This is more like why Mt. Gox went down yesterday. BTC-e and BitStamp are holding fairly strong in the 690-700 range while Mt. Gox is like 550-580 at best.

cudaminer.exe -q --algo=scrypt:2048 -d GTX780 -C 0 -b 512 -i 1 -m 1 -H 2 -l Z12x20 (vtc) -> 335kh/s (and as low as 252kh/s...pretty wild swings but mostly 300+)
I got the strange effect that while Google Chrome is started and visible the hash rates are higher. Does not even have to show a specific web page. But for now I've stopped mining VTC via p2pool because there is currently a problem with low hash rate workers not getting paid what they should. A fix will be rolled out by VTC p2pool operators soon hopefully. Christian Can someone confirm this happens also if the interface is running on different card? Is it possible that running flash forces some kind of performance mode? Flash? No but Google Chrome definately enables 3d mode (maximum performance) I noticed a similar thing just have GeForce Experience opened up on my machine... hmm.

Don't know why, but from today my cudaminer is stopping mining after 1-3 minutest. New text doesn't appear, GPU load the same like when it was mining. Tried diffrent pools for Max, but fore DOGE is the same! Don't know why. Downloaded the newest version again, but still the same. On sunday and monday it was working without any problems. It's hapening when GPU is OC'ed and on stock.

My question is certainly stupid but does this trick requires to have a monitor attached to the card ? (most likely yes... )

I'm trying to figure out best settings for scrypt-jane MRC, with GTX 680. So far I've got about 330 kh/s with: cudaminer.exe --algo=scrypt-jane:MRC -i 0 -H 2 -l K8x32 Is 330 low, average or high for MRC?
I'm especially interested in the use of -s and -b commands. What should I base these values on?
Also I'm interested how much the N-value effects the hashrate. The readme mentions low-count kernels instead of high (e.g. "k" instead of "K") for high N-values, but are there any means to increase hashrate for low N-value?
I get 291 on MRC with a 660Ti +80 core using K28x8.

180? With stock (no overclock) i arrive at 70... it may help to reduce the x32 to x28 x24 x20 and to compare the speeds. My GTX 780 is a bit tricky there as well. Also have you autotuned that K kernel?

I do the chrome trick btw...even with it in the background hash rate fluctuates between 290-335kh/s, but eventually settles more around the 300+ area. Guess that's good for a 780 non ti.
Crap, yac crashes no matter what...took it 30 min though.
Gonna have to mine VTC and eat the extra heat :/ [/quote]
Same here with the google chrome 'trick' abt 30 kh/s more on regular scrypt coins ( GTX 650 TI ) I can run @ 195 kh/s 24/7 )

(20Mhash network, difficulties 0.9 should be doable) This coin is just as useless as Doge but I would argue it has more 'appeal' ;-) EDIT: I guess what I mean to say is a coin based on tits gets my attention more than a coin based on a meme of a dog.
