who could not get the chance on a refund and for those who decided to invest and to stay in.

Except for magum every investor on phase 2, who asked for a refund in the refund phase, will have received his refund when I released the coins to wasserman99. The same goes for the signature campaign and their participants.

I'm quite well aware that it is impossible to meet the wishes of everyone to it's fullest but I did my best to find a solution to meet the interest of everyone.

I think you did a fine job Sebastian, especially with the non stop FUD and uber annoying "investors" that we saw during this ICO.

I think your statement about the fact that very few people actually asked for their money back says a lot - we had a lot of whining, complaining and ridiculous demands from spoiled children (I loved the guy who wanted to be able to get a refund AFTER the coin was on an exchange for a couple of weeks so he could see where price goes) but why is it that so few actually took their money back?

Just as many of us suspected, those whining, complaining and FUDing the most were doing so simply to scare off other investors. Out of greed, so they would have more coins for themselves, not concern about other people's money.

So it seems we can say despite a project is escrowed, scammers manage to scam.

Nobody invested for a shitty bitcoin clone wallet. "frank" and "hao" didn't showed up. Not a single piece of proof that Ocaml code exists, or will exists. But wasserman99 scammer will scam phaze 2 investors BTC with a clone wallet shit. I guess we should all stop being honest, let's all go as wasserman99, let's all scam each other. It'll be better for everybody than being honest and working to have profits.

At least, wait every investors receive their coins before delivering future scammed BTC to wasserman99 scammer please.
