Is Zcash worth to invest in it?

i think i will not buy zcash for now because the price is too expensive too me beside that i don't know when the price will be back like before and i don't think that the price will increase. so i think will buy another altcoins which have low price for invest in short until middle time.

It is better to wait when there is some good application of the ZCash. You might earn too much, but it is safer.

i am sure i will waiting but if its still to expensive to buy, i will not buy zcash, better i am searching another coins to make profit rather than to buy zcash. if we only have small funds, it will not good if we trying to push to buy expensive coins, because once we buy, if the price is drop, we can handle the loss.

but i heard that zcash now is split or something like that, i don't know what the dev called, has 2 other coins which is zcash classic, zdash, i am curious about this two coins.

didnt heard about zdash though and i dont think if those both coins are related as far as i know zcash classic is the other one related to zcash.You are right for those who have small funds its not really ideal to buy coins on expensive prices because if we  suffer lose then its really hard to recover but for those who have big funds i think its okay but it will hurt still.

If you have good capital for sure you will able to earned little by little zcash works for day trading if you can chase the bottom and wait for another rise up for just even 5-10% earnings would be good then just wait again for another downfall. Not recommended for long holdings since theres no sign yet of bigger investors and support project.

If you have good capital for sure you will able to earned little by little zcash works for day trading if you can chase the bottom and wait for another rise up for just even 5-10% earnings would be good then just wait again for another downfall. coins that are going down are much harder for this type of trading because you know that price will be lower than whatever price you buy at even if it is a bottom. this means that you have to be fast on selling and buy at the real bottom. and if you miss that chance you are left bag-holding.

but a coin on the rise is a lot better for this type of trading since whatever price you buy at, there will be a higher price after it even if you miss the chance to sell you will never be a bag-holder for long.

Unless you are shareholder and early investor of Zcash ICO then leave Zcash alone.
Developers of Zcash wanted to prevent situation where early adopters gain too much power but instead created situation where late adopters are basically slaves of the system.
Wait what will happen with Zcashwhen that 20% mining tax will be lifted after first 4 years.

IMO zcash is a good technology, just sad for it not be an all comunity cryptocurrencie like cryptocurrencies show be... Instead is an company coin, it take off the descentralise of crypto

Zcash has had some fork, At the first zclassic was becoming his forks. And some other were appearing after it. Zdash and KURRENT both was including Zcash fork also.
Please forget about the big hype of zcash it had passed on the previous time. It a risk on trading.
It was simple if we don't want for losing our money, reject for following it.

I've never thought that ZCash would've had many forks. But in the bright side, it is good since there will always be the option to get even better features than ZCash at a lower price. So far, I have 2 forks on my list to invest into which are KURRENT and KOMODO. The features they bring are very promising, plus they can prove to become successful into the long term since there is absolutely no founder's reward involved.

I have a feeling that ZCash's price will continue to fall over the years, making it an inexpensive crypto currency with very low popularity. Unless, merchants and companies being putting ZCash up to good use, then I see a very distant future for it. That being said, it would be interesting to see some real apps developed for this one, if it gets traction someday.

If I would be a pumper with $10 mil capital, zcash would be number one opportunity for effective pump-and-dump campaign. There is strong bullish potential, info-HYPE. As soon as trend will change direction - everyone will jump on. Look at volumes! There is 1.5-3 mil usd daily! Day-traders-losers? Don't think so. Someone passively buying, trying not to affect downtrend. We will see a pump very soon.

The only alt which have a price over 3k btc at the first place in poloniex. At the time you have made your post Zcash was already crash. I don't think ETH has had the big hype like ZEC before. But seriously ZEC can be including on the Guinness Crypto world records.

Unless, ZCash brings something new and exciting, that would really increase its usability and acceptance of merchants around the world, then the dream of it becoming a very popular cryptocurrency would be very distant, thus resulting into other forks taking the lead like ZClassic.

Also, if ZCash didn't have the founders reward, then I'm pretty sure that the price would always had a positive uptrend on the markets, instead of constantly declining each day.

If you take a good look at ZCash, it is just another BTC clone with the only difference of having the ability to make anonymous transactions with a Z_address which separates itself from the t_address (which stands for transparent address). In my own opinion, this should've been implemented into Bitcoin the first place, instead of making another altcoin.

The ZCash has active development. So that is different from many scam coins. It is possible that it will survive long.

Active development does not help at all as long as the basics like the "trusted setup" are so awful.

Since Zcash launch, prices have been around the $1000+ mark, however after a few days the price has gone down, and I think that it will continue to do so for the following days until it reaches the total supply of 21 million coins.

In my own opinion, Zcash has been overvalued, (considering that there have been privacy oriented altcoins before like Monero) and the fact that Zcash does not enforce anonymity by default (unlike Monero), it makes me wonder whenever Zcash would be a good investment or not.

If there is one thing that I don't like about Zcash, is the fact that it is behind a company, as well as having a sort of premine called Founder's reward, which seems kind of fishy to me.

Please let me know what do you think about this. 

I don't know that Zcash will make it through I've been seing this in many exchange website that price of this was quite really great and increase that fast don't you guy's think that the developers of this coins is trolling? I don't trust this kind of altcoin to be a good investment how ever they getting more investors. Keep safe always

The current price is 0.056 now. Maybe if you wait longer, you might even be able to buy at 0.05 or lower.

don't have to wait longer to see the price is going down. in my opinion, the zcash is not worth to invest because if its worth, the dev will be make anticipation for the coins so the price is not going down too deep, but what we have to see is the coins can not survive for short time after launching and i think we all remember how long the coin is good at first time launch but after that its down to deep.
