In my opinion you can't have an absolute drug free environment even if you eradicate all drug users, pusher and dealers in the Philippines. If there were still available mode of obtaining and bypassing the import of drug through illegal means then you can't say it had been deal with.But at least the government was doing their best to reduce the number of drug used by raiding and cutting the supplies inside the Philippines but not on unjust killings though.

Actually DSWD already have a jail for delinquent minors. That's enough to jail them. Putting them in real jail where all are mature, is a bit cruel for this children. They should not be punished that hard, but their parents should be punished along with them. 

War on drugs has no end. It will take more than lifetime, until there is someone producing those drugs, drug addicts will always be around. That said, what duterte should be killing are the producers and not the small time pushers on the streets and small houses and users...

That means you are not a responsible parent... You don't know that your child is snatching someone's property or you know it but you do consent what they are doing... You didn't take care of your child while they are growing, that is why they grow with their friends and learn things that they should haven't learned...

When we say "MINOR" they are under your custody as a parent, and they are your responsibility... Therefore, whatever they did outside are also your responsibility... Just like how you take care of them when they fell in the stairs...

Someone should be responsible with the actions of the people. First, it should be the person themselves to take the responsibilities of their actions. If he/she is still a minor, then the parents should take the responsibilities as a parent. They should know what they do and how they groom their child.

These raids and killings will not reduce the drug supply permanently. There will be only a temporary dip. If the drug dealers are eliminated, then the drugs will be supplied through dark markets.

I think Duterte's government is not only targeting small drug operators, But they are after the Chinese drug trafficker as well. Although its difficult to caught them, at least they are putting serious effort on it. We will supply the drugs in the dark market if the drug dealers are already dead? You mean the addicts are going to order drugs online thru dark markets? Do you think they will not be caught as well?

I think you are right. Having an absolute  drug free environment is somewhat equal to fantasies and fairy tails with hapy endings.
Though aiming something good is not a bad thing, there will be a lot of followers that will believe you if you start doing something even if you do not know what might happen. Duterte is aiming for a great country free from drugs that ruined a lot of lives and families in the Philippines.
That is the reason people like him. Though yes his way is really cruel, but having a soft and clean hands is not always a good and effective way. I think the extrajudicial killings now has stopped but there are still people who use drugs unknown to the government.
