Duterte does not order police officer to kill all drug addicts but he encouraged it.  Just listen to all his speech.  I admire Duterte for his being straightforward but sometimes, I think he is not fit to be a president, and somehow my mind silently questioning his mental health.  Anyway it is just me.

Drug price will increase, people who will do the job will be more fierce. There will be more shooting and a lot of citizen victims in the drug war. Marijuana relaxes the human mind and body, just like alcohol. If used in moderation, it does no harm to the body. However, some people get addicted to these two substances, and end up inebriated from overdose. Now you can't blame marijuana and alcohol for the troubles created by such people. Also, the fact that a few of the marijuana users doesn't behave properly can't be used to deny it to everyone.
