Philippines will not be 100% free from the drug menace, even if you kill 90% of the population. You should treat the disease, and not the symptoms. Eradicate poverty and lack of medical care, if you want people to stay away from drugs.

Yes right and apparently the president of the Philippines is currently doing a good job. Just few months ago i think that was Three or four months there were 4 chinas drug trafficers if i am not mistaken  was caught and both those 4 contains one of the largest  volume of drugs

Collateral damage is quite natural, when thousands of people are killed. I am quite sure that at least 20% or 25% of those who were killed so far were innocent people, who had nothing to do with drugs.
