Yep it keeps dying.

We can't use this with ypool because they don't support stratum, right?

Has anyone had any success with the windows wallet for maxcoin? I cant seem to get it to connect. Anyone have a conf file they could share? I searched and tried their configs, but no luck..

cudaminer --algo=keccak -o http://localhost:8108 -O name:pass -d 1 -L 128 -l K1024x32 -i 0 -C 2 -H 2

This config is giving me about 170000 khash on my Asus 780 gtx cards. But I'm getting about 67% hash success with 1gh.

I'm also getting sick amounts of boo's. Sometimes I go down to 30% success rate...

I've got to say, adding OpenSSL to the build requirements just for MAxCoin has me pulling my hair out trying to compile under MinGW.  Is anyone else compiling under MinGW that can offer suggestions?

I've tried installing the binaries
I've tried building from source

No matter what I do, I get

Code:
checking for SSL_library_init in -lssl... no
configure: error: OpenSSL library required

Yup, no yays for maxcoinpool just a big stream of hashes and 1GH unable to connect.
Dwarfpool, blocks found by other pools.

Anyone any other alternatives?

I'm waiting for hashfaster to come online, they are almost done with implementing stratum and are in testfase.

yes.

if you don't know it's an annonymous pool. Get your wallet code from maxcoin.

http://dwarfpool.com/

create the bat file
C:\cudeminer-foler\cudaminer -s 10 --algo=keccak -d gtx780 -L 512 -l K1024x32 -C 0 -i 1 -m 0 -o stratum+tcp://moria.dwarfpool.com:3339 -u wallet code -p x

obviously insert your own settings where needed.

after you launch cudaminer then

http://dwarfpool.com/max/address?wallet=insertyourwalletnumber <--- into your internet explorer to keep track.

As much as I hate this coin it's still way more profitable than anything.
Even if you're only getting like 30 coins a day with your single card and sell it for as low as 0.002, you're still making something like $40 a day. And it's even uses slightly less electricity.

Btw, max.smalltimeminer.com works perfectly for me.

Almost 1 terahash.

If we can trust the current stats of the pools (which we can't) , you'd average (very) roughly about 1 block per day.

Not your keys, not your coins!

Is ypool possible with xptProxy and cudaminer? I remember trying it back with the older versions but then it gave back a unrecognized protocol or something to that effect .

I'm thinking that myself. I can either keep my 4 780's directed to 1GH or put them on solo mining. 1GH is almost doing nothing for me now while they're under DDOS. Only reason to keep it at 1GH is if the DDOS lifts during the middle of the night.

Are you getting lots of Boo's or just not connecting? I'm operating at about 50% accepted right now.
