I'm sure that Duterte is not very easy. To combat drug abuse and drug trafficking need large resources. I don't think they have Duterte is. Besides, he didn't need to quarrel with America. I highly doubt his victory.

Not all the drugs are harmful to the body. For example, the benefits of consuming Marijuana outweigh the negative side-effects resulting from its intake. At least it is much more beneficial than the legal stuff, such as alcohol and tobacco.

if he gone mad he would have not allowed people to do demonstration and protesting against him. normally, we see people who are against the norms and against laws on tv series but when on real lives, we always see ourselves on the right path even when its not.
