In some countries, the European Union officially authorized drugs, and recently seen in Germany nightlife, where people quite freely even take hard drugs.
In those countries, about more, so people there at all perceive differently.

those country are rich. They can afford and can waste their money on drugs. But here in the philippines were majority of users are poor. When theyre run out of drug, they are pushed ti do crime just to have money for their vices

most of these stoned ones kill - rape kids, rob passerbys and mostly drives crazy one streets and can hit people along the road resulting to more innocent deaths. and these wouldn't happen in the future if they are just handled right now. if they remain clam, they will survive. if they will be resistant to police, they'd be dead which is more than likely would happen.

absolutely true. If you are just bored so doing drugs without any prescription this is not good and not healthy. Doing drugs will just make your life miserable. If youre just bored dont try doing drugs theres so many things to do

exactly. i was selling boneless bangus (milk fish) for once in my life and i roam the entire village with just a bike where i live to offer my products. if i still have the time to do it today, i may be able to do so. i only need time. its once of the very profitable business i get to set up in the neighborhood.

when one gets to into drugs, they will set budget for it. if he received 30K from his payroll, he may budget 10% of it for drugs and alcohol - that's how they get to do it. they may even take 10% more for the cigarette.

Everyone surely would benefit from a drug-free country. But I just can't say that I approve of the Philippines president's method. Anyhow I still can't complain. I mean how can you, if things seem to be getting better nowadays.

I think that within the European Union, only Portugal has legalized the hard drugs. And even there, it is more of a de-facto legalization than a de-jure legalization. More and more countries are inclined towards legalizing the soft-drugs. Uruguay and Netherlands are examples.
I don't believe that legalization of drugs can lead to a positive result. More than that I'd gradually moved away from the legalization of alcohol and Smoking. Legalization of alcohol and Smoking have made some sort of positive experience?

Yep, if we legalize it without actually thinking of this. Things can really go from worse to worst. Access to these chemical narcotics can basically just help spread them. Abusers paradise if you may.
Drugs are evil. Not good that some countries have legalized the use of certain drugs, I do not see. Imagine if in your countries the street will be walking the crowd of drug addicts?

Drug legalization has positive results everywhere it was implemented. Why don't you study the after-effects of the drug legalization in Portugal? There was a sharp decline in crime and deaths from drug overdose. And within a few years, the number of drug users also started to decline.

Well here's another thought. While drug realization might inspire good things to some countries, some others surely would not. One instance, what if it's prohibited to its neighbor country. Then the country who has legalized it will be the exchange point for the others.

Drug free Philippines is actually a good thing because that social vice alone has earned the country a bad reputation in the world which is nothing to write home about. However, the way the government is going about it might actually defeat the purpose of this campaign because of what is being reported in the news. This could bed the work if distractors who are profiting from this anomaly but I expect government to be more strategic in fighting this battle in the sense that it should have been reorientation campaign rather than force all the way.

I wonder who will buy medicine to give them for free? In the Philippines people are very poor and the state has no money. You seriously think that China and Russia will give Duterte so much money? It's just a beautiful promise.

It has worked in Portugal and Uruguay without any issues to the neighboring countries. There was no mass influx of drug addicts in to Portugal from Spain. Now Spain is also considering drug legalization.

And what good has brought the legalization of drugs in these countries? Any action should benefit. The legalization of drugs could make life easier for drug dealers and possibly bring some revenue to the Treasury. People will only mount.

The number of deaths from drug overdose declined sharply in Portugal, after the drugs were legalized. Drug dealers vanished, as the drugs became available from government-approved shops. Drug dealers can exist only if the drugs are illegal.

DRUG FREE WORLD DOESN'T EXIST! FORGET THE PROPAGANDA!

You have to educate people not to prosecute them. Drugs have to be legalized, controlled and taxed. There has to be freely accessible help to treat addiction and dangerous human behavior.

Our specie is drug dependent. Medicine, coffee, sugar other toxic and not toxic food and non food additives. We love every drug and substance use.

Addiction is not the drug problem it is a human life condition.
In Vietnam vs USA war there were a lot of soldiers heroin addicts. Usa was afraid that when they come home, there will be a lot of junkies (homeless degenerate addicted to heroin etc.). But truth was that when soldiers came home they all drooped this habit which was just a substitute to family and other social bonding pleasures.

Problem with drugs is that it is prohibited and made dangerous for people who have bad social life and other misfortunes. Who became addicts when they substituted social bonding with a drug use.

You can recreational use almost every drug until your social life with family and friends and love ones is top notch. When something happens bad than recreational drug use shits spins of the road to a trash bin of addiction which becomes substitution for social bondings.

Philippines president is a retard.
To prosecute a man to death for a drug activities and use is a retardness of intellectual immaturity.  That is just ridiculous and unacceptable by the most intellectual westerners. To prosecute your society member which was grown by it investing substantial recourses of time, food, money etc. is a move of intellectually immature society.

This War on Drug is a SCAM, nothing more nothing less. There are a lot of ways how to approach this problem intellectually but our world politicians are manipulative dolls. And our society still computes in stone age brain wave lengths.

Given this, I still don't think it would be an easy transition. And we all do not know how long will it take for people to get use to this. Or how long till the people go against this and protest.

He might be effective, but when you use the same methods as the criminals then you are no better than them....

China and Russia are very supportive to the Philippines for the campaign againsy drugs so I think they will keep their promise. They giving duterte money at the same time they can profit with that money.

I'm not sure about Russia. But as you see, Chinese people have major investments in the Philippines. I do believe that China is funding Duterte. This is a win-win for the both of them.

It depends on the country and if applied in the Philippines, it will just make things worst. If you lived in the Philippines you will know the feeling of having lots of shit drug users around you prior to Duterte administration.

I can't take that statement as a reasonable one.

Give me a reference where all killings are made by police operations led by the National Police. Don't ever blamed the president on what is happening now. Years before he was elected, his main agenda is war on drugs and describe what will be the output if he was elected and yet majority of the nation voted him. Does it make sense how worst drug problems here in the PH? If ever there is another way to solve this, why those previous fucking administration didn't do nothing"

The vigilante thing might be kinda extreme, but maybe also a necessary evil. AFAIK Duterte gave drugdealers a period in which they could voluntarily give themselves up to the police to serve jail and start life over. They didnt choose to so they now face the consequences.

I think some people do it and cover it by vigilanteism. They might seem to be doing good, but we will never know their real mission behind the killings. I hope that the people killed deserved it, but I don't support that kind of killings, life has to mean something, and maybe, just maybe, there's hope that they can recover. It's not an answer to the drug problem, but that's the way they are doing it. Just pray for the people that need to realize the evils they are doing to the Filipino society, the lack of knowledge of God affects everyone, especially the innocent people.
